本发明公开了一种丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂及其制备方法,属于纺织物柔软剂领域。所述丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂由以下组分按质量百分比组成:两性离子型氨基硅油为1%~20%、酯基季铵盐为5%~20%、非离子乳化剂为1%~10%、强碱弱酸盐为0.1~0.5%、有机酸为0.1~0.5%及去离子水为余量。本发明的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂中各组分相互协同配合,品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予丝绸织物柔软、蓬松、飘逸的手感,而且不影响丝绸织物的劈裂和色泽,同时增加丝绸织物的亲水功能。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织物柔软剂领域,具体涉及一种丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂。
背景技术
丝绸以其舒适保健的服用性能、飘逸悬垂的外观以及光滑柔软的手感,作为高端服装面料,得到人们的青睐。目前丝绸织物用柔软剂一般为脂肪族酰胺类柔软剂、阳离子表面活性剂和少量的氨基改性硅油配合使用,只是具有单一的改善手感的功能,而且质量稳定性、亲水性及手感有待提高。
中国专利201210426114.3(公告号CN 102952273B)公开了一种两性离子型氨基硅油,该两性离子型氨基硅油的乳液具有较高的稳定性,并且在处理织物时具有较高的反应性,处理后的织物,有很好的抗泛黄性、耐洗性和蓬松感。但是直接使用该两性离子型氨基硅油处理织物的亲水性和手感还有待提高,而现有技术中也未公开使用该两性离子型氨基硅油制备的适于丝绸织物使用的柔软剂。
发明内容
因此为了克服了上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂,本发明提供的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予丝绸织物柔软、蓬松、飘逸的手感,而且不影响丝绸织物的劈裂和色泽,同时增加丝绸织物的亲水性能。
本发明的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂由以下组分按质量百分比组成:两性离子型氨基硅油为1%~20%、酯基季铵盐为5%~20%、非离子乳化剂为1%~10%、强碱弱酸盐为0.1~0.5%、有机酸为0.1~0.5%及去离子水为余量;
优选的,其组分按质量百分比为:两性离子型氨基硅油为5~20%、酯基季铵盐为5~15%、非离子乳化剂为3~10%、强碱弱酸盐为0.2~0.5%、有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为余量。
进一步优选的,其组分按质量百分比为:两性离子型氨基硅油为5%、酯基季铵盐为15%、非离子乳化剂为3%、强碱弱酸盐为0.2%、有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为余量。
所述两性离子型氨基硅油可用如下通式表示,

本发明的目的还在于提供所述丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂的制备方法,所述方法按照下述步骤进行:
按照上述原料配比,在可变速混合器中先加入两性离子型氨基硅油和非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后再加入酯基季铵盐搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入强碱弱酸盐、有机酸和去离子水,乳化反应;搅拌均匀分装。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂中的两性离子型氨基硅油,既保留了部分未改性的氨基硅油,又增加了阴离子亲水基团、季铵阳离子基团和羟基。经过本硅油乳液整理后的丝绸织物,既有经过氨基硅油整理后丝绸织物的柔软,飘逸的手感,同时又降低了织物的泛黄性;硅油结构中的羟基能与织物中的羟基、羧基进行脱水缩合,提高其反应性、耐洗性;硅油结构中季铵阳离子的存在,可以提高丝绸织物整理后的蓬松感。该柔软剂中的酯基季铵盐,不仅刺激性小,而且与两性离子型氨基硅油复配,可有效提高处理织物的手感和亲水性能。而非离子乳化剂可有效提高制备柔软剂时的乳化效果,提升柔软剂的稳定性。强碱弱酸盐和有机酸作为pH调节剂,可进一步提高柔软剂的品质稳定性。上述各组分相互协同配合,使得本发明的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予丝绸织物柔软、蓬松、飘逸的手感,而且不影响丝绸织物的劈裂和色泽,同时增加丝绸织物的亲水性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的应用范围。
以下实施例中两性离子型氨基硅油购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司,型号SF6150;酯基季铵盐为三乙醇胺酯基季铵盐和N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐;非离子乳化剂仲醇聚氧乙烯醚均购自巴斯夫或者陶氏化学;可变速混合器购自IKA,型号RW20digitil。
两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150可用如下通式表示:

实施例1
本发明一种丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂,组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150为5%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为15%、非离子乳化剂XP50:XP90=1:4的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为3%、醋酸钠为0.2%、柠檬酸为0.3%及去离子水为76.5%。
制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150和非离子乳化剂XP50:XP90=1:4的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入醋酸钠、柠檬酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。
实施例2
本发明一种丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂,组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150为15%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐与三乙醇胺酯基季铵盐1:1混合为10%、非离子乳化剂15-S-5:15-S-9=3:7的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为8%、醋酸钠为0.5%、乙酸为0.3%及去离子水为66.2%。
制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150和非离子乳化剂15-S-5:15-S-9=3:7的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐和三乙醇胺酯基季铵盐混合物搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入醋酸钠、乙酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。

组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150为5%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为15%、非离子乳化剂XP50:XP90=1:4的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为3%、柠檬酸为0.3%及去离子水为76.7%。

组分和质量百分比如下:三乙醇胺酯基季铵盐为20%、醋酸铵为0.2%、乙酸为0.3%及去离子水为79.5%。

效果例
用上述实施例1~4与对比例1~4所制成的产品配制10g/L的整理液,整理纱线规格为2.8号的本色重绉丝绸织物。经二浸二轧,带液率控制在60%,经120摄氏度烘干后待回潮后进行如下的性能测试:
(1)手感
由5位经验丰富的专业人士用触摸法评定手感。1级表明手感最差,5级表明手感最好。
(2)亲水性
按照AATCC 79-2000《纺织品的吸水性测定》测定,吸入时间越快,表面亲水性越好。
(3)白度
采用SBDY-1数显白度仪检测白度。数值越大表明白度越好。

本发明实施例1~4制得的丝绸织物亲水柔软剂的不仅品质稳定性极好,而且从表1和2可以看出,使用实施例1~4制得的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂处理后的丝绸织物不仅具有较好的手感,而且亲水性也大大提高。
相比于实施例1,对比例1为市场上常用的羊绒柔软剂,组分差异较大,而对比例2未添加酯基季铵盐,对比例3未添加醋酸钠,对比例4未添加两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150和非离子乳化剂。对比表1和2可以发现,使用实施例1制得的丝绸织物亲水柔软剂处理后的丝绸织物,比对比例1~4处理的丝绸织物在手感和亲水性能上均呈现出明显优势,同时白度基本无影响。其中对比例2处理后的织物手感较好,亲水尚可,但是织物会溶解劈裂,影响使用性能。可见本发明中每一种组分均起到关键作用,各组分相互协同配合,使得本发明的丝绸织物柔软剂品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予丝绸织物柔软、蓬松、飘逸的手感,而且不影响丝绸织物的劈裂和色泽,同时增加丝绸织物的亲水性能。

10.权利要求1所述的丝绸织物用亲水柔软剂的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
按照上述原料配比,在可变速混合器中先加入两性离子型氨基硅油和非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后再加入酯基季铵盐搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入强碱弱酸盐、有机酸和去离子水,乳化反应;搅拌均匀分装。
