Claims (7)
- 高温の火炎によって発生した有害ガスと有害物質が流動する煙道と連結され、前記有害ガスを急冷させて有害ガスから有害物質が生成されることを抑制し除去する1次抑制処理部を含み、
前記1次抑制処理部は、
内部に冷却水が収容された1次処理チャンバーと;
前記1次処理チャンバー内部に備えられ、前記煙道と連結される1次吸込管と;
前記1次吸込管の下部に結合され、前記冷却水に浸った状態で回転して前記有害ガスを微細気泡の形態で前記冷却水の内部に排出させ、前記冷却水と接触して急冷させる1次回転羽根部と;
前記1次回転羽根部を回転駆動する1次羽根駆動部を含むことを特徴とする、有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。 - 前記1次吸込管は、前記煙道の内径に対応する外径を有するように形成され、上端は前記煙道の内部に一定の長さで挿入され、下端は前記1次回転羽根部と連通するように備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。
- 前記1次回転羽根部は、
上部が前記1次吸込管と連通するように開放形成されて外周面に有害ガス排出口が一定間隔で形成された有害ガス吸込管と;
前記有害ガス吸込管の上部と下部にそれぞれ結合された上部支持板および下部支持板と;
前記有害ガス排出口の一側に螺旋の形態で結合されて前記有害ガスを前記冷却水に排出する複数の回転羽根を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。 - 前記回転羽根の端部は前記上部支持板と前記下部支持板の半径方向の外側に一定の長さで突出するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。
- 前記1次処理チャンバーの一側には内部の冷却水を循環させる冷却水循環濾過部が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。
- 前記1次抑制処理部で処理された1次処理ガスを有害ガス処理剤が溶解された処理水に溶解させて、前記1次処理ガスに含有された残余物質を処理する2次抑制処理部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置。
- 請求項1に記載された有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置を利用した有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去方法において、
前記有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去装置が高温の有害ガスが移動する煙道に結合されて、前記有害ガスを冷却水との接触によって急冷させて有害物質の生成を抑制する1次処理段階と;
前記1次処理段階を経た1次処理ガスを有害ガス処理剤が溶解された処理水に浸漬させて残余物質を処理する2次処理段階;を含み、
前記1次処理段階は、内部に流入した有害ガスを前記冷却水に浸った状態で回転する回転羽根に経由させて微細気泡の形態で前記冷却水に排出する段階;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、有害ガス処理と有害物質生成抑制および除去方法。
