Abstract
本发明公开了一种增氧除焦剂,由下列重量组分组成:硝酸钾硝酸钠络合物(KNO3.NaNO3)20-28%;碳酸钠或碳酸钾21-45%;氯化钠或氯化钾19-43%;r-三氧化铁1-5%;氧化硅4-10%;氧化铜2-4%。本发明具有使燃煤和燃油的燃烧更加充分,灰渣残碳飞灰可燃物明显减少至0.09%左右,氧气量增多,因此,可减少送风引风量,风机耗电减少15%左右,能够有效吸附在焦渣烟垢表面,渗膜作用使其改性疏松自行脱落,受热面清洁了,热传导系数升高四十倍,热交换能力增强,排烟温度降低10℃左右,节省燃煤2%左右,烟气含硫量减少21-50%,脱硫吸收塔浆液负荷减轻,减少中毒溅溢现象,搅拌电机耗电减少20-21%以上,延长锅炉的运行寿命的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料煤、油在燃烧过程中的添加剂,特别是一种增氧除焦剂。
背景技术
目前,随着我国工业的迅速发展,燃料煤和油的使用迅速增加,在燃料煤和油的燃烧过程中,分解出挥发性可燃碳氢化合物、氢等物质,进入燃烧旺烈阶段,旺烈阶段后,由于空气中氧气供应不足,不能充分燃烧,燃料中挥发物不易燃尽,而分解为游离碳焦油等物质,形成结焦积垢、黑烟、一氧化碳,各种氧化硫、氧化氮等污染气体,对环境造成不可恢复的伤害。并且燃烧的效率降低,燃料的热值不能充分发挥,造成资源浪费,长期燃烧后燃烧炉中形成厚厚的焦层、灰渣层,传热性差,且不易脱落,对燃烧设备的腐蚀性较强,减少了燃烧设备的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,设计一种助燃效果好,提高热效,大大减少了烟气中的含硫和氮氧化物的含量,减缓锅炉的腐蚀率,除焦脱垢效果好的增氧除焦剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种增氧除焦剂,由下列重量组分组成:硝酸钾硝酸钠络合物(KNO3.NaNO3)20-28%;碳酸钠或碳酸钾21-45%;氯化钠或氯化钾19-43%;r-三氧化铁1-5%;氧化硅4-10%;氧化铜2-4%;
本发明的进一步改进在于:还包括硝酸铜1-3%;
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述增氧除焦剂为固体粉末状,颗粒直径为0.05-0.3mm。
本发明具有以下优点:

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1-6:
首先将各组分干燥,使其含水量低于5%,再进行粉碎,要求颗粒直径为0.05-0.3mm,然后按照下列各实施例的配比进行配料,配料后搅拌使其充分混合,然后进行筛选,得浅红色颗粒直径为0.05-0.3mm的固体粉末添加剂。
本发明是应用在燃煤燃油炉窑及发电厂大型锅炉的助剂,在高温中产生特殊滑雪反应,产生节能减排显著效果,它无毒无腐蚀、无二次污染、阻爆安全、PH值10以上。
1、节能效果:促进燃料着火点提前,燃烧更充分,灰渣残碳飞灰可燃物明显减少,高温炉膛内氧气量增多,因此减少送风引风量,风机耗电量减少15%,渗膜作用焦渣烟伽改性疏松自行脱落,受热面清洁了,热传导系数升高四十倍,热交换率增强,排烟温度降低10-15℃,煤粉锅炉提高热效率1-3%,发电厂锅炉煤耗减少3-15g/kwh,各种工业炉窑节能率3-12%,烟气含硫量减少21%以上,脱硫吸收塔浆液负荷减轻,减少中毒溅溢现象,搅拌电机耗电减少20-21%。
2、减排、防腐蚀、安全、降低消耗,锅炉烟气含硫量减少21-70%;氮氧化物减少18-40%;排烟的林格曼黑素和微颗粒(烟尘)量明显减少至国标许可排放度量以内;上三项减排既有益于环境保护的社会效益,用户也可少缴纳排污费;煤炭等物质充分燃烧,质量减轻了,随气流高速运动时对锅炉内壁烟道冲击磨损减轻;减缓锅炉金属碳化和高温腐蚀率45%;碳渣改性疏松,消除了致密坚硬的结焦大块掉落造成砸炉:砸灭炉火、掉焦堵塞渣井、渣道,砸坏锅炉引起***的安全隐患;锅炉维修工量工时缩短,维修费用节省,运行周期延长,运行寿命延长。
3、用法用量:无需与燃料混合,用除焦脱硫增效机从锅炉看火孔喷入燃烧旺烈区,每日三次,每隔8小时添加一次,用量是耗煤量的万分之一。

1.一种增氧除焦剂,其特征在于:由下列重量组分组成:硝酸钾硝酸钠络合物(KNO3.NaNO3)20-28%;碳酸钠或碳酸钾21-45%;氯化钠或氯化钾19-43%;r-三氧化铁1-5%;氧化硅4-10%;氧化铜2-4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增氧除焦剂,其特征在于:还包括硝酸铜1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增氧除焦剂,其特征在于:所述增氧除焦剂为固体粉末状,颗粒直径为0.05-0.3mm。
