Abstract

本发明涉及尾气净化处理领域,具体地说是一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,包括烟气燃烧室、冷却***、脱硫脱酸除脂***、净化器、除尘***,所述的烟气燃烧室设有燃烧器,所述的除尘***设有引射装置和烟囱。烟气燃烧室上部通过管道与火化机烟道口相连,底部通过管道与冷却***连接,冷却***的上部与脱硫脱酸除脂***上部通过管道相连,脱硫脱酸除脂***底部与净化器的一端连接,净化器的另一端与除尘***相连。本发明具有适用范围广,能有效清除烟气中二噁英及其它有害物质,去除率达98%,除尘率达100%,净化后烟气中二噁英毒性相当量仅0.02μg/m3,远远低于国家一级标准规定的0.1μg/m3标准。具有结构新颖,结构独特,除尘效率高,低碳、环保等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及尾气净化处理领域,具体地说是一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***。
背景技术
我们知道,随着经济工业的不断发展,火化烟气中的二噁英作为国家A类污染源,越来越受到人们的重视,相关部门于2015年出台了最新的《燃油式火化机大气污染物排放限值》(GB18301-2015)其中对燃油式火化机的各项烟气值有了更高的要求,并详细注明了火化机运行时二噁英的最高允许浓度排放值。而目前火化机所排出的尾气达不到此标准。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种通过烟气再燃烧净化,达到国家标准的烟气净化处理***。本发明的目的可通过以下方案来实现:一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,包括烟气燃烧室、冷却***、脱硫脱酸除脂***、净化器、除尘***,所述的烟气燃烧室设有燃烧器,所述的除尘***设有引射装置和烟囱。烟气燃烧室上部通过管道与火化机烟道口相连,底部通过管道与冷却***连接,冷却***的上部与脱硫脱酸除脂***上部通过管道相连,脱硫脱酸除脂***底部与净化器的一端连接,净化器的另一端与除尘***相连。遗体火化废气通过烟道口进入烟气燃烧室,在烟气燃烧室内通过燃烧器对火化废气进行高温氧化分解,经高温氧化分解后的烟气进入冷却***2s内将高温烟气冷却至160℃,越过了二噁英再形成的温度区间,经冷却后的烟气通过管道进入脱硫脱酸除脂***对烟气进行脱硫脱酸除脂后进入净化器,进一步对烟气中的二噁英类有毒有害物质进行净化处理,最后再进入除尘***去除烟气中的二氧化硫、重金属、微尘颗粒等有害物质,最后经引射装置通过烟囱排入大气。
本发明由于采用上述结构,与已有的烟气处理***相比,适用范围广,能有效清除烟气中二噁英及其它有害物质,去除率达98%,除尘率达100%,净化后烟气中二噁英毒性相当量仅0.02μg/m3,远远低于国家一级标准规定的0.1μg/m3标准。具有结构新颖,结构独特,除尘效率高,低碳、环保等特点。

具体实施方式
一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,包括烟气燃烧室2、冷却***3、脱硫脱酸除脂***4、净化器5、除尘***6,所述的烟气燃烧室2设有燃烧器7,所述的除尘***6设有引射装置8和烟囱9。烟气燃烧室2上部通过管道与火化机烟道口1相连,底部通过管道与冷却***3连接,冷却***3的上部与脱硫脱酸除脂***4上部通过管道相连,脱硫脱酸除脂***4底部与净化器5的一端连接,净化器5的另一端与除尘***6相连。遗体火化废气通过烟道口1进入烟气燃烧室2,在烟气燃烧室2内通过燃烧器7对火化废气进行高温氧化分解,经高温氧化分解后的烟气进入冷却***32s内将高温烟气冷却至160℃,越过了二噁英再形成的温度区间,经冷却后的烟气通过管道进入脱硫脱酸除脂***4对烟气进行脱硫脱酸除脂后进入净化器5,进一步对烟气中的二噁英类有毒有害物质进行净化处理,最后再进入除尘***6去除烟气中的二氧化硫、重金属、微尘颗粒等有害物质,最后经引射装置8通过烟囱9排入大气。

1.一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,其特征是包括烟气燃烧室、冷却***、脱硫脱酸除脂***、净化器、除尘***,所述的烟气燃烧室设有燃烧器,所述的除尘***设有引射装置和烟囱;烟气燃烧室上部通过管道与火化机烟道口相连,底部通过管道与冷却***连接,冷却***的上部与脱硫脱酸除脂***上部通过管道相连,脱硫脱酸除脂***底部与净化器的一端连接,净化器的另一端与除尘***相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,其特征是所述的烟气燃烧室设有燃烧器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带烟气燃烧室的净化处理***,其特征是所述的除尘***设有引射装置和烟囱。
