Abstract

本发明公开一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,包括桥管、制动器总成、动力总成、变速箱和电池,电池与动力总成通过导线连接,还包括万向节,动力总成与变速箱通过螺栓装配在一起,动力总成与变速箱通过花键连接,桥管端头连接有制动器总成,万向节一端通过花键、螺纹与制动器总成连接,另一端通过花键与变速箱滑动连接,动力总成、变速箱位于桥管前上方,电池布置在车辆底盘中部。整个动力及动力传动***全部布置在底盘的后部,为电池的布置提供了较大的空间,电池根据车辆前后轴载荷分布情况,可以灵活前移或后移,电池整体打包集中安装,节约成本同时也满足车辆前后轴荷的合理分布,避免了驱动轮抓地力不够的缺陷,载人载物车型均适用。

一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车底盘,具体涉及一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘。
背景技术
随着节能减排,低碳出行等环保意识的普及,新能源汽车发展前景越发明朗。目前,新能源汽车底盘驱动方式主要有两种:一种是前置前驱,即动力***前置前轮驱动,一种是中置后驱,即动力***中置后轮驱动。前置前驱结构的新能源汽车只适合载人,不大适合载物:载物时,货物一般放在车辆的后部,车辆后轮轴载大,前轮轴荷小,地面提供的驱动力有限,影响车辆的动力性。因此,前驱结构车辆不太适合载货车型。中置后驱结构的新能源汽车,由于传动轴布置在车辆中部,电池集中布置困难,须离散布置,间接增加了电池包成本,且前置前驱、中置后驱结构车辆前后轴载荷分布调整困难。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,成本低廉,载人载物均可适用,能调节车辆前后轴的载荷分布。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,包括桥管、制动器总成、动力总成、变速箱和电池,电池与动力总成通过导线连接,还包括万向节,动力总成与变速箱通过螺栓装配在一起,动力总成与变速箱通过花键连接,桥管端头连接有制动器总成,万向节一端通过花键、螺纹与制动器总成连接,另一端通过花键与变速箱滑动连接,动力总成、变速箱位于桥管前上方,电池布置在车辆底盘中部。
进一步的,所述桥管的两侧端头分别连接一个制动器总成。
进一步的,所述变速箱通过万向节斜向与左右制动器总成连接。
本发明的有益效果是:变速箱通过万向节传递动力给制动器。为电池的布置提供了很大的空间,电池根据车辆前后轴载荷分布的情况,可以灵活调整前后位置,本发明电池集中整体安装,无需离散布置,节约了电池成本,同时避免了前轮驱动抓地力不够的缺陷,载人载物车型均适合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,包括桥管1、制动器总成2、动力总成3、变速箱4和电池6,电池6与动力总成3通过导线连接,电池6给动力总成3提供能量,还包括万向节5,动力总成3与变速箱4通过螺栓装配在一起,动力总成3与变速箱4通过花键连接,桥管1的两侧端头分别连接一个制动器总成2,万向节5一端通过花键、螺纹与制动器总成2连接,另一端通过花键与变速箱4滑动连接,变速箱4通过万向节5斜向与左右制动器总成2连接,给左右后轮7传递动力,动力总成3、变速箱4位于桥管1前上方,如图2所示,动力总成3、变速箱4位于底盘后部,后桥前上方,电池6布置在车辆底盘中部。
动力总成3、变速箱4位于底盘后部,后桥前上方,整个动力***全部设置在底盘的后部,变速箱4通过万向节5斜向与左右后轮7传递动力,为电池6的布置提供了很大的空间,电池6根据车辆前后轴载荷分布的情况,可以灵活地前后调整,布置在底盘中部。本发明电池6整体集中安装,无需分散布置,节约了成本,同时避免了前轮驱动抓地力不够的缺陷,载人载物车型均适合。

1.一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,包括桥管(1)、制动器总成(2)、动力总成(3)、变速箱(4)和电池(6),电池(6)与动力总成(3)通过导线连接,其特征在于,还包括万向节(5),动力总成(3)与变速箱(4)通过螺栓装配在一起,动力总成(3)与变速箱(4)通过花键连接,桥管(1)端头连接有制动器总成(2),万向节(5)一端通过花键、螺纹与制动器总成(2)连接,另一端通过花键与变速箱(4)滑动连接,动力总成(3)、变速箱(4)位于桥管(1)前上方,电池(6)布置在车辆底盘中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,其特征在于,所述桥管(1)的两侧端头分别连接一个制动器总成(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车后置后驱动底盘,其特征在于,所述变速箱(4)通过万向节(5)斜向与左右制动器总成(2)连接。
