Abstract

本发明公开一种LED高杆灯,包括灯杆、安装在灯杆上端的灯盘、设置在灯盘上的LED光源、设置在灯杆顶部的避雷针,在灯杆上端还设有一可带动LED光源旋转调节照射角度的电机,LED光源通过一转动轴及一安装架安装在灯盘上,安装架与灯盘焊接固定,转动轴一端与安装架铰接,另一端与LED光源连接,电机通过一传动装置与转动轴连接,并带动LED光源旋转从而调节照射角度,在灯杆下端设有一与电机连接的控制面板。这样,在一些施工或特殊场合中,可以通过控制面板来调节LED光源的照射角度,增加或减少照射的范围从而满足各种场所的要求。

本发明涉及一种LED高杆灯,特别涉及一种LED高杆灯。
背景技术
在城市广场、机场、码头、高速公路等空旷而繁忙的地方,通常使用安装高杆灯来实现大范围集中照明,而LED高杆灯由于其节能环保的特点而使用得越来越广泛,现有的LED高杆灯的LED光源是固定在灯杆上的,照射的角度不可调节,对于一些施工或特殊场合使用过程中,为了满足施工或场合需要增加或减少照射的范围,从而需要对路灯的照射角度进行调整时,现有的LED光源固定结构则难以满足施工或特殊场合的需要,影响路灯使用,给人们造成不便。
因此,如何实现一种LED高杆灯是业内亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种LED高杆灯,旨在实现可调节LED光源的照射角度来满足施工或特殊场合的需要。
本发明提出一种LED高杆灯,包括灯杆、安装在灯杆上端的灯盘、设置在灯盘上的LED光源、设置在灯杆顶部的避雷针,在灯杆上端还设有一可带动LED光源旋转调节照射角度的电机,LED光源通过一转动轴及一安装架安装在灯盘上,安装架与灯盘焊接固定,转动轴一端与安装架铰接,另一端与LED光源连接,电机通过一传动装置与转动轴连接,并带动LED光源旋转从而调节照射角度,在灯杆下端设有一与电机连接的控制面板。
优选地,控制面板上设有正旋转调节按钮及反旋转调节按钮以及运行指示灯。
本发明一种LED高杆灯,包括灯杆、安装在灯杆上端的灯盘、设置在灯盘上的LED光源、设置在灯杆顶部的避雷针,在灯杆上端还设有一可带动LED光源旋转调节照射角度的电机,LED光源通过一转动轴及一安装架安装在灯盘上,安装架与灯盘焊接固定,转动轴一端与安装架铰接,另一端与LED光源连接,电机通过一传动装置与转动轴连接,并带动LED光源旋转从而调节照射角度,在灯杆下端设有一与电机连接的控制面板。这样,在一些施工或特殊场合中,可以通过控制面板来调节LED光源的照射角度,增加或减少照射的范围从而满足各种场所的要求。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1,提出本发明一种LED高杆灯的一实施例,包括灯杆100、安装在灯杆100上端的灯盘200、设置在灯盘200上的LED光源300、设置在灯杆100顶部的避雷针400。其中LED光源300的数量可根据实际情况而定。在灯杆100上端还设有一电机500,电机500可带动LED光源300旋转从而调节照射角度,LED光源300通过一转动轴600及一安装架700安装在灯盘200上,安装架700与灯盘200焊接固定,转动轴600一端与安装架700铰接,另一端与LED光源300连接。灯杆100及灯盘200内部均为空心结构,电机500通过一设置在灯杆100及灯盘200内部的传动装置与转动轴600连接,并带动LED光源300旋转从而调节照射角度。在灯杆100下端设有一与电机500连接的控制面板800,为便于使用,在控制面板800上设置有正旋转调节按钮及反旋转调节按钮以及运行指示灯。
通过控制面板800控制电机500运行,从而通过传动装置带动转动轴600转动,并最终带动LED光源300旋转,由此来调节LED光源300的照射角度及照射范围,满足施工及特殊场合的需要,使用方面,结构简单合理,值得推广应用。

1.一种LED高杆灯,包括灯杆、安装在所述灯杆上端的灯盘、设置在灯盘上的LED光源、设置在所述灯杆顶部的避雷针,其特征在于,在所述灯杆上端还设有一可带动LED光源旋转调节照射角度的电机,所述LED光源通过一转动轴及一安装架安装在所述灯盘上,所述安装架与所述灯盘焊接固定,所述转动轴一端与所述安装架铰接,另一端与所述LED光源连接,所述电机通过一传动装置与所述转动轴连接,并带动所述LED光源旋转从而调节照射角度,在所述灯杆下端设有一与所述电机连接的控制面板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高杆灯,其特征在于,所述控制面板上设有正旋转调节按钮及反旋转调节按钮以及运行指示灯。
