Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型织物柔软剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4~8%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵2~5%、醇溶剂5~10%、乳化剂1~4%、增粘剂1~2%、余量为去离子水,本发明同时公开了一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法。本发明为一种经合理原料配制及制备工艺得到的一款柔软性能优良而且绿色环保的柔软剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品加工用助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型织物柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
柔软剂是一类能改变纤维的动、静摩擦系数的一种物质,当改变纤维静摩擦系数时,手感触摸有平滑感,易于在纤维或织物上移动;当改变动摩擦系数时,纤维与纤维之间的微细结构易于相互移动,也就是纤维或者织物易于变形;二者的综合感觉就是柔软。
近年来,随着科技的发展和纺织自由贸易的扩大,环境保护意识也逐步深入到社会经济生活等方面,世界贸易特别是纺织品贸易十分重视环保和生态指标,业界纷纷推出绿色产品。这也决定了人们对柔软剂的选取原则:在对人体和环境产生尽可能少的副作用的前提下,才考虑如何发挥其的最佳功效,这种趋势使得柔软剂的生产及研发都面临着一种挑战,如何向消费者提供最安全最又最有效的制品,同时,要考虑到对环境的保护,生产出的制品又要有优良的生物降解性,是当今化工生产企业及纺织制品企业要实现的目标之一。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种兼具环保性和柔软性的织物柔软剂及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下原料组成:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵、醇溶剂、乳化剂、增粘剂和去离子水;
所述的原料的质量百分比为:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4~8%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵2~5%、醇溶剂5~10%、乳化剂1~4%、增粘剂1~2%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为乙醇、丙醇或3-丙醇。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:1~4,;所述的乳化剂对柔软剂体系可起到良好的乳化作用,而且其对皮肤的刺激性小、对环境的影响小,在乳化剂/表面活性剂中属于环境友好型的物质。
进一步地,所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的40~80%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵加入至醇溶剂中,加热至65~75℃,搅拌混合均匀后加入至70~85℃乳化剂的去离子水溶液中,充分搅拌均匀后加入增粘剂,保温搅拌20~30min后,自然冷却、过滤、灌装。
在本发明的原料中,双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵分子结构中的烷基长链保证了其柔软性,多酰胺基的引入提高了其生物降解性,聚氧乙烯基的***改善了其亲水性,而酰胺型季铵盐本身对纤维吸附能力强,不易洗脱的特点,具有良好的柔软性、抗静电性、抗黄变性和生物降解性;双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵在溶液中经乳化剂的乳化以及增粘剂对润软件体系的增粘,得到本发明的一款柔软性能优良而且绿色环保的柔软剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下原料组成:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵、醇溶剂、乳化剂、增粘剂和去离子水;
所述的原料的质量百分比为:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵6%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵3%、醇溶剂8%、乳化剂2%、增粘剂1%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为乙醇;所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:2,所述的乳化剂对柔软剂体系可起到良好的乳化作用,而且其对皮肤的刺激性小、对环境的影响小,在乳化剂/表面活性剂中属于环境友好型的物质;所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的60%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵加入至醇溶剂中,加热至70℃,搅拌混合均匀后加入至70℃乳化剂的去离子水溶液中,充分搅拌均匀后加入增粘剂,保温搅拌25min后,自然冷却、过滤、灌装。
实施例2:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下原料组成:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵、醇溶剂、乳化剂、增粘剂和去离子水;
所述的原料的质量百分比为:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵8%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵2%、醇溶剂10%、乳化剂1%、增粘剂2%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为丙醇;所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:1;所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的80%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵加入至醇溶剂中,加热至75℃,搅拌混合均匀后加入至85℃乳化剂的去离子水溶液中,充分搅拌均匀后加入增粘剂,保温搅拌25min后,自然冷却、过滤、灌装。
实施例3:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下质量百分比的原料:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵5%、醇溶剂5%、乳化剂4%、增粘剂1%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为3-丙醇;所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:4;所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的40%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,具体步骤同实施例1。
实施例4:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下质量百分比的原料:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵2%、醇溶剂5%、乳化剂1%、增粘剂1%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为乙醇;所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:2;所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的50%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,具体步骤同实施例2。
实施例3:一种环保型织物柔软剂,其由以下质量百分比的原料:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵8%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵5%、醇溶剂10%、乳化剂4%、增粘剂2%、余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述醇溶剂为乙醇;所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:3;所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的70%。
进一步地,所述一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,具体步骤同实施例1。
对上述实施例1-5所得的柔软剂进行性能测试,测试基物为涤棉混纺纤维面料,将实施例所得的柔软剂按照普通生产标准对面料进行浸轧整理及烘干定型等处理,然后进行柔软性、耐洗性及抗黄变性能测试,其中,柔软性为专业人士接触并评分(满分5分),耐洗性参照GB/T3921-2008标准,抗黄变性参考IS0105-X18:2007标准;具体结果如下表所示。

*对比例为普通氨基硅油柔软剂,其对面料的柔软处理工艺为普通生产标准对面料进行浸轧整理及烘干定型等过程;空白为没有进行柔软剂处理的面料。
经本发明柔软剂处理后的面料的柔软性与市售普通氨基硅油柔软剂相当,但是耐洗性及抗黄变性明显优于普通氨基硅油,而且本发明的柔软剂的环保性明显优于普通的氨基硅油柔软剂及其他市售柔软剂。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保型织物柔软剂,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵、醇溶剂、乳化剂、增粘剂和去离子水;
所述的原料的质量百分比为:双牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵4~8%、双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵2~5%、醇溶剂5~10%、乳化剂1~4%、增粘剂1~2%、余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述醇溶剂为乙醇、丙醇或3-丙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为甲甘苯二醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的复合物,其质量比为1:1~4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为烷基醇胺磷酸酯和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,所述烷基醇胺磷酸酯占增粘剂量的40~80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将牛脂酰乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双脂肪酰胺乙基聚氧乙烯醚甲基硫酸甲酯铵加入至醇溶剂中,加热至65~75℃,搅拌混合均匀后加入至70~85℃乳化剂的去离子水溶液中,充分搅拌均匀后加入增粘剂,保温搅拌20~30min后,自然冷却、过滤、灌装。
