本发明公开了一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯120-150份,ACR树脂60-70份,发泡调节剂11-19,改性聚丙烯70-85份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物4-8份,气质碳酸钙30-50份,润滑性加工助剂4-6份,聚丙烯酸脂3-8份,硅烷偶联剂7-10份。本发明提供一种解决板面不平整、结皮厚度薄,有效提高生产效率,同时发泡板材具有良好的阻燃性能,同时能够放置在各种条件下,具有防尘、反光的特性。

一种新型PVC环保发泡板材
技术领域
本发明属于高分子复合材料,尤其涉及一种新型PVC环保发泡板材。
背景技术
PVC发泡板材作为一种新型塑料材料,由于其独特的生产工艺技术,使其具有优异的性能,但在我国发泡挤出制品生产品种和质量方面与发展势头不像适应,在有关配方、工艺条件、设备结构参数及发泡制品的密度和性能需要进一步优化,目前使用的PVC发泡板材主要存在板面不平整、结皮厚度薄、表面光洁度不高,生产效率低下等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种新型环保PVC环保发泡,提供一种解决板面不平整、结皮厚度薄,有效提高生产效率,同时发泡板材具有良好的阻燃性能,同时能够放置在各种条件下,具有防尘、反光的特性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯120-150份,ACR树脂60-70份,发泡调节剂11-19,改性聚丙烯70-85份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物4-8份,气质碳酸钙30-50份,润滑性加工助剂4-6份,聚丙烯酸脂3-8份,硅烷偶联剂7-10份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯135份,ACR树脂65份,发泡调节剂15,改性聚丙烯77份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物7份,气质碳酸钙44份,润滑性加工助剂5份,聚丙烯酸脂5份,硅烷偶联剂8份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述发泡调节剂为高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物,密度控制在1.0-1.5g、cm3。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述润滑性加工助剂为LP-175。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,还包括以下重量份数的原料:聚乳酸0.5-1.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.2-0.7份。
本发明具备的有益效果:本发明的板材质量轻、热变形负荷温度高,不易变形,弯曲模量大、拉伸强度大、有缺口冲击强度大,回弹性好,具有良好的韧性,隔音效果好,同时利于环保,可以再生利用,能够顺利降解。

实施例一:一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯120份,ACR树脂60份,高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物11,改性聚丙烯70份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物4份,气质碳酸钙30份,润滑性加工助剂4份,聚丙烯酸脂3份,硅烷偶联剂7份,聚乳酸0.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.2份。
实施例二:一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯150份,ACR树脂70份,高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物19,改性聚丙烯85份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物8份,气质碳酸钙50份,润滑性加工助剂6份,聚丙烯酸脂8份,硅烷偶联剂10份,聚乳酸1.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.7份。
实施例三:一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯135份,ACR树脂65份,高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物15,改性聚丙烯77份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物7份,气质碳酸钙44份,润滑性加工助剂5份,聚丙烯酸脂5份,硅烷偶联剂8份,聚乳酸0.5-1.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.2-0.7份。

1.一种新型PVC环保发泡板材,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯120-150份,ACR树脂60-70份,发泡调节剂11-19,改性聚丙烯70-85份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物4-8份,气质碳酸钙30-50份,润滑性加工助剂4-6份,聚丙烯酸脂3-8份,硅烷偶联剂7-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC环保发泡板材,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:聚氯乙烯135份,ACR树脂65份,发泡调节剂15,改性聚丙烯77份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物7份,气质碳酸钙44份,润滑性加工助剂5份,聚丙烯酸脂5份,硅烷偶联剂8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC环保发泡板材,其特征在于:所述发泡调节剂为高分子量丙烯酸类聚合物,密度控制在1.0-1.5g、cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC环保发泡板材,其特征在于:所述润滑性加工助剂为LP-175。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC环保发泡板材,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份数的原料:聚乳酸0.5-1.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺0.2-0.7份。
