Abstract

本发明公开了一种复印纸及其制备方法,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆20-55份、维纶粘结剂4-9份、木浆33-66份、分散剂1-10份、合成树脂10-18份、韧皮纤维3-5份、钛白粉5-25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-3份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5-3份、固化剂0.7-1.9份和交联剂0.1-0.8份。本发明复印纸制备时采用苇浆、木浆和韧皮纤维为主原料,同时搭配维纶粘结剂、钛白粉、交联剂和各种分散剂,使制成的复印纸静曲强度高,打印或复印时变形小,能很好的吸附墨水,色牢度好,色彩饱和稳定性好。

一种复印纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复印纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的复印纸生产技术通常使用漂白化学针叶木浆和漂白化学阔叶木浆为主要原料,或者加入漂白草浆使用碳酸钙或者滑石粉为填料,这样的复印纸静曲强度低,打印或复印时变形大,容易翘曲,同时不能很好的吸附墨水,色牢度不好,打印图像质量差,色彩饱和稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种静曲强度高,打印或复印时变形小,能很好的吸附墨水,色牢度好,色彩饱和稳定性好的复印纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种复印纸,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆20-55份、维纶粘结剂4-9份、木浆33-66份、分散剂1-10份、合成树脂10-18份、韧皮纤维3-5份、钛白粉5-25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-3份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5-3份、固化剂0.7-1.9份和交联剂0.1-0.8份。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种复印纸的制备方法,
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述复印纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取苇浆20-55份、维纶粘结剂4-9份、木浆33-66份和钛白粉5-25份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂1-10份、合成树脂10-18份和韧皮纤维3-5份,打浆分散30分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-3份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5-3份、固化剂0.7-1.9份和交联剂0.1-0.8份,调制成PH值为7.0-9.0的浆料;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
本发明复印纸的有益效果是:所述复印纸制备时采用苇浆、木浆和韧皮纤维为主原料,同时搭配维纶粘结剂、钛白粉、交联剂和各种分散剂,使制成的复印纸静曲强度高,打印或复印时变形小,能很好的吸附墨水,色牢度好,色彩饱和稳定性好。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种复印纸,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆20份、维纶粘结剂4份、木浆33份、分散剂1份、合成树脂10份、韧皮纤维3份、钛白粉5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5份、固化剂0.7份和交联剂0.1份。
所述复印纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取苇浆20份、维纶粘结剂4份、木浆33份和钛白粉5份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂1份、合成树脂10份和韧皮纤维3份,打浆分散30分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5份、固化剂0.7份和交联剂0.1份,调制成PH值为7.0-9.0的浆料;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
实施例2
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆55份、维纶粘结剂9份、木浆66份、分散剂10份、合成树脂18份、韧皮纤维5份、钛白粉25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液3份、白色纳米颜料浆3份、固化剂1.9份和交联剂0.8份。
实施例3
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆35份、维纶粘结剂6份、木浆45份、分散剂5份、合成树脂15份、韧皮纤维4份、钛白粉15份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2份、白色纳米颜料浆1.5份、固化剂1.2份和交联剂0.4份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆25份、维纶粘结剂5份、木浆36份、分散剂2份、合成树脂12份、韧皮纤维3.5份、钛白粉8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1.5份、白色纳米颜料浆0.8份、固化剂0.9份和交联剂0.3份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆50份、维纶粘结剂8份、木浆60份、分散剂9份、合成树脂17份、韧皮纤维4.4份、钛白粉23份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2.5份、白色纳米颜料浆2份、固化剂1.6份和交联剂0.7份。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆26份、维纶粘结剂5.8份、木浆47份、分散剂4份、合成树脂14份、韧皮纤维3.9份、钛白粉13份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1.8份、白色纳米颜料浆1份、固化剂1.3份和交联剂0.4份。
实施例7
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆48份、维纶粘结剂7份、木浆55份、分散剂7份、合成树脂16份、韧皮纤维3.3份、钛白粉18份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1.8份、白色纳米颜料浆1.1份、固化剂1份和交联剂0.3份。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆25份、维纶粘结剂5份、木浆45份、分散剂5份、合成树脂15份、韧皮纤维3.5份、钛白粉15份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2.5份、白色纳米颜料浆1.5份、固化剂1.5份和交联剂0.5份。

Claims (2)

1.一种复印纸,其特征在于:该复印纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:苇浆20-55份、维纶粘结剂4-9份、木浆33-66份、分散剂1-10份、合成树脂10-18份、韧皮纤维3-5份、钛白粉5-25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-3份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5-3份、固化剂0.7-1.9份和交联剂0.1-0.8份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的复印纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取苇浆20-55份、维纶粘结剂4-9份、木浆33-66份和钛白粉5-25份混合均匀加入打浆机;
2)在步骤1的打浆机内添加分散剂1-10份、合成树脂10-18份和韧皮纤维3-5份,打浆分散30分钟;
3)在打浆分散后的原浆中添加聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液1-3份、白色纳米颜料浆0.5-3份、固化剂0.7-1.9份和交联剂0.1-0.8份,调制成PH值为7.0-9.0的浆料;
4)将烘箱温度调至65℃-75℃;
5)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料均匀涂布在干燥板上;
6)提取步骤5平铺后的浆料放置在烘箱内干燥即为成品。
