本发明涉及柔顺剂领域,具体涉及一种衣物柔顺剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣服在洗涤过程中,细小纤维往往会缠绕、纠结在一起,甚至发生断裂,衣物经多次洗涤后,洗涤剂的碱性作用更使得纤维固有的光滑性、延伸性及弹性受到影响,显现出的便是整件衣服看起来变旧、没形,触摸起来手感更是生硬,衣服洗涤次数越多这种现象就越明显。一般衣服在出厂前会用柔顺剂进行柔顺处理以解决以上现象,衣服柔顺剂的作用就好像是为织物纤维的表面均匀地上一层保护膜,纤维表面由于吸附了柔顺剂,纤维间的摩擦系数降低了、可移动性增强了,纤维固有的平滑、延伸、压缩性能也得到了恢复,所以织物变得更加柔软、蓬松、有弹性。
目前市场上的织物柔顺剂大多数采用双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵为主要活性成分,这类柔软剂最大的缺点是生物降解性差并且黄变严重,随着人们对环保质量的要求公共意识的提高,此类产品不能满足社会发展的需求。
中国专利申请(CN104372614A)一种纺织衣物柔顺剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-10份,茶皂素5-9份,乳化剂4-9份,肉豆蔻肌氨酸钠8-14份,硬脂酸1-3份,天然香精2-6份,乙酸丙酯3-9份,连翘提取物3-5份,艾纳香提取1-5份,正丙醇3-5份,山梨酸钾4-8份,凤尾草提取物3-7份。此发明的有益效果是,本发明的纺织衣物柔顺剂,具有很好的杀菌效果,同时具有抗静电的能力,使用后使衣物柔顺,更加美观。但是该发明柔顺剂不能起到抗褶皱,易漂洗的作用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种衣物柔顺剂,其具有柔顺、杀菌、抗静电的作用;此外本发明衣物柔顺剂还可增强衣物耐褶皱性、增强衣物纤维弹性;同时能散发清新香味,具有愉悦身心的功效。本发明还提供了一种衣物柔顺剂的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种衣物柔顺剂,主要由以下重量百分比成分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷10-20%,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱10-15%,壳聚糖0.1-3%,十八烷基乙烯脲1-5%,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚1-3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.1-0.5%,甜橙精油0.5-1%,聚醚F380.5-2%和水51-77%。
优选地,所述衣物柔顺剂由以下重量百分比组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷15%,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱12.7%,壳聚糖1.5%,十八烷基乙烯脲3%,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚2.55%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5%,甜橙精油0.75%,聚醚F381%和水63%。
一种衣物柔顺剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1准确称原材料;
S2将十二烷基葡萄糖苷,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱,十八烷基乙烯脲,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚聚醚F38溶于水中,搅拌,均质,得溶液A;
S3称取1.0g的壳聚糖。在500mL干净烧杯中,加入约400mL水,并加入13mL 20%HNO3溶液,在搅拌条件下,将称好的壳聚糖投到烧杯中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解。将溶解的壳聚糖溶液转移到1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻线,得1.0g/L壳聚糖溶液B;
S4将溶液B加入到溶液A中,同时加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和甜橙精油,搅拌,静置后,均质5-10min,即得。
优选地,所述步骤S2中均质3-5min。

本发明衣物柔顺剂中主要原料的作用:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷(C18H36O6,CAS:110615-47-9)是新型非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷(APG)的一种,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性。十二烷基葡萄糖苷易溶于水,较易溶于常用有机溶剂,表面张力低、无浊点、HLB值可调;具有良好的溶解性、温和性,脱脂能力强,去污力显著,对皮肤刺激小,无毒、生物降解迅速彻底,易漂洗的优点。十二烷基葡萄糖苷可与任何类型表面活性剂复配,协同效应明显,增稠效果显著,易于稀释,无凝胶现象使用方便,并具有杀菌和提高酶活力等独特性能,是一种性能全面的绿色表面活性剂。
十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,其配伍性能良好。十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱无毒,刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有增稠性、杀菌性、抗静电性。
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化的产物,能溶于低酸度的水溶液中,因其含有游离氨基,能结合酸分子,故具有许多特殊的物理化学性质和生物功能。壳聚糖是甲壳素最重要的衍生物,是甲壳素脱乙酰度达到70%以上的产物,也是迄今为止发现的唯一天然碱性多糖,具有无毒性、可生物降解性、良好的生物相容性等特性。壳聚糖能够提高织物抗褶皱性,使织物耐水洗,耐摩擦,提高织物的坚牢度,减少缩率,并使织物具有滑爽光洁和挺括的外观和手感。壳聚糖具有广谱抗菌性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等多种细菌的生长都有明显的抑制作用;壳聚糖的吸水能力很强,是纤维素的两倍以上,而且经多次洗涤也不会减弱;壳聚糖具有微细的小孔结构,有毛细管作用,吸收的汗液可以迅速散发出去,使细菌不易附着并滋生,从而增强了它的抗菌作用。
十八烷基乙烯脲,性能活泼,能耐硬水,与纤维反应时无酸质析出,对织物无脆损性,有优异的耐洗、耐干燥性。十八烷基乙烯脲用作棉织物,腈化纤维等柔软处理剂,能增加织物的丰满度、柔软性和耐沾污性。
聚氧丙基乙烯基醚为新型化纤抗静电剂,亦可作柔软剂、分散剂、消泡剂、匀染剂,金属萃取剂等。可与非离子、阳离子或阴离子表面活性剂混合使用。
羟丙基甲基纤维素在纺织工业中用作增稠剂、分散剂、黏结剂、乳化剂及稳定剂。
聚醚F38可用作乳化剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、破乳剂、分散剂、抗静电剂、除尘剂、粘度调节剂、控泡剂、匀染剂、胶凝剂等,用于生产农用化学药品、化妆品、药品;还用于金属加工净洗、纸浆和造纸工业、纺织品加工(纺织、整理、染色、柔软整理)、水质处理;也用作漂清助剂。
甜橙精油是少数有镇静作用的精油之一,有着甜甜橙香味的甜橙精油,可以驱离紧张情绪和压力、改善焦虑所引起的失眠,由于橙皮中含有大量的维他命C,能预防感冒、对皮肤有保湿效果、能平衡皮肤的酸咸值、帮助胶原形成,对于身体组织的生长与修复有良好的功效。
在本发明衣物柔顺剂中,十二烷基葡萄糖苷作为主要的表面活性剂,与十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱搭配使用,具有去污、增稠、杀菌和抗静电的作用且协同效应明显。壳聚糖作为主要的杀菌剂,同时能够提高织物抗褶皱性,使织物耐水洗,耐摩擦,提高织物的坚牢度,减少缩率,并使织物具有滑爽光洁和挺括的外观和手感。十八烷基乙烯脲柔软处理剂,能增加织物的丰满度、柔软性和耐沾污性。聚氧丙基乙烯基醚为新型化纤抗静电剂,与本发明中表面活性剂混合使用,抗静电效果好,性质稳定。羟丙基甲基纤维素为本发明衣物柔顺剂中主要增稠剂,在制备过程中静置一段时间,增稠效果更佳。聚醚F38为消泡剂。甜橙精油精油的加入,能使衣物味道清新,能够起到愉悦身心的作用。
本发明衣物柔顺剂中,各成分搭配合理,与现有技术相比具有以下优点:

制备方法,包括以下步骤:

试验例1弯曲柔软性能测试
试验对象:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备得到的衣物柔顺剂
测试方法:将衣物用柔顺剂处理后,利用测试硬挺度的方法进行弯曲柔软性能测试:弯曲长度越小,说明织物越柔软。
测试结果:衣物弯曲柔软性能测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,经实施例1-3制备得到的柔顺剂处理后,衣物弯曲度均小于标准洗涤样,同时小于对比例1-2,由此可知本发明柔顺剂能使衣物柔软,且实施例1效果最佳。
试验例2抗褶皱回复性能的评定
试验对象:实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备得到的衣物柔顺剂
测试方法:根据《纺织品织物褶皱回复性的评定外观法》(ISO9867:2009,MOD)选取10人进行评价。评价标准如表2所示。

测试结果:测试评价结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,实施例1-3制备得到的柔顺剂抗起皱等级明显高于对比例,本发明实施例1制备得到的衣物柔顺剂抗褶皱能力最佳。
试验例3抗静电能力检测
测试对象:实施例1-3制备的柔顺剂,对比例1-2制备的柔顺剂。
测试内容:按照《GB/T 12703.1-2008纺织品静电性能》的测试要求,对上述测试对象处理后的织物进行静电电压和半衰期的测定。
柔顺剂的抗静电性能主要通过织物静电电压和静电压半衰期来反映。静电电压主要判断织物静电的大小;静电压半衰期是织物表面静电电压衰减到一半时所需要的时间,主要反映织物静电衰减的快慢程度。两者综合分析,才能较全面判断柔顺剂的抗静电性能,经柔顺剂处理后,如果织物静电电压程低,又能够迅速衰减,这种柔顺剂的抗静电性能是比较出色的;如果静电电压较高,但衰减迅速,或者静电电压较低,但衰减速度缓慢,这种柔顺剂的抗静电性能比较一般;如果静电电压高,衰减速度又缓慢,这种柔顺剂的抗静电性能就不理想了。
测试结果:如表4所示

由表4可知,与对比例柔顺剂相比,经过本发明实施例制备得到的柔顺剂处理后的织物的静电电压程低且衰减速度快,说明本发明柔顺剂抗静电性能强,其中实施例1柔顺剂抗静电性能最强。
试验例4杀菌能力检测
测试对象:实施例1-3制备的柔顺剂,对比例1-2制备的柔顺剂。
测试内容:对实施例1-3制备的柔顺剂,对比例1-2制备的柔顺剂进行杀菌性能检测,结果如表5所示。

由表5可知,实施例1-3制备得到的衣物柔顺剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌均有加高的杀菌率,并且实施例1与对比例2相比,对各菌杀菌率都有明显提高。以上说明本发明制备得到的柔顺剂具有优良的杀菌效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,主要由以下重量百分比成分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷10-20%,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱10-15%,壳聚糖0.1-3%,十八烷基乙烯脲1-5%,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚1-3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.1-0.5%,甜橙精油0.5-1%,聚醚F380.5-2%和水51-77%。
2.根据权利要求1所述衣物柔顺剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷15%,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱12.7%,壳聚糖1.5%,十八烷基乙烯脲3%,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚2.55%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5%,甜橙精油0.75%,聚醚F381%和水63%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述衣物柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1准确称原材料;
S2将十二烷基葡萄糖苷,十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱,十八烷基乙烯脲,聚氧丙基乙烯基醚聚醚F38溶于水中,搅拌,均质,得溶液A;
S3称取1.0g的壳聚糖。在500mL干净烧杯中,加入约400mL水,并加入13mL20%HNO3溶液,在搅拌条件下,将称好的壳聚糖投到烧杯中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解。将溶解的壳聚糖溶液转移到1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻线,得1.0g/L壳聚糖溶液B;
S4将溶液B加入到溶液A中,同时加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和甜橙精油,搅拌,静置后,均质5-10min,即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述衣物柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中均质3-5min。
5.根据权利要求3所述衣物柔顺剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中静置30min。
