Abstract

本发明公开了一种高射程高杆灯,属于路灯领域。本发明将光源模块固定在夹角可调节的旋转板上,可根据安装需求调节两块旋转板的固定夹角大小,扩大路灯的照射范围,提高光源利用率;光源容纳槽的下表面与凹槽构成凹透镜,将光束进一步发散,增加整体照明范围及射程;灯盘下方设置缓冲装置,降低灯盘掉落的危险系数。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种高射程高杆灯。
背景技术
在城市广场、机场、码头、高速公路等空旷的地方,通常采用高杆灯来实现大范围的集中照明,因此对高杆灯的照明射程范围具有很高的要求。现有高杆灯灯盘重量大,长期使用后存在灯盘掉落的安全隐患,而且现有的高杆灯其照明范围局限,不可根据实际安装使用环境进行调节。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种高射程高杆灯,照明范围远,亮度高,光能利用率高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高射程高杆灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端设有灯盘,所述灯盘的内圈设有套环,所述套环与灯杆侧壁固定连接,所述灯盘的下表面设有若干灯头,所述灯头包括灯头壳体,所述灯头壳体由上下两层容纳腔组成,其中上层为隔热层,下层内部设有两块旋转板,所述旋转板的一端与转轴连接,所述转轴的一端设有刻度盘,所述转轴的另一端通过连杆固定在下层容纳腔内,所述旋转板的下方设有L型卡槽,所述L型卡槽内部插设有光源模块,所述光源模块包括铝基板及设置在铝基板表面的透镜,所述透镜与铝基板之间设有若干光源容纳槽,所述光源容纳槽的下表面为凹面,所述透镜下表面设有若干与凹面相对的凹槽,光源放置在光源容纳槽内,所述旋转板的上方设有若干散热翅片,所述散热翅片的上端穿过灯头壳体下方的容纳腔进入隔热层内部,所述隔热层的两侧开设有若干散热孔;
所述灯盘下方设有缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设置在灯杆外侧的滑套、臂组件、伞状缓冲网、设置在灯杆外侧的托盘、气弹簧及固定在灯杆外侧的加固圈,所述臂组件的一端连接在滑套的外侧,另一端与伞状缓冲网连接,所述伞状缓冲网的下端与托盘固定连接,所述托盘与加固圈之间设有若干气弹簧。
所述灯杆由上灯杆及下灯杆组成,所述上灯杆的下端与下灯杆的上端通过凹凸块相互配合连接,连接处的外圈固定有加固圈。
所述散热翅片的上端为Y形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将光源模块固定在夹角可调节的旋转板上,可根据安装需求调节两块旋转板的固定夹角大小,扩大路灯的照射范围,提高光源利用率;光源容纳槽的下表面与凹槽构成凹透镜,将光束进一步发散,增加整体照明范围及射程;灯盘下方设置缓冲装置,降低灯盘掉落的危险系数。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
一种高射程高杆灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端设有灯盘16,所述灯盘16的内圈设有套环15,所述套环15与灯杆侧壁固定连接,所述灯盘16的下表面设有若干灯头17,所述灯头17包括灯头壳体1,所述灯头壳体1由上下两层容纳腔组成,其中上层为隔热层12,下层内部设有两块旋转板2,所述旋转板2的一端与转轴3连接,所述转轴3的一端设有刻度盘4,所述转轴3的另一端通过连杆固定在下层容纳腔内,所述旋转板2的下方设有L型卡槽5,所述L型卡槽5内部插设有光源模块,所述光源模块包括铝基板6及设置在铝基板6表面的透镜7,所述透镜7与铝基板6之间设有若干光源容纳槽8,所述光源容纳槽8的下表面为凹面,所述透镜7下表面设有若干与凹面相对的凹槽10,光源9放置在光源容纳槽8内,所述旋转板2的上方设有若干散热翅片11,所述散热翅片11的上端穿过灯头壳体下方的容纳腔进入隔热层12内部,所述隔热层12的两侧开设有若干散热孔;
所述灯盘16下方设有缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设置在灯杆外侧的滑套18、臂组件19、伞状缓冲网20、设置在灯杆外侧的托盘21、气弹簧22及固定在灯杆外侧的加固圈23,所述臂组件19的一端连接在滑套18的外侧,另一端与伞状缓冲网20连接,所述伞状缓冲网20的下端与托盘21固定连接,所述托盘21与加固圈23之间设有若干气弹簧22。
所述灯杆由上灯杆14及下灯杆13组成,所述上灯杆14的下端与下灯杆13的上端通过凹凸块相互配合连接,连接处的外圈固定有加固圈23。
所述散热翅片11的上端为Y形。
如说明书附图图1所示,一种高射程高杆灯,包括灯杆,灯杆由上灯杆14及下灯杆13组成,上灯杆14的下端与下灯杆13的上端通过凹凸块相互配合连接,连接处的外圈固定有加固圈23;灯杆的顶端设有灯盘16,灯盘16的内圈设有套环15,套环15与灯杆侧壁固定连接,灯盘16的下表面设有若干灯头17,灯盘16下方设有缓冲装置,缓冲装置包括设置在灯杆外侧的滑套18、臂组件19、伞状缓冲网20、设置在灯杆外侧的托盘21、气弹簧22及固定在灯杆外侧的加固圈23,臂组件19的一端连接在滑套18的外侧,另一端与伞状缓冲网20连接,伞状缓冲网20的下端与托盘21固定连接,托盘21与加固圈23之间设有若干气弹簧22。
如说明书附图图2所示,灯头17包括灯头壳体1,灯头壳体1由上下两层容纳腔组成,其中上层为隔热层12,下层内部设有两块旋转板2,旋转板之间的夹角保持在135°至180°之间,旋转板2的一端与转轴3连接,转轴3的一端设有刻度盘4,转轴3的另一端通过连杆固定在下层容纳腔内,旋转板2的下方设有L型卡槽5,L型卡槽5内部插设有光源模块,光源模块包括铝基板6及设置在铝基板6表面的透镜7,透镜7与铝基板6之间设有若干光源容纳槽8,光源容纳槽8的下表面为凹面,透镜7下表面设有若干与凹面相对的凹槽10,光源9放置在光源容纳槽8内,旋转板2的上方设有若干散热翅片11,散热翅片11的上端为Y形,散热翅片11的上端穿过灯头壳体下方的容纳腔进入隔热层12内部,隔热层12的两侧开设有若干散热孔。
本发明组装时,根据高杆灯照明范围使用需求将旋转板的角度调节并固定好,依据刻度盘4的刻度进行调节,两块旋转板与旋转轴之间可通过锁紧螺母进行锁紧连接,散热翅片的上端设置在隔热层内部,及时将灯头内部的热量散出。
缓冲装置对下落的灯盘起到缓冲作用,当灯盘下落时,套环向下推动滑套,滑套带动臂组件19展开将伞状缓冲网20打开,缓冲网能够承接灯盘意外落下的小零件,避免高空落下引发安全事故,灯盘下落对托盘21具有冲击力,气弹簧22设置在托盘21及加固圈23之间,起到进一步缓冲作用,有效避免灯盘下落引发安全事故,使用更为安全。

1.一种高射程高杆灯,其特征在于:包括灯杆,所述灯杆的顶端设有灯盘(16),所述灯盘(16)的内圈设有套环(15),所述套环(15)与灯杆侧壁固定连接,所述灯盘(16)的下表面设有若干灯头(17),所述灯头(17)包括灯头壳体(1),所述灯头壳体(1)由上下两层容纳腔组成,其中上层为隔热层(12),下层内部设有两块旋转板(2),所述旋转板(2)的一端与转轴(3)连接,所述转轴(3)的一端设有刻度盘(4),所述转轴(3)的另一端通过连杆固定在下层容纳腔内,所述旋转板(2)的下方设有L型卡槽(5),所述L型卡槽(5)内部插设有光源模块,所述光源模块包括铝基板(6)及设置在铝基板(6)表面的透镜(7),所述透镜(7)与铝基板(6)之间设有若干光源容纳槽(8),所述光源容纳槽(8)的下表面为凹面,所述透镜(7)下表面设有若干与凹面相对的凹槽(10),光源(9)放置在光源容纳槽(8)内,所述旋转板(2)的上方设有若干散热翅片(11),所述散热翅片(11)的上端穿过灯头壳体下方的容纳腔进入隔热层(12)内部,所述隔热层(12)的两侧开设有若干散热孔;
所述灯盘(16)下方设有缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设置在灯杆外侧的滑套(18)、臂组件(19)、伞状缓冲网(20)、设置在灯杆外侧的托盘(21)、气弹簧(22)及固定在灯杆外侧的加固圈(23),所述臂组件(19)的一端连接在滑套(18)的外侧,另一端与伞状缓冲网(20)连接,所述伞状缓冲网(20)的下端与托盘(21)固定连接,所述托盘(21)与加固圈(23)之间设有若干气弹簧(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高射程高杆灯,其特征在于:所述灯杆由上灯杆(14)及下灯杆(13)组成,所述上灯杆(14)的下端与下灯杆(13)的上端通过凹凸块相互配合连接,连接处的外圈固定有加固圈(23)。
