本发明涉及一种降温耐压电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,电缆过热损失能量,且容易发生火灾。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种降温耐压电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种降温耐压电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、传导层一、降温层、传导层二、屏蔽层和护套,所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包降温层,所述降温层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包护套,所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述绝缘层是由硅胶制成,所述护套内设置有气管,所述气管内设置有惰性气体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,能够有效降温防火灾,屏蔽效果好,惰性气体的设置有效的保护电缆。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种降温耐压电缆,包括导体1、绝缘层2、传导层一3、降温层4、传导层二5、屏蔽层6和护套7,所述导体1外挤包绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2外挤包传导层一3,所述传导层一3外挤包降温层4,所述降温层4外挤包传导层二5,所述传导层二5外挤包屏蔽层6,所述屏蔽层6外挤包护套7,所述导体1是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述绝缘层2是由硅胶制成,所述传导层一3和传导层二4是由玻璃纤维制成,所述护套内设置有气管8,所述气管8内设置有惰性气体。

1.一种降温耐压电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、传导层一、降温层、传导层二、屏蔽层和护套,其特征在于:所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包降温层,所述降温层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包护套,所述护套内设置有气管,所述气管内设置有惰性气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种降温耐压电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层是由硅胶制成。
