本发明属于食品饮料行业领域的一种可代餐的流质食品,由蛋清,蛋黄,和含ω-3脂肪酸成份的原料和其它食品原料制成。可分别适用于不同人群.满足人民快节奏的生活。
背景技术
蛋清中的卵白蛋白质的氨基酸比例很适合人体生理需要、易为机体吸收,利用率高达98%以上,营养价值很高.
蛋黄中有大量的磷,还有不少的铁,同时,蛋中所有的卵磷脂均来自蛋黄,而卵磷脂可以提供胆碱,帮助合成一种重要的神经递质——乙酰胆碱。所以,婴儿的第一种辅食,往往就是鸡蛋黄。蛋黄对孩子补铁有益,对孩子的大脑发育也有益。
蛋黄中含有较多的胆固醇,每百克可高达1500毫克,因此,不少人,特别是胆固醇高的中老年人对吃蛋怀有戒心.
现在的生活节奏越来越快,很多人不能按时就餐,长期胃就会各种毛病,严重影响身体健康。宾夕法尼亚州立大学和托马斯·杰弗逊大学的研究还表明,在人能够吃的所有营养物质中,亚麻油中的ω-3脂肪酸最能阻止饥饿感,使人有饱胀感。也就是说,只需要吃少量食物就可以使你在一段相当长的时间里不感到饥饿。
而亚麻油中的ω-3脂肪酸包括α-亚麻酸、DHA、EPA。现代营养学对油脂的营养生理功能分析表明,其中的α-亚麻酸是维系人类脑进化的生命核心物质。是构成人体组织细胞的重要成分,它是维系人体进化,保持身体健康的人体必须脂肪酸,在体内参与磷脂的合成、代谢、转化为人体必需的生命活性因子DHA和EPA;是生命进化过程中最基本、最原始的物质。α-亚麻酸具有很强的增长智力,保护视力,降低血脂、胆固醇,延缓衰老,抗过敏,抑制癌症的发生和转移等功效。然而,它在人体内不能合成,必须从体外摄取。人体一旦长期缺乏α-亚麻酸,将会导致脑器官、视觉器官的功能衰退和老年性痴呆症发生,并会引起高血压、癌症等现代病的发生率上升。

发明内容
1.一种可代餐的流质食品,其特征在于:流质食品是一种含有蛋清1-30%,蛋黄1-30%和含ω-3脂肪酸成份的原料1-20%的可即食液体。
2.特征1中的蛋清,包含但不限于鸡蛋清液,鸭蛋清液,鹅蛋清液,鸡蛋清粉,鸭蛋清粉,鹅蛋清粉。
3.特征1中的蛋黄,包含但不限于鸡蛋黄液,鸭蛋黄液,鹅蛋黄液,鸡蛋黄粉,鸭蛋黄粉,鹅蛋黄粉。
4.特征1中的含ω-3脂肪酸成份的原料,包含但不限于亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油、花椒籽油、亚麻籽粉、紫苏籽粉、或花椒籽粉。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,在不脱离本发明上述技术思想情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段,做出各种替换和变更,均应包括在本发明的范围内。
1.原味高蛋黄浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉1g鸡蛋黄粉10g亚麻籽油5g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g胡椒粉0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg,稳定剂1.5g水余量。
生产过程:用50g水将鸡蛋黄粉溶解浸泡2小时,形成蛋黄液,用50g水将鸡蛋清粉溶解浸泡3小时,形成蛋清液,在搅拌条件下将亚麻油,芝麻油和葵花籽色拉油倒入蛋黄液中充分乳化,再加蛋清液,搅拌均匀,加入余量水,将奶粉,土豆粉,抗氧化剂,稳定剂,调味料加入充分搅拌均匀后,缓慢升温到100度,保温10分钟,然后高压均质,灌装,消毒,出厂。
该品种含高蛋黄,亚麻油充分满足青少年的脑部发育需要,适合青少年饮用。
2.五香高蛋黄浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉1g鸡蛋黄粉6g亚麻籽油10g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g五香粉0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg稳定剂1.5g水余量。
以上各种成份参照例1的生产过程生产即成,该品种适合成年人中的胆固醇正常的人群饮用。
3.五香高鸡蛋白浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉5g鸡蛋黄粉2g亚麻籽油10g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g五香粉0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg稳定剂1.5g水余量。
以上各种成份参照例1的生产过程生产即成,适合胆固醇不太正常的人群饮用。
4.酸辣全鸡蛋浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉3g鸡蛋黄粉7g亚麻籽油10g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g酸辣调味料0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg稳定剂1.5g水余量。

5.麻辣全鸡蛋浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉3g鸡蛋黄粉7g紫苏籽油10g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g麻辣调味料0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg稳定剂1.5g水余量。

6.原味全鸡蛋浆:
组成成份(按每罐310ml计算):鸡蛋清粉3g鸡蛋黄粉7g超细亚麻籽粉10g芝麻油1ml葵花籽色拉油5ml奶粉15g土豆粉20g胡椒粉0.02g食盐1.1g抗氧化剂15mg稳定剂1.5g水余量。

1.一种可代餐的流质食品,其特征在于:流质食品是一种含有蛋清1-30%,蛋黄1-30%和含ω-3脂肪酸成份的原料1-20%的可即食液体。
2.权利要求1中的蛋清,包含但不限于鸡蛋清液,鸭蛋清液,鹅蛋清液,鸡蛋清粉,鸭蛋清粉,鹅蛋清粉。
3.权利要求1中的蛋黄,包含但不限于鸡蛋黄液,鸭蛋黄液,鹅蛋黄液,鸡蛋黄粉,鸭蛋黄粉,鹅蛋黄粉。
4.权利要求1中的含ω-3脂肪酸成份的原料,包含但不限于亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油、花椒籽油、亚麻籽粉、紫苏籽粉、或花椒籽粉。
