Abstract
本发明公开了一种单灯背光模组,包括一背板、两个等长侧板、一LED灯珠以及一导光板,该背板与导光板平行且二者之间通过两个等长侧板连接以构成等腰梯形模组,所述LED灯珠设置在背板上且出光方向正对导光板。本发明的有益效果是:本发明背光模组仅采用一颗LED灯珠作为背光源,可有效降低材料和人工成本,增加市场竞争力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶背光模组,尤其是一种单灯背光模组。
背景技术
目前背光源是提供LCD面板的光源,主要由光源、导光板、光学用膜片、塑胶框等组成。背光源具有亮度高,寿命长、发光均匀等特点。目前主要有EL、CCFL及LED三种背光源类型,依光源分布位置不同则分为侧光式和直下式(底背光式)。随着LCD模组不断向更亮、更轻、更薄方向发展,背光源性能的好坏除了会直接影响LCD显像质量外,背光源的成本占LCD模块的30-50%,所消耗的电力更占模块的75%,可说是LCD模块中相当重要的零组件,现有结构复杂,成本高昂,如何减轻生产成本成为厂家所关注的核心问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单且成本低的单灯背光模组。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种单灯背光模组,包括一背板、两个等长侧板、一LED灯珠以及一导光板,该背板与导光板平行且二者之间通过两个等长侧板连接以构成等腰梯形模组,所述LED灯珠设置在背板上且出光方向正对导光板。
所述背板的背面设置有石墨烯散热薄膜,该石墨烯散热薄膜厚度为0.06~0.1mm。
所述两个侧板外表面各设置有至少一弧面弹性凸体,该弧面弹性凸体用于卡接外部固定机构以固定等腰梯形模组。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明背光模组仅采用一颗LED灯珠作为背光源,可有效降低材料和人工成本,增加市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,为本发明的一种单灯背光模组,包括一背板10、两个等长侧板20、一LED灯珠30以及一导光板40,该背板10与导光板40平行且二者之间通过两个等长侧板20连接以构成等腰梯形模组,所述LED灯珠30设置在背板10上且出光方向正对导光板40。
可见,本发明背光模组仅采用一颗LED灯珠30作为背光源,省略了光源数量、光学膜片、反射片等组件,可有效降低材料和人工成本,增加市场竞争力。
此外,所述背板10的背面设置有石墨烯散热薄膜50,该石墨烯散热薄膜50厚度为0.06~0.1mm。石墨烯是一种新型材料,具有耐高温、热膨胀系数小,导热、导电性较好、摩擦系数小等优点,可以附在弯曲表面或不规则表面上;石墨烯散热具有较高的水平(平面方向)导热系数,可以将能量进行快速的平面方向的传导,使平面方向整个表面热量分布均匀,消除局部热点。单层石墨烯导热系数高达4000-6600W/m·K,高于导热石墨片、碳纳米管和金刚石,是目前发现的导热性能最好的材料,且石墨烯的密度相对金属材料较小,故而使用石墨烯代替金属材料散热达到相同的散热效果时,可以有效减轻所用导热材料的重量。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述两个侧板20外表面各设置有至少一弧面弹性凸体60,该弧面弹性凸体60用于卡接外部固定机构以固定等腰梯形模组,无需额外的固定器件就能实现背光模组的自身固定,进一步降低生产成本。
上述实施例只是本发明的优选方案,本发明还可有其他实施方案。本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所设定的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种单灯背光模组,其特征在于:包括一背板、两个等长侧板、一LED灯珠以及一导光板,该背板与导光板平行且二者之间通过两个等长侧板连接以构成等腰梯形模组,所述LED灯珠设置在背板上且出光方向正对导光板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单灯背光模组,其特征在于:所述背板的背面设置有石墨烯散热薄膜,该石墨烯散热薄膜厚度为0.06~0.1mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种单灯背光模组,其特征在于:所述两个侧板外表面各设置有至少一弧面弹性凸体,该弧面弹性凸体用于卡接外部固定机构以固定等腰梯形模组。
