本发明公开了一种降温防火电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、传导层一、制冷层、传导层二、铠装层、阻燃层和护套,所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包制冷层,所述制冷层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包铠装层,所述铠装层外挤包阻燃层,所述阻燃层外挤包护套。本发明结构简单合理,具有阻燃,降温防止过载的优点。

本发明涉及一种降温防火电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,几乎所有现代设施都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,电缆在过载时会升温容易引起火灾,需要一种可降温,防火,方便检修的电缆。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种降温防火电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种降温防火电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、传导层一、制冷层、传导层二、铠装层、阻燃层和护套,所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包制冷层,所述制冷层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包铠装层,所述铠装层外挤包阻燃层,所述阻燃层外挤包护套,所述护套内设置有反光条和发光线,所述传导层一和传导层二是由钢带制成,所述发光线是由LED灯带制成,所述制冷层内设置有制冷剂,所述制冷剂可循环流动。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,具有阻燃,可降温的优点,反光条和发光线的设置方便在光线不好的情况下发现电缆走向,方便检修。

一种降温防火电缆,包括导体1、绝缘层2、传导层一3、制冷层4、传导层二5、铠装层6、阻燃层7和护套8,所述导体1外挤包绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2外挤包传导层一3,所述传导层一3外挤包制冷层4,所述制冷层4外挤包传导层二5,所述传导层二5外挤包铠装层6,所述铠装层6外挤包阻燃层7,所述阻燃层7外挤包护套8,所述护套8内设置有反光条9和发光线10,所述传导层一3和传导层二5是由钢带制成,所述发光线10是由LED灯带制成,所述制冷层4内设置有制冷剂,所述制冷剂可循环流动。

1.一种降温防火电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、传导层一、制冷层、传导层二、铠装层、阻燃层和护套,其特征在于:所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包传导层一,所述传导层一外挤包制冷层,所述制冷层外挤包传导层二,所述传导层二外挤包铠装层,所述铠装层外挤包阻燃层,所述阻燃层外挤包护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种加热警示电缆,其特征在于:所述护套内设置有反光条和发光线。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种加热警示电缆,其特征在于:所述传导层一和传导层二是由钢带制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种加热警示电缆,其特征在于:所述制冷层内设置有制冷剂。
