Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般地涉及润滑***。更加具体地,本发明涉及用于移动润滑***的泵马达的电子控制***。
背景技术
工业和建筑机械常常需要润滑以运行。这些机械的密封件、活塞和轴承可能需要大量的润滑脂、机油或者其它润滑剂,以保护免受磨损,防止腐蚀,和/或减少摩擦生热。移动机械常常被并入工业车辆中或者由工业车辆运送,工业车辆通常使用便携式本地润滑组件,其中,本地润滑剂泵、储存器和注射器被固定到车辆或装置以确保充分的润滑。本地储存器具有足够处理扩展的普通操作的有限容量,并且视需要,用来自更大源的润滑剂补充本地储存器。本地润滑剂组件常常将润滑剂供应到不同机械专用的多个润滑剂注射器。
发明内容
在第一实施例中,用于润滑剂泵马达的马达控制***包括泵***电能输入部、马达驱动器、电流传感器、润滑控制器和驱动器控制器。泵***电能输入部被构造成供应***电能。马达驱动器被构造成使用***电能驱动润滑剂泵马达。电流传感器被布置在泵***电能输入部和马达驱动器之间以感测***电能的输入电流。润滑控制器被构造成提供马达激励信号。驱动器控制器被布置成经由单独数字输入部接收马达激励信号,并且响应于激励信号根据感测到的输入电流和用户定义的电流设定点控制马达驱动器。
在第二实施例中,润滑***包括润滑剂储存器、被构造成从润滑剂储存器吸取流体的润滑剂泵、泵马达、***电能输入部、润滑控制器和马达控制器。泵马达被构造成驱动润滑剂泵,并且***电能输入部提供电输入电能,以驱动泵马达。润滑控制器被构造成向泵马达提供激励信号。马达控制器被布置成作为单独数字输入部接收激励信号,并且响应于激励信号、根据用户定义的电流设定点和电输入电能的感测到的电流使用驱动器控制器控制从***电能输入部输送到泵马达的电能。

具体实施方式
本发明的润滑***包括电子泵马达控制器,该电子泵马达控制器作为单独数字输入部接收激励指令,并且响应于激励指令(激励指令是用户定义的电流设定点与感测到的输入电流的函数)使用运行控制回路的驱动器控制器来产生马达控制信号。
图1是接收、储存和供应润滑剂流体的润滑***10的示意图。润滑***10包括本地组件12,本地组件12具有润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、输入/输出歧管22、润滑剂工作管线24和润滑剂注射器26。来自补充源28的润滑剂流体能经由补充管线30、截流阀组件32和储存器入口管线34供应到润滑剂储存器14。补充泵36对来自补充源28的流体加压,并且***管线38能从补充管线30将过量的润滑剂排出到润滑剂***槽40中。
本地组件12是和诸如泵、活塞、密封件、轴承和/或轴的润滑机械一起使用的专用润滑组件。本地组件12能例如是安装在车辆上或者其它移动装置上的用于润滑移动部件的润滑组件。润滑剂储存器14是用于润滑剂流体的罐或者其它容器。在一些实施例中,润滑剂储存器14能是大体上柱形的桶。马达16驱动泵18,泵18进而通过流体管20从润滑剂储存器14吸取润滑剂,并且在压力下迫使润滑剂通过输入/输出歧管22进入润滑剂工作管线24中。马达能例如是电动马达或气动马达。在一个实施例中,泵18是活塞泵。在替代实施例中,泵18能是任何其它种类的往复泵或齿轮泵。
流体管20是润滑剂运送管,润滑剂运送管从润滑剂储存器14的在输入/输出组件22附近的顶部位置延伸到润滑剂储存器14的基座附近的底部位置。尽管流体管20被描绘为竖直柱形管,但是替代实施例能弯曲、成角度或另外具有其它形状。流体管20能例如是具有同轴的入口和出口通道的嵌套管。入口/出口歧管22为润滑剂进入或离开润滑剂储存器14提供入口和出口。入口/输出歧管22连接到流体管20、润滑剂工作管线24和入口管线34。润滑剂工作管线24是将润滑剂从输入/输出歧管22运送到润滑剂注射器26的流体分布管线,其能被分布成跨过多个润滑部件(未示出)。尽管仅示出一条润滑剂工作管线24,但是本地组件12的一些实施例能包括多条润滑剂工作管线,这些工作管线全部都连接到输入/输出歧管22。润滑剂注射器26是用于润滑脂、机油或其它润滑剂材料的注射器,其被布置在润滑部件的位置处。润滑剂注射器26能例如是由马达18加压的弹簧偏置注射器,其起动以供应定量的润滑剂流体。
补充源28是润滑剂材料的源,视需要用于补充润滑剂储存器14。补充源28能例如是大型固定桶、罐或容器。当润滑剂储存器14耗尽时,通过将补充管线30附接到截流阀组件32能补充润滑剂储存器14,截流阀32经由入口管线34流体连接到输入/输出歧管22。补充管线30能例如是与补充源28相关联的可拆卸软管。截流阀组件32是布置在补充源28与入口/输出歧管22之间的阀组件。截流阀组件32被偏置打开,但是当润滑剂储存器14满时关闭以防止过填充。当截流阀组件32打开时,利用补充泵36能将来自补充源28的流体泵送通过补充管线30、截流阀组件32和入口管线34进入润滑剂储存器14中。补充泵36能是例如齿轮泵、往复缸泵或者任何其它适当的加压装置。一旦润滑剂储存器14已经被填充,则补充管线30能从截流截流阀组件32断开。过量的润滑剂能经由***管线38从补充管线30排出。***管线38能例如是经由手动致动阀附接到补充管线的出口管线或套管。在一些实施例中,润滑剂***槽能是废弃流体***槽。在其它实施例中,润滑剂***槽40能是将过量的润滑剂送回补充源28的再循环***槽。
润滑控制器42是有逻辑能力的装置,诸如专用的微处理器或微处理器集合或装载有适当的控制软件的非专用计算机。润滑控制器42接收反映本地组件12的状态的输入信号Ci并且经由输出信号Co控制马达16和本地组件12的致动器。润滑控制器42能是本地组件10的一部分,或者能是经由诸如无线连接的远程数据连接与本地组件12通信的远程控制器。润滑控制器42能包括诸如屏幕、按键和/或通信收发器的用户接口部件以向本地或远程用户提供数据和接收用户输入指令。在一些实施例中,润滑控制器42能输出指示本地组件12的操作中的改变的报警或警示消息(例如,经由数字信号、光或者声音)。
本地组件12向能是便携式的或者另外可从补充源28移开的机器部件供应润滑剂。视需要,能补充润滑剂储存器14,从而允许本地组件12独立于润滑剂源操作持续延长的时间,例如当关联的机器部件在远离补充源28的位置处使用时。
图2是本地组件12的一部分的分解视图,图示如上所述的润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、入口/输出歧管22、截流阀组件32和入口管线34。图2进一步描绘盖板44、密封环46、随动板48、储存器唇缘50、柔性隔膜52、填充板54、主入口56、主出口58、通风阀螺线管60、补充入口62、补充出口64和通气孔66。
在所描绘的实施例中,盖板44是用于润滑剂储存器14的大体上扁平的盖,其用作用于马达16、泵18、截流阀组件32和通气孔66的基座。在组装状态下,盖板44被螺栓连接到密封环46、随动板48和储存器唇缘50。储存器唇缘50是润滑剂储存器的环形凸缘,其被布置成接收紧固件并与随动板48形成流体密封。随动板48和密封环46被布置在储存器唇缘50与盖板44之间。在所描绘的实施例中,随动板48是包括柔性隔膜52和至少一个填充板54的隔膜板。当储存器14不满时,填充板54的重量引起柔性隔膜52向下躬,远离盖板44。随着储存器14被填充,润滑剂储存器14内的润滑剂向上推动柔性隔膜52和填充板54。在一些实施例中,当润滑剂储存器14满时,随动板48的该向上变形能致动截流阀组件32,引起截流阀组件32关闭。在替代实施例中,替代地能使用其它种类的随动板。通气孔66是盖板44中的被覆盖的孔,该孔允许随动板下方的空气流动从而避免在润滑剂储存器14中的润滑剂料位下降时产生负压。在一些实施例中,柔性隔膜52和/或填充板54可以包括气流孔,该气流孔允许气流通过随动板48,但是闭合以阻挡润滑剂流。
如关于图1所描述的,入口/输出歧管22是带有进/出流体管20的流体通道的流体歧管。主入口56和主出口58分别是入口/输出歧管22的输入和输出端口。主出口58连接到润滑剂工作管线24。在一些实施例中,入口/输出歧管22能具有服务于多条润滑剂工作管线的多个主出口。主入口56经由入口管线34和补充管线30接收来自补充源28的补充润滑剂。尽管入口管线34被图示为软管,但是入口管线34的替代实施例可以例如是刚性管或者通道。入口管线34将主入口56连接到补充出口64和截流阀组件32的出口端口。补充润滑剂在补充入口62处进入截流阀组件32,在补充出口64处离开截流阀组件32(如果截流阀组件32打开),并且继续通过入口管线34、主入口56和流体管20进入润滑剂储存器14中。
在所描绘的实施例中,入口/输出歧管22配备有通风阀螺线管60,通风阀螺线管60是驱动一体化到入口/输出歧管22的通风阀的致动器螺线管。通风阀螺线管60根据来自润滑控制器42的输出信号Co中所包括的指令信号致动入口/输出歧管22中的阀门。以这种方式,入口/输出歧管22能够在泵送和通风模式之间切换。在泵送模式中,泵18能通过主出口58将流体从润滑剂储存器14驱动到润滑剂工作管线24,和/或润滑剂储存器14能通过主入口56接收从补充源28泵送的补充润滑剂。在通风模式下,润滑剂工作管线24中的加压流体被允许通过入口歧管22的入口通道循环回到作为压力释放机构的润滑剂储存器14中。
图3是电子控制***100的示意性框图,电子控制***100是用于马达16的泵马达控制***。电子控制***100支配马达16的电能供应和作为结果发生的泵18的操作。电子控制***100包括马达16、润滑控制器42、***电能输入部102、马达控制器104、驱动器控制器106、逻辑电能供应部108、单独数据输入部110、电流传感器112、用户输入装置114和马达驱动器116。
如关于图1和图2所述的,润滑控制器42是与马达16通信的并且在一些实施例中与润滑***10的其它部件通信的控制装置。***电能输入是到诸如电池、发电机或电网线的本地电源的电能连接。***电能输入部102能例如是到直流(DC)电源的电连接部。马达控制器104是专用于马达16的控制逻辑***。在一些实施例中,马达控制器104能被合并(例如在印刷配线板上)在马达16的外壳内。马达控制器104接收来自润滑控制器42的激励指令Ca和来自的***电源102的输入电能PI。激励指令Ca指定马达16何时应开动和关停。马达控制器104响应于激励指令Ca并根据输入电能PI的所感测到的电流和用户定义的电流设定点向马达16供应电能。
马达控制器104包括驱动器控制器106和马达驱动器116。驱动器控制器106控制从***电能输入102向马达驱动器116供应的电能。驱动器控制器106是基于微处理器的装置,其经由逻辑电能供应部108接收来自输入电能PI的电能,并且经由单独数字输入110接收来自润滑控制器42的致动指令Ca。单独数字输入110为仅数据连接,润滑控制器42通过其向马达16提供开动指令和关停指令。驱动器控制器106接收来自电流传感器112的所感测到的电流信号Cs,电流传感器112布置在***电能输入102与马达驱动器116之间。所感测到的电流信号Cs反映接收自***电能输入102的瞬时电流,其可以根据***操作、环境和电源的变化而随时间变化。驱动器控制器106进一步接收来自用户输入装置114的用户输入电流信号Cui,用户输入装置114例如可能是拨盘、旋钮或按键。用户输入电流信号Cui反映由人类用户所指定的用户定义的电流设定点。用户可以根据操作条件改变用户输入电流信号Cui。润滑***10的环境温度和/或湿度的变化例如能影响润滑剂粘度,从而必须对马达驱动器电能做出对应改变。
驱动器控制器106能例如是运行比例-积分-微分(PID)回路的基于微处理器的装置,所述PID回路根据所感测到的电流Cs和用户输入电流Cui生成脉冲宽度调制马达控制信号Cm。在替代实施例中,驱动器控制器106能运行另一种比例回路,诸如比例积分(PI)或比例微分(PD)回路。逻辑电能供应部108向驱动器控制器106提供连续电能,而不管润滑控制器42的控制状态。激励指令Ca独立于输入电能PI,并且支配马达控制信号Cm是否允许向马达16输送电能。
马达控制信号Cm调制来自***电能输入部102的输入电能PI,以获得与经由用户输入装置114设置的用户定义的电流设定点Cui大体相匹配的泵电流。以该方式,驱动器控制器106朝向用户指定的设定点连续地控制马达驱动器电能,无论何时润滑控制器42指定泵18应工作。

Claims (15)
1.一种用于润滑剂泵马达的马达控制***,所述马达控制***包括:
泵***电能输入部,所述泵***电能输入部被构造成供应***电能;
马达驱动器,所述马达驱动器被构造成使用所述***电能驱动所述润滑剂泵马达;
电流传感器,所述电流传感器被布置在所述泵***电能输入部与所述马达驱动器之间,以感测所述***电能的输入电流;
润滑控制器,所述润滑控制器被构造成提供马达激励信号;以及
驱动器控制器,所述驱动器控制器被布置成经由单独数字输入部接收所述马达激励信号,并且响应于所述马达激励信号根据感测到的输入电流和用户定义的电流设定点来控制所述马达驱动器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马达控制***,其中,所述驱动器控制器经由脉冲宽度调制控制信号控制所述马达驱动器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的马达控制***,其中,所述驱动器控制器运行比例-积分-微分(PID)回路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的马达控制***,其中,所述驱动器控制器是微处理器装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的马达控制***,其中,所述微处理器装置由所述***电能提供电能。
6.根据权利要求1所述的马达控制***,进一步包括输入装置,由此用户能指定所述用户定义的电流设定点。
7.一种润滑***,包括:
润滑剂储存器;
润滑剂泵,所述润滑剂泵被构造成从所述润滑剂储存器吸取流体;
泵马达,所述泵马达被构造成驱动所述润滑剂泵;
***电能输入部,所述***电能输入部用于电输入电能,以驱动所述泵马达;
润滑控制器,所述润滑控制器被构造成为所述泵马达提供激励信号;以及
马达控制器,所述马达控制器被布置成作为单独数字输入部接收所述激励信号,并且响应于所述激励信号根据用户定义的电流设定点和所述电输入电能的感测到的电流,使用驱动器控制器控制从所述***电能输入部输送到所述泵马达的电能。
8.根据权利要求7所述的润滑***,进一步包括马达驱动器,所述马达驱动器被构造成接收来自所述***电能输入部的所述电输入电能,并且所述马达驱动器被构造成接收来自所述驱动器控制器的调制所述电输入电能的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)马达控制信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的润滑***,其中,感测到的电流由被布置在所述***电能输入部与所述马达驱动器之间的电流传感器感测。
10.根据权利要求7所述的润滑***,其中,所述马达控制器由所述电输入电能提供电能。
11.根据权利要求7所述的润滑***,其中,只有当被所述激励信号指示时,所述马达控制器才允许将电能输送到所述泵马达。
12.根据权利要求7所述的润滑***,其中,所述驱动器控制器运行比例-积分-微分控制回路。
13.根据权利要求7所述的润滑***,进一步包括输入装置,由此用户能指定所述用户定义的电流设定点。
14.根据权利要求13所述的润滑***,其中,所述输入装置是旋钮。
