本发明公开了一种可食性口香糖包装膜,涉及包装材料技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乳清蛋白70-80份、微晶纤维素20-25份、环糊精20-25份、田菁胶10-15份、牛磺酸10-15份、中药提取物8-12份、环氧糠油酸丁酯6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、奇异果素5-8份、脱氢乙酸钠5-8份、纳他霉素3-6份、谷氨酸钠2-4份、棕榈油12-15份、乙醇30-35份、水200-300份。本发明所制包装膜无毒无害,可连同口香糖一起食用,并且阻氧性和隔热性好,其中添加的中药提取物具有健胃消食、抗氧化和防腐作用,提高了食用价值,且有利于延长口香糖的保质期。

技术领域:
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种可食性口香糖包装膜。
背景技术:
口香糖是以天然树胶或甘油树脂为胶体的基础,加入糖浆、薄荷、甜味剂等调和压制而成的一种供人们放入口中嚼咬的糖。是很受世界人民喜爱的一种糖类。既可吃又可玩,深受儿童和青年人喜爱。同时也成为大部分年轻人的扮酷、时尚的新宠。在提升口腔健康的同时,通过咀嚼口香糖带来的面部肌肉运动,在认知学领域也具有多重功效。
由于口香糖具有一定的粘性,常把包装纸粘在表面。小朋友常常会撕不净粘在表面的包装纸,直接连口香糖一起食用,存在一定的安全隐患。如果不采用包装纸,直接用塑料包装盒进行包装,那在炎热的天气,口香糖会受热变形,从而影响外观质量。因此,为了提高食用安全性和保证口香糖的外观质量,本公司开发出一种可食性口香糖包装膜。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种阻氧性、隔热性好且食用安全的可食性口香糖包装膜。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种可食性口香糖包装膜,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
乳清蛋白70-80份、微晶纤维素20-25份、环糊精20-25份、田菁胶10-15份、牛磺酸10-15份、中药提取物8-12份、环氧糠油酸丁酯6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、奇异果素5-8份、脱氢乙酸钠5-8份、纳他霉素3-6份、谷氨酸钠2-4份、棕榈油12-15份、乙醇30-35份、水200-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将微晶纤维素和环糊精加入乙醇中,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌15-20min,然后加入田菁胶和牛磺酸,继续保温搅拌10-15min,即得物料I;
(2)向乳清蛋白中加入环氧糠油酸丁酯和纳米滑石粉,加热至70-80℃保温翻炒10-15min,然后连同棕榈油加入水中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理15-20min,再经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I和物料II加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于0.1mm,再加入中药提取物、奇异果素、脱氢乙酸钠、纳他霉素和谷氨酸钠,混合均匀后在1500-3500r/min下均质3-5min,在真空度0.095MPa下真空脱气,然后在不锈钢制模器中制模,于80-100℃下干燥45-60min,最后揭膜即得成品。
所述微晶纤维素使用前需要经过预处理,其处理方法为:向微晶纤维素中加入0.2倍量丙烯酸和0.02倍量过硫酸铵,研磨15-20min后分散于乙醇中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理25-30min,最后经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末。
所述中药提取物由如下重量份数的原料制成:银杏叶30-35份、梧桐子15-20份、陈皮15-20份、甘草13-17份、柚子皮12-16份、花椒叶10-15份、稻芽10-15份、细辛7-12份、柠檬草7-12份、啤酒花5-10份、白屈菜5-10份、丁香3-6份,其制备方法为:先将陈皮、甘草和稻芽麸炒至有香味逸出,再与银杏叶、梧桐子、细辛和白屈菜一起加入3-5倍量水中,浸泡1-2h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波提取15min,然后加入柚子皮、花椒叶、柠檬草、啤酒花和丁香,继续微波提取10min,过滤,所得滤液经浓缩成膏体后送入冷冻干燥机,最后粉碎成粉末。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以乳清蛋白为主要原料,经预处理后与其他多种助剂共同作用制得包装膜,该包装膜无毒无害,可连同口香糖一起食用,并且阻氧性和隔热性好,其中添加的中药提取物具有健胃消食、抗氧化和防腐作用,提高了食用价值,且有利于延长口香糖的保质期。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将22份微晶纤维素和20份环糊精加入35份乙醇中,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌15min,然后加入10份田菁胶和10份牛磺酸,继续保温搅拌15min,即得物料I;
(2)向75份乳清蛋白中加入6份环氧糠油酸丁酯和6份纳米滑石粉,加热至75-80℃保温翻炒10min,然后连同12份棕榈油加入250份水中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理20min,再经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I和物料II加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于0.1mm,再加入10份中药提取物、6份奇异果素、5份脱氢乙酸钠、4份纳他霉素和2份谷氨酸钠,混合均匀后在3000r/min下均质5min,在真空度0.095MPa下真空脱气,然后在不锈钢制模器中制模,于90-100℃下干燥60min,最后揭膜即得成品。
微晶纤维素的预处理:向微晶纤维素中加入0.2倍量丙烯酸和0.02倍量过硫酸铵,研磨15min后分散于乙醇中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,最后经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末。
中药提取物的制备:先将15份陈皮、15份甘草和10份稻芽麸炒至有香味逸出,再与30份银杏叶、15份梧桐子、8份细辛和6份白屈菜一起加入3倍量水中,浸泡2h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波提取15min,然后加入13份柚子皮、12份花椒叶、10份柠檬草、8份啤酒花和4份丁香,继续微波提取10min,过滤,所得滤液经浓缩成膏体后送入冷冻干燥机,最后粉碎成粉末。
实施例2
(1)先将25份微晶纤维素和25份环糊精加入35份乙醇中,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌20min,然后加入15份田菁胶和10份牛磺酸,继续保温搅拌15min,即得物料I;
(2)向80份乳清蛋白中加入10份环氧糠油酸丁酯和8份纳米滑石粉,加热至75-80℃保温翻炒15min,然后连同15份棕榈油加入300份水中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理20min,再经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I和物料II加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于0.1mm,再加入12份中药提取物、8份奇异果素、8份脱氢乙酸钠、5份纳他霉素和4份谷氨酸钠,混合均匀后在3500r/min下均质5min,在真空度0.095MPa下真空脱气,然后在不锈钢制模器中制模,于90-100℃下干燥60min,最后揭膜即得成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种可食性口香糖包装膜,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
乳清蛋白70-80份、微晶纤维素20-25份、环糊精20-25份、田菁胶10-15份、牛磺酸10-15份、中药提取物8-12份、环氧糠油酸丁酯6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、奇异果素5-8份、脱氢乙酸钠5-8份、纳他霉素3-6份、谷氨酸钠2-4份、棕榈油12-15份、乙醇30-35份、水200-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将微晶纤维素和环糊精加入乙醇中,加热至50-55℃保温搅拌15-20min,然后加入田菁胶和牛磺酸,继续保温搅拌10-15min,即得物料I;
(2)向乳清蛋白中加入环氧糠油酸丁酯和纳米滑石粉,加热至70-80℃保温翻炒10-15min,然后连同棕榈油加入水中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理15-20min,再经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末,即得物料II;
(3)将物料I和物料II加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于0.1mm,再加入中药提取物、奇异果素、脱氢乙酸钠、纳他霉素和谷氨酸钠,混合均匀后在1500-3500r/min下均质3-5min,在真空度0.095MPa下真空脱气,然后在不锈钢制模器中制模,于80-100℃下干燥45-60min,最后揭膜即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可食性口香糖包装膜,其特征在于:所述微晶纤维素使用前需要经过预处理,其处理方法为:向微晶纤维素中加入0.2倍量丙烯酸和0.02倍量过硫酸铵,研磨15-20min后分散于乙醇中,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理25-30min,最后经浓缩、烘干后粉碎成粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可食性口香糖包装膜,其特征在于,所述中药提取物由如下重量份数的原料制成:银杏叶30-35份、梧桐子15-20份、陈皮15-20份、甘草13-17份、柚子皮12-16份、花椒叶10-15份、稻芽10-15份、细辛7-12份、柠檬草7-12份、啤酒花5-10份、白屈菜5-10份、丁香3-6份,其制备方法为:先将陈皮、甘草和稻芽麸炒至有香味逸出,再与银杏叶、梧桐子、细辛和白屈菜一起加入3-5倍量水中,浸泡1-2h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波提取15min,然后加入柚子皮、花椒叶、柠檬草、啤酒花和丁香,继续微波提取10min,过滤,所得滤液经浓缩成膏体后送入冷冻干燥机,最后粉碎成粉末。
