本发明涉及一种混合动力驱动装置,其具备:输入部件,其与内燃机驱动连结;变速装置;旋转电机,其与上述变速装置沿轴向并列地配置,并且具有连结于上述变速装置的输入轴的旋转轴;壳体,其收纳上述旋转电机以及上述变速装置;中间支承部件,其配置于上述旋转电机与上述变速装置的轴向之间,并将上述旋转轴以及上述输入轴支承为能够旋转;以及紧固螺栓,其将上述中间支承部件固定于上述壳体。
背景技术
作为如上所述的混合动力驱动装置,例如,已经公知有下述的专利文献1所记载的装置。在专利文献1的技术中,将中间支承部件固定于壳体的紧固螺栓等紧固部配置于变速装置的径向外侧,即相对于旋转电机的线圈端部配置在轴向的变速装置侧。
专利文献1:日本特开2009-12693号公报
中间支承部件支承作为驱动车辆的传动轴的旋转电机的旋转轴以及变速装置的输入轴,因此将中间支承部件固定于壳体的紧固部需要强度,从而紧固螺栓以及固定紧固螺栓的突起部增大。
然而,在专利文献1的技术中,紧固螺栓相对于变速装置配置在径向外侧,因此壳体的外径增大与紧固螺栓以及固定紧固螺栓的突起部对应的量,从而在将混合动力驱动装置小型化的方面成为制约。
另外,紧固螺栓配置于在轴向观察时与向轴向突出的旋转电机的线圈端部重合的位置,因此存在如下问题:难以确保用于配置紧固部的轴向的间隔而在变速装置的配置产生制约、配置紧固部因此混合动力驱动装置的轴向的长度增长。
发明内容
因此,通过在将中间支承部件固定于壳体的紧固螺栓的配置方面想办法,期望实现能够缩小壳体的外径从而缩短混合动力驱动装置的轴向的长度的混合动力驱动装置。

上述紧固螺栓沿轴向从上述旋转电机侧***上述凸缘部以及上述中间壁,上述紧固螺栓的头部配置于在径向观察时与上述线圈端部重合的位置。
此外,在本申请中,“旋转电机”作为也包括马达(电动机)、发电机(generator)以及根据需要发挥马达以及发电机双方的功能的电动发电机的任一个的概念而被使用。
根据上述的特征构成,能够将用于将中间支承部件固定于壳体的紧固螺栓配置于比向轴向突出的旋转电机的线圈端部更靠近径向内侧,从而能够配置为在轴向观察时与线圈端部不重合。由此,能够有效利用比线圈端部更靠近径向内侧的空间来配置紧固螺栓。能够不将紧固螺栓相对于变速装置配置在径向外侧,因此能够实现壳体的外径的小型化。另外,能够配置为使紧固螺栓的头部与旋转电机的线圈端部在轴向观察时不重合而在径向观察时重合,因此能够实现混合动力驱动装置的轴向的长度缩短紧固螺栓的头部与线圈端部重合的量。另外,有效利用比线圈端部更靠近径向内侧的空间,能够增大紧固螺栓等紧固部,从而能够实现确保紧固部的强度。
因此,能够实现混合动力驱动装置的小型化,并且将支承旋转电机的旋转轴以及变速装置的输入轴的中间支承部件适当地固定于壳体。
此处,优选上述凸缘部配置为在径向观察时与上述线圈端部重合。
根据该构成,能够有效利用比线圈端部更靠近径向内侧的空间来配置用于将中间支承部件固定于中间壁的凸缘部。因此,能够进一步实现混合动力驱动装置的轴向的长度的缩短。
此处,优选上述轴承、上述轴承支承部、上述紧固螺栓的头部以及上述线圈端部配置于在径向观察时相互重合的位置,并且上述轴承、上述轴承支承部、上述紧固螺栓的头部以及上述线圈端部从径向内侧起按记载的顺序配置。
根据该构成,能够有效利用比线圈端部更靠近径向内侧的空间来配置壳体与中间支承部件的连结机构和旋转电机的旋转轴以及变速装置的输入轴的支承机构。因此,能够更加容易实现混合动力驱动装置的小型化。
此处,优选在上述突起部与上述变速装置的旋转部件的轴向之间设置有推力轴承,
上述中间壁的径向内侧端面具有向比上述突起部的轴向端面中的朝向上述变速装置侧的面亦即第一轴向面更靠近轴向的上述变速装置侧突出的突出面部,上述推力轴承与上述第一轴向面沿轴向抵接,并且与上述突出面部沿径向抵接。
根据该构成,突起部的第一轴向面能够经由推力轴承沿轴向支承变速装置的旋转部件。另外,在供突起部的外周面抵接的中间壁的径向内侧端面设置有突出面部,从而推力轴承在径向外侧与突出面部沿径向抵接。因此,能够有效利用突起部与中间壁的抵接部的构成来限制推力轴承的径向的位置。由此,与将在径向以及轴向双方与推力轴承抵接的面仅设置于突起部的情况相比,能够将突起部小型化。因此,容易将凸缘部以及紧固螺栓配置于线圈端部内侧,从而能够实现混合动力驱动装置的小型化。
此处,优选上述中间壁具备在上述中间壁的内部沿径向延伸,并在上述径向内侧端面开口的中间壁油道,
上述中间支承部件具备在上述突起部的内部沿径向延伸,并在上述突起部的外周面开口,且连接于上述中间壁油道的支承部件油道,

此外,在本申请中,所谓“驱动连结”是指两个旋转元件以能够传递驱动力的方式被连结的状态,且作为包括上述两个旋转元件以一体地旋转的方式被连结的状态,或者上述两个旋转元件以经由一个或者两个以上的传动部件能够传递驱动力的方式被连结的状态的概念而被使用。作为这样的传动部件,包括以同速或者变速的方式传递旋转的各种部件,例如,包括轴、齿轮机构、带、链等。另外,作为这样的传动部件,也可以包括选择性地传递旋转以及驱动力的接合装置,例如摩擦接合装置、啮合式接合装置等。
如上述的构成那样,除了第一旋转电机以及变速装置之外,在将第二旋转电机、差动齿轮装置以及内燃机配置于同轴上的混合动力驱动装置中,实现混合动力驱动装置的轴向的长度的缩短以及外径的小型化尤为重要,另外,适当地支承各轴尤为重要。因此,如上所述,将实现混合动力驱动装置的小型化,并且支承旋转电机的旋转轴以及变速装置的输入轴的中间支承部件适当地固定于壳体的重要性增大。

具体实施方式
参照附图,对本发明所涉及的混合动力驱动装置1的实施方式进行说明。图1是本实施方式所涉及的混合动力驱动装置1的结构图,图2是本实施方所涉及式的混合动力驱动装置1的主要部分的轴向剖视图。
混合动力驱动装置1至少具备变速装置TM、第一旋转电机MG1与收纳第一旋转电机MG1以及变速装置TM的壳体10。变速装置TM与第一旋转电机MG1沿轴向并列地配置,并且第一旋转电机MG1的第一旋转轴41连结于变速装置TM的变速输入轴50。
第一旋转轴41以及变速输入轴50配置在同轴上。在轴向上,将从第一旋转电机MG1朝向变速装置TM的方向(图1以及图2中的右侧)规定为轴第一方向X1,将作为其相反方向的从变速装置TM朝向第一旋转电机MG1的方向(图1以及图2中的左侧)规定为轴第二方向X2。
在这样的构成中,第一旋转电机MG1具备相对于与第一旋转轴41一体旋转的转子Ro1在径向外侧配置的定子St1,上述定子St1具备从定子铁心43向轴向突出的第一线圈端部45。
如图2所示,混合动力驱动装置1具备配置于第一旋转电机MG1与变速装置TM的轴向之间并将第一旋转轴41以及变速输入轴50支承为能够旋转的中间支承部件20以及将中间支承部件20固定于壳体10的紧固螺栓30。
壳体10具备至少覆盖第一旋转电机MG1以及变速装置TM的外周的周壁11以及在第一旋转电机MG1与变速装置TM的轴向之间从周壁11延伸至比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的中间壁12。
中间支承部件20具备支承用于将第一旋转轴41以及变速输入轴50支承为能够旋转的第一轴承35的轴承支承部21、筒状的支承部件突起部22以及从上述支承部件突起部22向径向外侧延伸的凸缘部23。而且,支承部件突起部22的外周面25与中间壁12的径向内侧端面13抵接。另外,凸缘部23相对于中间壁12在轴向的第一旋转电机MG1侧(轴第二方向X2侧)沿径向延伸,并且上述凸缘部23的外周面24配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧。
紧固螺栓30沿轴向从第一旋转电机MG1侧(轴第二方向X2侧)***凸缘部23以及中间壁12,紧固螺栓30的头部31配置于在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。
此外,第一旋转电机MG1相当于本发明中的“旋转电机”,第一旋转轴41相当于本发明中的“旋转轴”,变速输入轴50相当于本发明中的“输入轴”,支承部件突起部22相当于本发明中的“突起部”,第一线圈端部45相当于本发明中的“线圈端部”。
以下,对本实施方式所涉及的混合动力驱动装置1详细地进行说明。
1.混合动力驱动装置1以及内燃机ENG的简要构成
在本实施方式中,如图1所示,混合动力驱动装置1除了变速装置TM、第一旋转电机MG1以及壳体10之外,还具备驱动连结于内燃机ENG的作为输入部件的内燃机输入轴65、第二旋转电机MG2以及具有三个旋转元件的差动齿轮装置PG。内燃机输入轴65、第二旋转电机MG2的第二旋转轴66、第一旋转电机MG1的第一旋转轴41以及变速装置TM的变速输入轴50连结于差动齿轮装置PG的相互不同的旋转元件。而且,在轴向上,从变速装置TM侧(轴第一方向X1侧)按第一旋转电机MG1、差动齿轮装置PG以及第二旋转电机MG2的顺序配置在同轴上。此外,中间壁12以及中间支承部件20配置于第一旋转电机MG1与变速装置TM的轴向之间(参照图2)。
<内燃机ENG>
内燃机ENG为利用燃料的燃烧而驱动的热机,例如,能够使用汽油发动机、柴油发动机等公知的各种内燃机。在本例子中,内燃机ENG的曲轴等内燃机输出轴Eo驱动连结于内燃机输入轴65。
<第一旋转电机MG1>
第一旋转电机MG1具有固定于收纳混合动力驱动装置1的壳体10的定子St1以及在上述定子St1的径向内侧与被支承为能够旋转的第一旋转轴41一体旋转的转子Ro1。第一旋转轴41以与变速装置TM的变速输入轴50以及行星齿轮机构PG的齿圈RG一体旋转的方式被驱动连结。
第一旋转电机MG1经由进行直流交流转换的变频器电连接于作为蓄电装置的电池。而且,第一旋转电机MG1能够发挥作为接受电力的供给而产生动力的马达(电动机)的功能与作为接受动力的供给而产生电力的发电机(generator)的功能。
<第二旋转电机MG2>
第二旋转电机MG2具有固定于壳体10的定子St2以及在上述定子St2的径向内侧与被支承为能够旋转的第二旋转轴66一体旋转的转子Ro2。第二旋转轴66以与行星齿轮机构PG的太阳轮SG一体旋转的方式被驱动连结。
第二旋转电机MG2经由进行直流交流转换的变频器电连接于作为蓄电装置的电池。而且,第二旋转电机MG2能够发挥作为接受电力的供给而产生动力的马达(电动机)的功能与作为接受动力的供给而产生电力的发电机(generator)的功能。
<差动齿轮装置PG>
差动齿轮装置PG形成单一小齿轮型的行星齿轮机构PG。即,行星齿轮机构PG具有作为三个旋转元件的支承多对小齿轮P的行星架CA、与上述小齿轮分别啮合的太阳轮SG以及齿圈RG。而且,行星架CA以与内燃机输入轴65一体旋转的方式被连结。太阳轮SG以与第二旋转电机MG2的第二旋转轴66一体旋转的方式被连结。齿圈RG以与变速输入轴50以及第一旋转电机MG1的第一旋转轴41一体旋转的方式被连结。
<变速装置TM>
变速装置TM具备驱动连结于驱动力源侧的变速输入轴50、驱动连结于车轮W的变速输出轴51以及多个接合装置C1、C2···。而且,根据多个接合装置C1、C2···的接合或者释放形成多个变速级,以各变速级的变速比使变速输入轴50的旋转变速并且转换扭矩传递至变速输出轴51。变速输入轴50以与第一旋转电机MG1的第一旋转轴41以及行星齿轮机构PG的齿圈RG一体旋转的方式被连结。从变速输入轴50经由变速级传递至变速输出轴51的扭矩经由输出用差动齿轮装置DF被分配并传递至左右两个车轴,从而传递至驱动连结于各车轴的车轮W。
在本实施方式中,如图3的动作表所示,变速装置TM作为前进档具备变速比(减速比)不同的四个变速级(第一级1ST、第二级2ND、第三级3RD以及第四级4TH)。为了构成这些变速级,变速装置TM构成为具备:具备单一小齿轮型的第一行星齿轮机构P1以及第二行星齿轮机构P2而成的齿轮机构、以及六个离合器或者制动器的接合装置C1、C2、C3、B1、B2、F1。控制除了单向离合器F1之外的这些多个接合装置C1、C2···的接合以及释放,切换第一行星齿轮机构P1以及第二行星齿轮机构P2的各旋转元件的旋转状态,选择地接合多个接合装置C1、C2···中的任意两个,从而能够切换四个变速级。此外,变速装置TM除了上述四个变速级之外,也具备一级后退档REV。
在图3中,“○”表示各接合装置处于接合的状态,“无标记”表示各接合装置处于释放的状态。“(○)”表示在进行发动机制动的情况等下,接合装置处于接合的状态。另外,“△”表示在向一个方向旋转的情况下成为释放的状态,在向另一方向旋转的情况下成为接合的状态。
2.混合动力驱动装置1的详细构成
接下来,对本实施方式所涉及的混合动力驱动装置1的详细构成进行说明。
构成混合动力驱动装置1的变速装置TM、第一旋转电机MG1、第二旋转电机MG2以及行星齿轮机构PG等收纳于壳体10内。
壳体10具备覆盖变速装置TM、第一旋转电机MG1、第二旋转电机MG2以及行星齿轮机构PG等的外周的周壁11。周壁11形成为沿轴向延伸的筒状。
另外,如图2所示,壳体10具备在第一旋转电机MG1与变速装置TM的轴向之间,从周壁11延伸至比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的中间壁12。
2-1.第一旋转电机MG1
第一旋转电机MG1具备配置于与第一旋转轴41一体旋转的转子Ro1的径向外侧的定子St1。
如图2所示,第一旋转电机MG1的定子St1具备在轴向层叠多片圆环板状的电磁钢板而构成并固定于周壁11的定子铁心43以及卷装于上述定子铁心43的线圈。
定子St1具备从定子铁心43向轴向突出的线圈端部45、46。第一线圈端部45从定子铁心43的轴向端面向轴第一方向X1突出,第二线圈端部46从定子铁心43的轴向端面向轴第二方向X2突出(参照图1)。此外,第一线圈端部45相当于本发明中的“线圈端部”。
转子Ro1具备在轴向层叠多片圆环板状的电磁钢板而构成的转子铁心47。转子铁心47的轴向长度与定子铁心43的轴向长度相同,转子铁心47与定子铁心43以在径向观察时重合的方式配置。因此,转子铁心47的轴向端面与定子铁心43的轴向端面的轴向位置相同。
第一旋转轴41形成为圆筒状。转子铁心47的内周面以嵌合于第一旋转轴41的外周面并一体旋转的方式被固定。在转子铁心47的轴向两侧具备从轴向两侧夹持转子铁心47的端板48。
第一旋转轴41以与变速输入轴50一体旋转的方式被连结。在本实施方式中,第一旋转轴41的内周面以花键嵌合于变速输入轴50的外周面并一体旋转的方式被连结。变速输入轴50向比由接合装置、齿轮机构等构成的变速装置TM的主体部更靠近轴第二方向X2延伸至行星齿轮机构PG。
在比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧、亦即比变速输入轴50更靠近径向外侧产生圆筒状的空间,从而有效利用上述圆筒状的空间,如以下说明的那样,配置第一旋转轴41的轴突出部42、第一轴承35、中间支承部件20的轴承支承部21以及凸缘部23和紧固螺栓30的头部31等。
第一旋转轴41在轴第一方向X1侧经由第一轴承35以能够旋转的方式支承于壳体10(中间支承部件20)。此外,变速输入轴50经由第一旋转轴41以及第一轴承35以能够旋转的方式支承于壳体10(中间支承部件20)。
第一旋转轴41具备向比转子铁心47更靠近轴第一方向X1突出的轴突出部42。在图示的例子中,向比转子铁心47以及定子铁心43更靠近轴第一方向X1突出的轴突出部42的突出长度与向比转子铁心47以及定子铁心43更靠近轴第一方向X1突出的第一线圈端部45的突出长度相同。因此,第一旋转轴41的轴突出部42配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧、亦即在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。
轴突出部42形成为圆筒状,在轴突出部42的外周面嵌合有圆筒状的第一轴承35的内周面,第一轴承35的外周面嵌合于中间支承部件20的轴承支承部21的内周面。
2-2.中间壁12
如图2所示,壳体10具备在第一旋转电机MG1与变速装置TM的轴向之间,从周壁11延伸至比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的中间壁12。简要地说,中间壁12形成为沿径向以及周向延伸的圆环状的部件。中间壁12与周壁11形成为一体。
中间壁12具备从周壁11沿径向延伸至比第一线圈端部45稍靠近径向内侧的径向位置并且沿周向延伸的圆环板状的径向延伸部15。径向延伸部15与第一线圈端部45的轴向的间隔比径向延伸部15与变速装置TM(旋转部件52)的轴向的间隔宽。
另外,中间壁12以从径向延伸部15沿径向延伸至比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的径向位置并且沿周向延伸的方式形成。另外,中间壁12在径向内侧的端部具备为了形成与中间支承部件20的连结部而沿轴向延伸的圆筒状的中间壁突起部16。
中间壁突起部16以比径向延伸部15更向轴第二方向X2侧延伸,从而中间壁突起部16的轴第二方向X2侧的端面与定子铁心43的轴第一方向X1侧的端面的轴向位置接近的方式配置。
中间壁突起部16(中间壁12)的径向内侧端面13与转子铁心47中的圆环的径向的中间部的径向位置一致。
因此,中间壁突起部16配置于比第一线圈端部45稍靠近径向内侧的径向位置与转子铁心47的中间部的径向位置之间,从而配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧。这样,中间壁12比第一线圈端部45更向径向内侧延伸中间壁突起部16的量。
在中间壁突起部16设置有形成有内螺纹的沿轴向延伸的螺栓***孔19,从而供紧固螺栓30旋合。在周向不同的位置设置有多个螺栓***孔19。
另外,在中间壁12的内部形成有用于将从配置于混合动力驱动装置1的铅垂下方的液压控制装置供给的工作油供给至变速装置TM、第一旋转电机MG1等混合动力驱动装置1的各构成要素的油道(以下,称为中间壁油道18)。中间壁油道18形成于中间壁12所具备的油道形成部17。此处,油道形成部17形成为从中间壁12的壁面向轴第二方向X2侧凸起并且沿径向延伸的凸条。
油道形成部17沿径向延伸并且为了在内部形成中间壁油道18也沿轴向延伸。中间壁12在周向不同的位置具备沿径向延伸的多个油道形成部17。中间壁油道18沿径向延伸,并在中间壁12的径向内侧端面13开口,从而连接于在与径向内侧端面13抵接的中间支承部件20中形成的支承部件油道27。此外,图2表示油道形成部17以及中间壁油道18之一。
2-3.中间支承部件20
中间支承部件20具备支承用于将第一旋转轴41以及变速输入轴50支承为能够旋转的第一轴承35的轴承支承部21、筒状的支承部件突起部22以及从上述支承部件突起部22向径向外侧延伸的凸缘部23。
<支承部件突起部22>
支承部件突起部22形成为圆筒状。支承部件突起部22配置于中间壁突起部16的径向内侧、亦即在径向观察时与中间壁突起部16重合的位置。支承部件突起部22的外周面25与中间壁12的径向内侧端面13(中间壁突起部16的内周面13)抵接。
支承部件突起部22从中间壁突起部16的内周面13的径向位置沿径向延伸至变速输入轴50的外周面的径向位置。
<轴承支承部21>
轴承支承部21为从支承部件突起部22向轴第二方向X2突出的圆筒状的部件。轴承支承部21配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧亦即在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。轴承支承部21的内周面嵌合于第一轴承35的外周面。另外,第一轴承35的轴第一方向X1侧的端面与支承部件突起部22的朝向轴第二方向X2侧的面抵接。
<凸缘部23>
凸缘部23相对于中间壁12在轴向的第一旋转电机MG1侧(轴第二方向X2侧)沿径向延伸,并且上述凸缘部23的外周面24配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧。
凸缘部23形成为在从支承部件突起部22的径向外侧端部向轴第二方向X2延伸后,向比支承部件突起部22更靠近径向外侧延伸的圆环板状的部件。凸缘部23(圆环板状部)的朝向轴第一方向X1侧的面与中间壁突起部16的轴第二方向X2侧的端面抵接。凸缘部23配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧亦即在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。
<紧固螺栓30>
在凸缘部23形成有供紧固螺栓***的沿轴向延伸的螺栓贯通孔28。螺栓贯通孔28与形成于中间壁12的螺栓***孔19对应地在周向的相互不同的位置设置有多个。
紧固螺栓30沿轴向从第一旋转电机MG1侧(轴第二方向X2侧)***并旋合于凸缘部23的螺栓贯通孔28以及中间壁12的螺栓***孔19,从而将凸缘部23固定于中间壁12。
紧固螺栓30的头部31与凸缘部23的朝向轴第二方向X2侧的面抵接。而且,紧固螺栓30的头部31配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧亦即在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。
如以上那样,第一轴承35、轴承支承部21、紧固螺栓的头部31以及第一线圈端部45配置于在径向观察时相互重合的位置,并且第一轴承35、轴承支承部21、紧固螺栓的头部31以及第一线圈端部45从径向内侧起按记载的顺序配置。由此,能够有效利用比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的空间来配置壳体10与中间支承部件20的连结部和第一旋转轴41以及变速输入轴50的支承机构。
<支承部件油道27>
在中间支承部件20的内部形成有用于供给从液压控制装置供给的工作油的油道(以下,称为支承部件油道27)。支承部件油道27在中间壁突起部16内沿径向延伸,并在支承部件突起部22的外周面25开口,从而连接于在与外周面25抵接的中间壁12内形成的中间壁油道18。支承部件油道27在周向不同的位置设置有多个。支承部件油道27也形成于后述的轴向突出部29。
<轴向突出部29>
中间支承部件20具备从支承部件突起部22的径向内侧端部向轴第一方向X1延伸的圆筒状的轴向突出部29。
轴向突出部29从轴第二方向X2侧***形成于变速输入轴50的外周面与变速装置TM的主体部的内周面之间的圆筒状的空间。
相对于变速输入轴50的外周面在径向外侧隔开间隔地配置变速装置TM的主体部。
轴向突出部29的内周面经由轴承61将变速输入轴50的外周面支承为能够旋转。轴向突出部29的外周面经由轴承62将变速装置TM的主体部支承为能够旋转。轴向突出部29的轴第一方向X1侧的端面经由轴承63沿轴向支承变速输入轴50的凸缘部。
被轴承62支承的变速装置TM的主体部的部件形成为绕轴旋转的旋转部件52。在本实施方式中,如图1所示,旋转部件52形成为连结于第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2以及第三离合器C3的一方的接合部件而一体旋转,并且连结于变速输入轴50而一体旋转的部件。
图2虽未表示,但在旋转部件52的内侧配置第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2以及第三离合器C3,在轴向突出部29形成向各离合器供给工作油的油道。
在轴向突出部29的内部形成有沿轴向延伸的支承部件油道27。在轴向突出部29形成有从支承部件油道27向外周面开口的贯通孔,从而将工作油向各离合器供给。在轴向突出部29以及支承部件突起部22也形成有从支承部件油道27向内周面开口的贯通孔,从而将工作油供给至形成于变速输入轴50内的油道,而经由变速输入轴50的油道供给至变速装置TM的其他的离合器以及制动器、第一旋转电机MG1等的混合动力驱动装置1的各部分。
另外,在轴向突出部29的外周面与旋转部件52的内周面之间配置有圆筒状的套筒部件64,用于上述间隙的油封并且形成油道。在轴向突出部29以及支承部件突起部22的内周面与变速输入轴50的外周面之间配置有圆筒状的套筒部件60,用于上述间隙的油封并且形成油道。
<推力轴承37>
在支承部件突起部22与变速装置TM的旋转部件52的轴向之间设置有推力轴承37。
推力轴承37在轴第二方向X2侧沿轴向与作为支承部件突起部22的朝向轴第一方向X1侧的面的第一轴向面26抵接,并且在轴第一方向X1侧沿轴向与旋转部件52抵接。支承部件突起部22的朝向轴第一方向X1侧的第一轴向面26经由推力轴承37沿轴向支承变速装置TM的旋转部件52。
中间壁12的径向内侧端面13具有比支承部件突起部22的轴向端面内的变速装置TM侧的面亦即朝向轴第一方向X1侧的第一轴向面26更靠近轴向的变速装置TM侧(轴第一方向X1侧)突出的突出面部14。突出面部14的轴向的突出量形成为与推力轴承37的支承部件突起部22侧的旋转体的轴向的厚度相同。推力轴承37从径向内侧与突出面部14抵接。由此,推力轴承37的径向的位置被突出面部14限制。另外,推力轴承37从径向外侧与旋转部件52的轴向突出部抵接。突出面部14为与径向内侧端面13拉平的圆筒面。
〔其他的实施方式〕
最后,对本发明的其他的实施方式进行说明。此外,以下所说明的各实施方式的构成并不局限于各自单独地使用,只要不产生矛盾,也可以与其他的实施方式的构成组合来使用。
(1)在上述的实施方式中,以变速装置TM形成具备多个接合装置C1、C2···,并且根据上述多个接合装置的接合的状态选择性地形成多个变速级的有级的自动变速装置的情况为例进行了说明。然而,本发明的实施方式并不局限于此。即,变速装置TM若对变速输入轴50的旋转进行变速并传递至变速输出轴51,则也可以使用无级变速装置等任意种类的变速装置。
(2)在上述的实施方式中,以变速装置TM具备单一小齿轮型的第一行星齿轮机构P1、第二行星齿轮机构P2以及六个接合装置C1、C2、C3、B1、B2、F1,从而具备四个前进变速档的情况为例进行了说明。然而,本发明的实施方式并不局限于此。即,变速装置TM可以具备任意数量的双小齿轮型的行星齿轮机构等任意的齿轮机构,可以具备任意数量的接合装置,也可以具备任意数量的变速级。
(3)在上述的实施方式中,以混合动力驱动装置1除了第一旋转电机MG1以及变速装置TM之外,还具备驱动连结于内燃机ENG的内燃机输入轴65、第二旋转电机MG2以及差动齿轮装置PG的情况为例进行了说明。然而,本发明的实施方式并不局限于此。即,混合动力驱动装置1作为传动装置,只要至少具备第一旋转电机MG1以及变速装置TM即可,也可以不具备第二旋转电机MG2、差动齿轮装置PG等。
(4)在上述的实施方式中,以凸缘部23配置于在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置的情况为例进行了说明。然而,本发明的实施方式并不局限于此。即,凸缘部23虽配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近径向内侧的径向位置,但也可以配置于比第一线圈端部45更靠近轴第一方向X1侧的轴向位置,也可以配置于在径向观察时不与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。即使在这种情况下,紧固螺栓30的头部31也配置于在径向观察时与第一线圈端部45重合的位置。
工业上的可利用性
本发明能够适用于一种混合动力驱动装置,其具备:输入部件,其与内燃机驱动连结;变速装置;旋转电机,其与上述变速装置沿轴向并列地配置,并且具有连结于上述变速装置的输入轴的旋转轴;壳体,其收纳上述旋转电机以及上述变速装置;中间支承部件,其配置于上述旋转电机与上述变速装置的轴向之间,并将上述旋转轴以及上述输入轴支承为能够旋转;以及紧固螺栓,其将上述中间支承部件固定于上述壳体。

Claims (11)

1.一种混合动力驱动装置,其具备:输入部件,其与内燃机驱动连结;变速装置;旋转电机,其与所述变速装置沿轴向并列地配置,并且具有连结于所述变速装置的输入轴的旋转轴;壳体,其收纳所述旋转电机以及所述变速装置;中间支承部件,其配置于所述旋转电机与所述变速装置的轴向之间,并将所述旋转轴以及所述输入轴支承为能够旋转;以及紧固螺栓,其将所述中间支承部件固定于所述壳体,所述混合动力驱动装置的特征在于,
所述旋转电机具备相对于与所述旋转轴一体旋转的转子在径向外侧配置的定子,所述定子具备从定子铁心向轴向突出的线圈端部,
所述壳体具备覆盖所述旋转电机以及所述变速装置的外周的周壁以及在所述旋转电机与所述变速装置的轴向之间从所述周壁延伸至比所述线圈端部更靠近径向内侧的中间壁,
所述中间支承部件具备支承用于将所述旋转轴以及所述输入轴支承为能够旋转的轴承的轴承支承部、筒状的突起部以及从所述突起部向径向外侧延伸的凸缘部,
所述突起部的外周面与所述中间壁的径向内侧端面抵接,
所述凸缘部相对于所述中间壁在轴向的所述旋转电机侧沿径向延伸,并且所述凸缘部的外周面配置于比所述线圈端部更靠近径向内侧,
所述紧固螺栓沿轴向从所述旋转电机侧***所述凸缘部以及所述中间壁,所述紧固螺栓的头部配置于在径向观察时与所述线圈端部重合的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述凸缘部配置为在径向观察时与所述线圈端部重合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述轴承、所述轴承支承部、所述紧固螺栓的头部以及所述线圈端部配置于在径向观察时相互重合的位置,并且所述轴承、所述轴承支承部、所述紧固螺栓的头部以及所述线圈端部从径向内侧起按记载的顺序配置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述轴承、所述轴承支承部、所述紧固螺栓的头部以及所述线圈端部配置于在径向观察时相互重合的位置,并且所述轴承、所述轴承支承部、所述紧固螺栓的头部以及所述线圈端部从径向内侧起按记载的顺序配置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述突起部与所述变速装置的旋转部件的轴向之间设置有推力轴承,
所述中间壁的径向内侧端面具有向比所述突起部的轴向端面中的朝向所述变速装置侧的面亦即第一轴向面更靠近轴向的所述变速装置侧突出的突出面部,所述推力轴承与所述第一轴向面沿轴向抵接,并且与所述突出面部沿径向抵接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述突起部与所述变速装置的旋转部件的轴向之间设置有推力轴承,
所述中间壁的径向内侧端面具有向比所述突起部的轴向端面中的朝向所述变速装置侧的面亦即第一轴向面更靠近轴向的所述变速装置侧突出的突出面部,所述推力轴承与所述第一轴向面沿轴向抵接,并且与所述突出面部沿径向抵接。
7.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述突起部与所述变速装置的旋转部件的轴向之间设置有推力轴承,
所述中间壁的径向内侧端面具有向比所述突起部的轴向端面中的朝向所述变速装置侧的面亦即第一轴向面更靠近轴向的所述变速装置侧突出的突出面部,所述推力轴承与所述第一轴向面沿轴向抵接,并且与所述突出面部沿径向抵接。
8.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
在所述突起部与所述变速装置的旋转部件的轴向之间设置有推力轴承,
所述中间壁的径向内侧端面具有向比所述突起部的轴向端面中的朝向所述变速装置侧的面亦即第一轴向面更靠近轴向的所述变速装置侧突出的突出面部,所述推力轴承与所述第一轴向面沿轴向抵接,并且与所述突出面部沿径向抵接。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述中间壁具备在所述中间壁的内部沿径向延伸,并在所述径向内侧端面开口的中间壁油道,
所述中间支承部件具备在所述突起部的内部沿径向延伸,并在所述突起部的外周面开口,且连接于所述中间壁油道的支承部件油道,
从液压控制装置供给的工作油经由所述中间壁油道以及所述支承部件油道被供给至上述变速装置或者上述旋转电机。
10.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述旋转电机为第一旋转电机,
所述混合动力驱动装置还具备第二旋转电机以及具有三个旋转元件的差动齿轮装置,
所述输入部件、所述第二旋转电机、所述第一旋转电机的所述旋转轴以及所述变速装置的所述输入轴连结于所述差动齿轮装置的相互不同的旋转元件,
在轴向上,从所述变速装置侧起,按所述中间壁、所述中间支承部件、所述第一旋转电机、所述差动齿轮装置以及所述第二旋转电机的顺序配置。
11.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述旋转电机为第一旋转电机,
所述混合动力驱动装置还具备第二旋转电机以及具有三个旋转元件的差动齿轮装置,
所述输入部件、所述第二旋转电机、所述第一旋转电机的所述旋转轴以及所述变速装置的所述输入轴连结于所述差动齿轮装置的相互不同的旋转元件,
在轴向上,从所述变速装置侧起,按所述中间壁、所述中间支承部件、所述第一旋转电机、所述差动齿轮装置以及所述第二旋转电机的顺序配置。
