本发明属于汽车材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型汽车车轴材料。一种新型汽车车轴材料,其各组分及各个组分的重量百分含量为:0.22%~0.33%的C,0.30%~0.60%的Si,0.6%~0.82%的Mn,0.02~0.05%的P,0.03~0.05%的S,0.75%~1.30%的Cr,0.15%~0.25%的Mo,0.01~0.08%的Al,0.25~0.55%的Cu,0.25~0.65%的Ni,余量为铁。该材料制成的车轴钢管强度高,表面硬度高,冲击韧性好,抗疲劳性能良好,且基本不含铅。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型汽车车轴材料。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车行业迅猛发展。且随着汽车技术的发展,对汽车各种零配件的要求也越来越高。汽车车轴作为汽车传动的重要部件,需求大,且要求高。然而,传统的车轴由于材料和工艺的限制,钢管强度不高,表面硬度不够,冲击韧性差,抗疲劳性能达不到要求。大功率高转速发动机轴材料多半是铜铅合金滑动轴承材料,其铅的含量很高,铅的电镀减磨层都会造成环境污染。随着人类环境问题的日益严重,要解决汽车工业的环保问题,即需要使用清洁能源和减少温室气体排放,有需要追求更加环保的零配件材料,从而降低对环境的影响,尤其是重金属对环境的影响。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型汽车车轴材料。该材料制成的车轴钢管强度高,表面硬度高,冲击韧性好,抗疲劳性能良好,且基本不含铅。
一种新型新型汽车车轴材料,其各组分及各个组分的重量百分含量为:0.22%~0.33%的C,0.30%~0.60%的Si,0.6%~0.82%的Mn,0.02~0.05%的P,0.03~0.05%的S,0.75%~1.30%的Cr,0.15%~0.25%的Mo,0.01~0.08%的Al,0.25~0.55%的Cu,0.25~0.65%的Ni,余量为铁。
优选的,Mo的重量百分含量为0.18~0.24%。
优选的,C的重量百分含量为0.28~0.32%。
优选的,还含有重量百分含量为0.02~0.06%的V。
优选的,还含有Ca,其重量百分含量为0.002%~0.005%

实施例2
一种新型汽车车轴材料,其各组分及各个组分的重量百分含量为:0.31%的C,0.55%的Si,0.67%的Mn,0.025%的P,0.045%的S,0.08%的Cr,0.18%的Mo,0.04%的Al,0.033%的Cu,0.38%的Ni,0.04%的V,0.005%的Ca,余量为铁。
实施例3
一种新型汽车车轴材料,其各组分及各个组分的重量百分含量为:0.28%的C,0.60%的Si,0.70%的Mn,0.04%的P,0.03%的S,1.30%的Cr,0.25%的Mo,0.01%的Al,0.28%的Cu,0.25%的Ni,0.05%的V,0.005%的Ca,余量为铁。

1.一种新型汽车车轴材料,其各组分及各个组分的重量百分含量为:0.22%~0.33%的C,0.30%~0.60%的Si,0.6%~0.82%的Mn,0.02~0.05%的P,0.03~0.05%的S,0.75%~1.30%的Cr,0.15%~0.25%的Mo,0.01~0.08%的Al,0.25~0.55%的Cu,0.25~0.65%的Ni,余量为铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车车轴材料,其特征在于:Mo的重量百分含量为0.18~0.24%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车车轴材料,其特征在于:C的重量百分含量为0.28~0.32%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车车轴材料,其特征在于:还含有重量百分含量为0.02~0.06%的V。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车车轴材料,其特征在于:还含有Ca,其重量百分含量为0.002%~0.005%。
