Abstract

本发明提供了一种油田上使用的双作用抽油泵,其目的在于:解决大排量双作用抽油泵结构复杂、易损件多、加工难度大、抽油泵寿命短的问题。该双作用抽油泵由上泵、下泵以及中间密封副组成;上泵由上泵筒和上柱塞组成,上柱塞上有游动阀;下泵由下泵筒和下柱塞组成,下泵筒底部有固定阀;上泵筒通过中间密封副外筒与下泵筒相连,上柱塞与游动阀、密封副柱塞、下柱塞依次相连。该发明与其他双作用抽油泵相比其先进性在于:摒弃了普遍采用的偏置阀、锥阀等易损件,所有阀件均采用成熟可靠的抽油泵标准件,提高了阀件的可靠性,不仅流道大液流阻力小,泵效高,且原理上仅仅需要两套阀副,降低了制造成本,延长了抽油泵的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田用有杆抽油泵,特别是涉及一种上下冲程都出液的双作用抽油泵。
背景技术
中国大多数油田开发都到了中后期,井液的含水越来越高,产液量也越来越大,对于产液量较高的油井普遍采取的是电潜泵采油方式,但是,电潜泵造价高、耗电多,开采成本较高。为解决这一问题,有许多大排量有杆抽油泵的专利被公布:如中国专利(申请号)201420307217.2公布了一种双作用抽油泵,又如中国专利(申请号)201210458851.1公布了一种并联式双腔抽油泵,该类抽油泵要实现的技术目的就是在抽油机生产参数不变的前提下增大抽油泵的排量。但是他们存在的共同问题是采用了偏置阀或锥阀等非标准的阀组,带来的问题就是进油效率和工作可靠性都很低,导致抽油泵的寿命短。虽然从原理上可行,但是实用性较差,并没有得到用户的认可。
发明内容
本发明就是提供一种能够克服现有技术的不足,提供一种工作可靠、成本低廉、使用寿命长的双作用大排量抽油泵。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:该双作用抽油泵由上泵、下泵以及中间密封副组成;上泵由上泵筒和上柱塞组成,上柱塞上有游动阀;下泵由下泵筒和下柱塞组成,下泵筒底部有固定阀;上泵筒通过中间密封副外筒与下泵筒相连,上柱塞与游动阀、密封副柱塞、下柱塞依次相连。
优选的,所述的双作用抽油泵,其密封副柱塞上端开有上腔连通孔。
优选的,所述的双作用抽油泵,其下柱塞本体与密封副柱塞直接相连且密封。
优选的,所述的双作用抽油泵,其密封副柱塞为中空的,有连接上腔与下腔的液流通道。
优选的,所述的双作用抽油泵,其下泵筒上端有与油套环空相连的中腔连通孔。
该发明较现有技术所具有的突出优点是:所有阀件均采用成熟可靠的抽油泵标准件,提高了阀副的可靠性,不仅流道大液流阻力小,且原理上仅仅需要两套阀副,降低了制造成本,延长了抽油泵的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,并提供一种最佳实施方式。
上泵筒[1]和下泵筒[11]均可采用标准件,并通过变径接头与密封副外筒[6]连接,下泵筒[11]下端与固定阀[13]相连,上泵筒[1]内置上柱塞[2],上柱塞[2]上下两端可各安装一个游动阀,上柱塞[2]下端的游动阀[3]与密封副柱塞[9]可通过变径接头连接,密封副柱塞[9]与下柱塞[10]上端的连接也要通过变径接头,上柱塞[2]上的游动阀[3]可设置在柱塞本体的下端,也可以设置在上端,也可以上下各设置一个出油阀,上腔连通孔[4]和中腔连通孔[7]分别在柱塞密封副[9]和下泵筒[11]上部打孔即可,本发明的所有阀副、柱塞本体和泵筒均可采用标准件,结构极其简单,更具体的实施细节在此不再赘述。
本发明的工作原理是:上冲程时,固定阀[13]打开,井液充满下腔[12]并经下柱塞[10]、密封副柱塞[9]的中空流道和上腔连通孔[4]进入上腔[5],上行的排量即为上泵的排量;下冲程时,固定阀[13]关闭,游动阀[3]打开,下腔[12]中的井液经下柱塞[10]、密封副柱塞[9]和上柱塞[2]进入泵上,完成井液的置换,同时,上腔[5]中的井液经上连通孔[4]和游动阀[3]进入泵上,下行的排量即为上腔[5]的环空容积,该泵上下冲程都排液,故实现了抽油泵双作用排液的发明目的。下连通孔[7]的作用在于防止 中腔[8]成为死腔,导致抽油泵无法正常工作。
上述的实施例仅仅是本发明意图的一种简单具体的体现,上述的游动阀和固定阀的位置及个数,在不影响其工作原理的情况下均可以变动,连通孔的位置可以在上述附图的位置也可以在变径接头上,上述的各种变化及组合均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种双作用抽油泵,由上泵、下泵以及中间密封副组成;上泵由上泵筒和上柱塞组成,上柱塞上有游动阀,上泵筒、密封副活塞及上柱塞之间形成上腔,密封副柱塞上端开有上腔连通孔;下泵由下泵筒和下柱塞组成,下泵筒底部有固定阀,下柱塞、固定阀及下泵筒之间形成下腔;上泵筒通过中间密封副外筒与下泵筒相连,上柱塞与游动阀、密封副柱塞、下柱塞依次相连,密封副柱塞为中空的,有连接上腔与下腔的液流通道;下泵筒、密封副柱塞及下柱塞合围形成的空间为中腔,中腔上端开有与油套环空相连的中腔连通孔;
双作用抽油泵的工作原理是:上冲程时,固定阀打开,井液充满下腔并经下柱塞、密封副柱塞的中空流道和上腔连通孔进入上腔,上行的排量即为上泵的排量;下冲程时,固定阀关闭,游动阀打开,下腔中的井液经下柱塞、密封副柱塞和上柱塞进入泵上,完成井液的置换,同时,上腔中的井液经上腔连通孔和游动阀进入泵上,下行的排量即为上腔的环空容积。
