背景技术
一般而言,导体屏蔽主体材料主要采用含有氯元素的氯丁橡胶或氯化聚乙烯,这种橡胶分子结构中含有氯元素,当电缆燃烧或导体工作温度过高时,会产生对导体及绝缘有损害的HCl气体腐蚀导体及绝缘材料,对电缆的安全运行和寿命带来极大的影响。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对配方调整,对电缆料有一定的补强作用,可提高电缆料的定伸应力、硬度、强度和耐磨性。本发明生产出来的导电屏蔽料不仅具有优良的机械物理性能、剥离力、导电性能,而且同时还具有良好的耐高低温性、耐腐蚀性、耐水性、耐磨性、耐臭氧、耐老化等优点,经久耐用,完全能够满足高压矿用橡套软电缆的要求。
