本发明公开了一种高压屏蔽电缆绝缘耐热护套料配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,石蜡6-9份、氯化聚乙烯40、纳米高岭土20;白炭黑20-23份、氯化石蜡6-12份、氧化镁12-30份、醇酸树脂60-85份、聚氨酯树脂25-40份、聚磷酸铵18-26份、钙粉33-36份、高岭土22-29份、树脂30-50份、塑化剂28-35份、基体橡胶30-60份、填充体50-59份、低水硼酸锌30-36份、防老剂50-60份。本发明配方合理、科学,耐辐照性能好、防水性能好,且机械性能优异,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、具有较高的使用安全性和较长的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压屏蔽电缆绝缘耐热护套料配方。
背景技术
电缆护套为包裹在电缆缆芯外的一层橡胶层,起到绝缘和保护内部导体的作用,电缆护套的质量好坏取决于护套的绝缘性能与配方、耐火性以及机械性能,而传统的电缆护套由于自身配料搭配的不合理,绝缘性能相对其它类护套绝缘性能一般,制成的护套投入实际生产中后,易出现漏电甚至被高压击穿,致使护套烧损或引起火灾,危害到人们的生命财产安全。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高压屏蔽电缆绝缘耐热护套料配方。
发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种高压屏蔽电缆绝缘耐热护套料配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,石蜡6-9份、氯化聚乙烯40、纳米高岭土20;白炭黑20-23份、氯化石蜡6-12份、氧化镁12-30份、醇酸树脂60-85份、聚氨酯树脂25-40份、聚磷酸铵18-26份、钙粉33-36份、高岭土22-29份、树脂30-50份、塑化剂28-35份、基体橡胶30-60份、填充体50-59份、低水硼酸锌30-36份、防老剂50-60份。
具体地,本发明它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,氯磺化聚乙烯32份、防老剂26份、二叔丁基30份、甲基苯酚22份、阻燃剂采用含氯28份、三氧化二锑18份、填充剂37份、超细滑石粉10.2份、高耐磨炭黑15份、氢氧化镁26份、低水硼酸锌15份、高岭土22份、硅灰石21份、蒙脱土、18份、云母粉中13份。
本发明的有益效果:电缆防火涂料高温条件下能阻止电缆绝缘层燃烧,
涂覆在电缆表面使得电缆具有良好的抗弯性和柔韧性,延长电缆的使用寿命,节约了生产成本。生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、防水性性和耐油性好、耐高低温等特性,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种高压屏蔽电缆绝缘耐热护套料配方,它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,石蜡6-9份、氯化聚乙烯40、纳米高岭土20;白炭黑20-23份、氯化石蜡6-12份、氧化镁12-30份、醇酸树脂60-85份、聚氨酯树脂25-40份、聚磷酸铵18-26份、钙粉33-36份、高岭土22-29份、树脂30-50份、塑化剂28-35份、基体橡胶30-60份、填充体50-59份、低水硼酸锌30-36份、防老剂50-60份。
作为本发明的优选方案;本发明它由以下原料组成:按分量计取,氯磺化聚乙烯32份、防老剂26份、二叔丁基30份、甲基苯酚22份、阻燃剂采用含氯28份、三氧化二锑18份、填充剂37份、超细滑石粉10.2份、高耐磨炭黑15份、氢氧化镁26份、低水硼酸锌15份、高岭土22份、硅灰石21份、蒙脱土、18份、云母粉中13份。
