本发明公开了一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,喷淋塔下部设有烟气进口,烟气进口为斜向下方设置,喷淋塔上部设有烟气出口,在烟气出口下方的喷淋塔内依次向下设有除雾层和喷淋装置,喷淋塔底部设有浆液池,喷淋装置下端设有烟气均布装置,烟气均布装置由一系列同轴的圆柱薄板组成,相邻的两个圆柱薄板之间通过支架焊接固定,烟气均布装置下端通过喇叭管连接倒锥形壳体,倒锥形壳体下部设有搅拌棒,搅拌棒连接电机。本发明通过设置一系列同轴的圆柱薄板,使烟气从圆柱薄板之间通过,烟气均布效果明显,而且喷淋装置圆环架上的溢流嘴溢流浆液,浆液沿圆柱薄板壁流下,在圆柱薄板壁形成浆液膜,烟气与浆液接触面积更大,脱硫效率更高。

一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔
技术领域
本发明涉及烟气处理装置技术领域,具体属于一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔。
背景技术
脱硫塔是在工业生产领域中排放粉尘、废气等有害物质的一种净化设备,在过去己有技术中采用过水膜塔、填料塔、格栅塔、孔板塔和水柱塔等,目前湿法脱硫中最常用的是气液逆流接触的喷淋塔设备,喷淋塔技术尚存在着有待改进优化之处。
现有技术中,大部分喷淋塔采用的烟气均布方式是,进口管道以一定角度向下倾斜送风,依靠烟气自身扩容、扩散和惯性作用进行烟气分布,但这样的烟气均布效果是有限的,而且在喷淋过程中,由于喷淋液滴下落的气流也会影响烟气在塔内向上流动的均匀性,所以造成部分气流中二氧化硫未被完全脱除就被排出脱硫塔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,克服了现有技术的不足,设计结构合理,通过设置一系列同轴的圆柱薄板,使烟气从圆柱薄板之间通过,烟气均布效果明显,而且喷淋装置圆环架上的溢流嘴溢流浆液,浆液沿圆柱薄板壁流下,在圆柱薄板壁形成浆液膜,烟气与浆液接触面积更大,脱硫效率更高。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,包括喷淋塔、浆液池、喷淋装置、除雾层,所述的喷淋塔下部设有烟气进口,烟气进口为斜向下方设置,喷淋塔上部设有烟气出口,在烟气出口下方的喷淋塔内依次向下设有除雾层和喷淋装置,喷淋塔底部设有浆液池,所述的喷淋装置下端设有烟气均布装置,烟气均布装置由一系列同轴的圆柱薄板组成,相邻的两个圆柱薄板之间通过支架焊接固定,烟气均布装置下端通过喇叭管连接倒锥形壳体,倒锥形壳体下部设有搅拌棒,搅拌棒连接电机,电机通过长杆连接到喷淋塔内壁,烟气进口连接到倒锥形壳体下部。
所述的喷淋装置包括与同轴的圆柱薄板相对应的圆环架,相邻圆环架通过连杆焊接固定,圆环架下端设有溢流嘴,溢流嘴接触圆柱薄板。
所述的喷淋装置通过水泵连接浆液池。
所述的浆液池内设有浆液补充装置,所述的浆液补充装置连接供液泵。不断补充浆液,使浆液能及时脱硫。
所述的喷淋塔为圆形。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过设置一系列同轴的圆柱薄板,使烟气从圆柱薄板之间通过,烟气均布效果明显,而且喷淋装置圆环架上的溢流嘴溢流浆液,浆液沿圆柱薄板壁流下,在圆柱薄板壁形成浆液膜,烟气与浆液接触面积更大,脱硫效率更高。

具体实施方式
参见附图,一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,包括喷淋塔1、浆液池4、喷淋装置5、除雾层6,所述的喷淋塔1下部设有烟气进口2,烟气进口2为斜向下方设置,喷淋塔1上部设有烟气出口3,在烟气出口3下方的喷淋塔1内依次向下设有除雾层6和喷淋装置5,喷淋塔1底部设有浆液池4,所述的喷淋装置5下端设有烟气均布装置7,烟气均布装置7由一系列同轴的圆柱薄板71组成,相邻的两个圆柱薄板71之间通过支架72焊接固定,烟气均布装置7下端通过喇叭管8连接倒锥形壳体9,倒锥形壳体9下部设有搅拌棒13,搅拌棒13连接电机14,电机14通过长杆连接到喷淋塔1内壁,烟气进口2连接到倒锥形壳体9下部。
所述的喷淋装置5包括与同轴的圆柱薄板71相对应的圆环架51,相邻圆环架51通过连杆52焊接固定,圆环架51下端设有溢流嘴53,溢流嘴53接触圆柱薄板71。
所述的喷淋装置5通过水泵12连接浆液池4。
所述的浆液池4内设有浆液补充装置10,所述的浆液补充装置10连接供液泵11。不断补充浆液,使浆液能及时脱硫。
所述的喷淋塔1为圆形。
本发明工作原理为:
烟气首先进入倒锥形壳体9,由于倒锥形壳体9下部烟气流速高于上部烟气流速,烟气自下而上流动,且搅拌棒13可防止烟气在进口处产生涡流,随后烟气进入烟气均布装置7,从圆柱薄板71间隙处向上流动,烟气从圆柱薄板71壁形成的浆液膜接触,被浆液脱硫,经过脱硫的烟气被除雾层6去除液态水后排入大气。

1.一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,包括喷淋塔、浆液池、喷淋装置、除雾层,所述的喷淋塔下部设有烟气进口,烟气进口为斜向下方设置,喷淋塔上部设有烟气出口,在烟气出口下方的喷淋塔内依次向下设有除雾层和喷淋装置,喷淋塔底部设有浆液池,其特征在于:所述的喷淋装置下端设有烟气均布装置,烟气均布装置由一系列同轴的圆柱薄板组成,相邻的两个圆柱薄板之间通过支架焊接固定,烟气均布装置下端通过喇叭管连接倒锥形壳体,倒锥形壳体下部设有搅拌棒,搅拌棒连接电机,电机通过长杆连接到喷淋塔内壁,烟气进口连接到倒锥形壳体下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,其特征在于:所述的喷淋装置包括与同轴的圆柱薄板相对应的圆环架,相邻圆环架通过连杆焊接固定,圆环架下端设有溢流嘴,溢流嘴接触圆柱薄板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,其特征在于:所述的喷淋装置通过水泵连接浆液池。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种烟气均布式脱硫喷淋塔,其特征在于:所述的浆液池内设有浆液补充装置,所述的浆液补充装置连接供液泵。
