背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,在寒冷地区电缆由于低温造成断裂等各种故障,需要一种抗冻能力强,耐压性能好的电缆。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种防冻耐压电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种防冻耐压电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、导热层一、加热层、导热层二、屏蔽层和护套,所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包导热层一,所述导热层一外挤包加热层,所述加热层外挤包导热层二,所述导热层二外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包护套,所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述绝缘层是由硅胶制成,所述护套内设置有气管,所述气管内设置有惰性气体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,能够有效的抗冻。

一种防冻耐压电缆,包括导体1、绝缘层2、导热层一3、加热层4、导热层二5、屏蔽层6和护套7,所述导体1外挤包绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2外挤包导热层一3,所述导热层一3外挤包加热层4,所述加热层4外挤包导热层二5,所述导热层二5外挤包屏蔽层6,所述屏蔽层6外挤包护套7,所述导体1是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述绝缘层2是由硅胶制成,所述导热层一3和导热层二4是由玻璃纤维制成,所述护套内设置有气管8,所述气管8内设置有惰性气体。
