Abstract

本发明属于环保技术领域,公开了一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,其由如下原料制备而得:水、草炭土、花生壳、高粱秸秆、麦麸、膨润土、酚醛树脂、沸石粉、白云石、腐殖酸钾、三氯化铁、醋酸锰。本发明制剂具备脱硫脱硝除汞多种功能,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
火电厂发电使燃烧的煤中会产生大量含有硫和硝废气,这些废气排入大气会产生污染形成酸雨。火电厂脱硫脱硝设备则是用来处理这些含有大量硫和硝废气的装置。脱硫工艺主要包括:DLWS脱硫、SDA脱硫以及LIFAC脱硫;上述脱硫方法运行成本较高。脱硝工艺主要包括:烟气脱硝和SCR脱硝;上述脱硝工艺装置结构简单、无副产品、运行方便、可靠性高、脱硝效率高、一次投资相对较低等诸多优点,在日本和欧美得到了广泛的商业应用。
目前,有较多的公司开始着手研究可同时脱硫脱硝的制剂,也有一些产品上市销售;大多数的脱硫脱硝制剂存在成本相对较高,吸附量较小,稳定性不高,在大规模应用时存在一定的缺陷。近年来最为普遍的是喷射粉末活性炭法,活性炭作为一种吸附剂,具有较好的脱硫脱硝效率,但其利用率低,成本也会继续提高,仍然难以实现大规模工业化。近年来,在环境问题及能源危机日益严重的情况下,国内外逐步将研究目标转移到开发相对廉价、切实有效的新型材料来制备脱硫脱硝制剂,如各类生物材料和矿物质材料。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,该制剂成本低廉、脱硫脱硝效果好、吸附容量大、环保无污染,并且利用了多种农业废弃物,实现了变废为宝,一举两得。
本发明还提供了上述制剂的制备方法。
本发明是通过如下方案来实现的:
一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,其由如下原料制备而得:
水、草炭土、花生壳、高粱秸秆、麦麸、膨润土、酚醛树脂、沸石粉、白云石、腐殖酸钾、三氯化铁、醋酸锰。
具体地,由如下重量份的原料制备而得:
水40-70份、草炭土30-50份、花生壳20-30份、高粱秸秆20-30份、麦麸15-25份、膨润土10-15份、酚醛树脂8-12份、沸石粉8-12份、白云石6-9份、腐殖酸钾4-7份、三氯化铁2-3份、醋酸锰1-2份。
本发明制剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将高粱秸秆切成块状,然后与花生壳混合,添加到粉碎机中,粉碎,再与麦麸混合均匀,置于干燥箱中100℃干燥30min,取出自然冷却至室温,加入炭化炉,炉温500℃炭化活化1小时,自然冷却至室温,即为物料A;
2)将醋酸锰、三氯化铁以及草炭土添加到水中,在磁力搅拌器中加热搅拌至干,然后放入烘干箱中于80℃干燥30min,最后研磨至粒径为100目,即得物料B;
3)将白云石和酚醛树脂添加到球磨机中进行球磨,得到粒径为50目的粉末,即得物料C;
4)将沸石粉和膨润土混合,然后置于在煅烧炉中煅烧2h,煅烧温度为800℃,取出,冷却至室温,最后与腐殖酸钾混合,研磨至粒径为100目,得到物料D;
5)将物料A、物料B、物料C以及物料D依次添加到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌3min,取出混合料,即得。
本发明取得的有益效果主要包括:
本发明脱硫脱硝制剂原料配伍合理,采用多种农业废弃物,原料成本低廉,充分利用其天然的吸附性能,实现资源化利用,变废为宝;本发明对农业废弃物进行了炭化改性,提高其吸附容量和吸附效果;采用煅烧沸石粉和膨润土的工艺,大大提高了吸附能力;本发明对草炭土进行了改性,表面变得较为粗糙,增大了比表面积,再经与三氯化铁和醋酸锰掺杂后,团聚在其表面,提高了脱硝能力,并且还具备较好的脱汞功能,使制剂的活性保持稳定继续发挥吸附作用;本发明制剂除尘脱硫脱硝效果好,制备流程简单,使用寿命长,性质更加稳定,并且储存、运输方便。

实施例1
一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,其由如下重量份的原料制备而得:
水40份、草炭土30份、花生壳20份、高粱秸秆20份、麦麸15份、膨润土10份、酚醛树脂8份、沸石粉8份、白云石6份、腐殖酸钾4份、三氯化铁2份、醋酸锰1份。
上述制剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将高粱秸秆切成块状,然后与花生壳混合,添加到粉碎机中,粉碎,再与麦麸混合均匀,置于干燥箱中100℃干燥30min,取出自然冷却至室温,加入炭化炉,炉温500℃炭化活化1小时,自然冷却至室温,即为物料A;
2)将醋酸锰、三氯化铁以及草炭土添加到水中,在磁力搅拌器中加热搅拌至干,然后放入烘干箱中于80℃干燥30min,最后研磨至粒径为100目,即得物料B;
3)将白云石和酚醛树脂添加到球磨机中进行球磨,得到粒径为50目的粉末,即得物料C;
4)将沸石粉和膨润土混合,然后置于在煅烧炉中煅烧2h,煅烧温度为800℃,取出,冷却至室温,最后与腐殖酸钾混合,研磨至粒径为100目,得到物料D;
5)将物料A、物料B、物料C以及物料D依次添加到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌3min,取出混合料,即得。
实施例2
一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,其由如下重量份的原料制备而得:
水70份、草炭土50份、花生壳30份、高粱秸秆30份、麦麸25份、膨润土15份、酚醛树脂12份、沸石粉12份、白云石9份、腐殖酸钾7份、三氯化铁3份、醋酸锰2份。
上述制剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将高粱秸秆切成块状,然后与花生壳混合,添加到粉碎机中,粉碎,再与麦麸混合均匀,置于干燥箱中100℃干燥30min,取出自然冷却至室温,加入炭化炉,炉温500℃炭化活化1小时,自然冷却至室温,即为物料A;
2)将醋酸锰、三氯化铁以及草炭土添加到水中,在磁力搅拌器中加热搅拌至干,然后放入烘干箱中于80℃干燥30min,最后研磨至粒径为100目,即得物料B;
3)将白云石和酚醛树脂添加到球磨机中进行球磨,得到粒径为50目的粉末,即得物料C;
4)将沸石粉和膨润土混合,然后置于在煅烧炉中煅烧2h,煅烧温度为800℃,取出,冷却至室温,最后与腐殖酸钾混合,研磨至粒径为100目,得到物料D;
5)将物料A、物料B、物料C以及物料D依次添加到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌3min,取出混合料,即得。
实施例3
本发明制剂的脱硫脱硝的效果试验:
分别取实施例1-2的吸附剂5g,放置于反应器中进行实验,模拟检测了锅炉烟气中的有害物质,条件如下:NOx、SO2以及汞组成的合成空气吹入反应体系,控制NOx浓度为18mg/m3,SO2浓度为15mg/m3,汞100ug/m3,反应空速为(GHSV)为80,000h-1。检测吸附剂对有害物质的吸附量(有害物质/吸附剂=mg/g),结果如表1所示。

结论:通过上表1可以确定,本发明制剂对烟气中的NOx、SO2以及汞等主要有害物质的吸附效果较好。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能脱硫脱硝环保制剂,其由如下原料制备而得:
水、草炭土、花生壳、高粱秸秆、麦麸、膨润土、酚醛树脂、沸石粉、白云石、腐殖酸钾、三氯化铁、醋酸锰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂由如下重量份的原料制备而得:水40-70份、草炭土30-50份、花生壳20-30份、高粱秸秆20-30份、麦麸15-25份、膨润土10-15份、酚醛树脂8-12份、沸石粉8-12份、白云石6-9份、腐殖酸钾4-7份、三氯化铁2-3份、醋酸锰1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将高粱秸秆切成块状,然后与花生壳混合,添加到粉碎机中,粉碎,再与麦麸混合均匀,置于干燥箱中100℃干燥30min,取出自然冷却至室温,加入炭化炉,炉温500℃炭化活化1小时,自然冷却至室温,即为物料A;
2)将醋酸锰、三氯化铁以及草炭土添加到水中,在磁力搅拌器中加热搅拌至干,然后放入烘干箱中于80℃干燥30min,最后研磨至粒径为100目,即得物料B;
3)将白云石和酚醛树脂添加到球磨机中进行球磨,得到粒径为50目的粉末,即得物料C;
4)将沸石粉和膨润土混合,然后置于在煅烧炉中煅烧2h,煅烧温度为800℃,取出,冷却至室温,最后与腐殖酸钾混合,研磨至粒径为100目,得到物料D;
5)将物料A、物料B、物料C以及物料D依次添加到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌3min,取出混合料,即得。
4.权利要求1-3所述的制剂在脱硫脱硝除汞中的用途。
