运输企业在进行集装箱货物运输时，大型货车可以运载多个集装箱货柜，本发明公开一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法，该方法根据车辆的重心高度阈值，合理设定48英尺，40英尺和20英尺货柜的匹配度，根据匹配度公式计算出的优先级安排发柜顺序，可以高效发出货柜，节省运力和时间。
Description
背景技术
集装箱运输是目前较长运用的货运方式。对于超长重型货运汽车，其一次性可以承载多个集装箱货柜。为了确保运输安全，集装箱货运对车辆有着严格要求，严禁超载，加装货柜。如何在保证安全运输的前提下，合理调配装载多个集装箱货柜，是运输企业现实中面临的问题。本发明公开一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法，可以快速有效的调配运力，实现货柜的高效摆放运输。
发明内容
为此本发明提供一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法。技术方案如下：
一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法,匹配度计算公式为：
Pi＝(A*ri+B*si+C*ti)*D。
进一步的，其中，ri表示第i个货柜的优先级，si表示当日与到货日的日期天数，ti表示货柜适配度,D表示货运距离。
进一步的，所述的ti，对于20英尺货柜，ti为所有与其重量差在10t以内的20英尺货柜数量。对于40英尺货柜，ti为所有满足重心高度H公式的48英尺货柜的数量。对于48英尺货柜，ti为所有满足重心高度H公式的双20英尺货柜数和48英尺货柜数之和。
进一步的，所述的重心高度公式H，装柜车辆的重心高度H计算公式为x为下层货柜总质量，y为上层货柜总质量，H的上限阈值为2100。
在满足车辆中心高度H的前提下，对Pi升序排序，Pi值小的货柜优先发货。

2.一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法，根据权利要求1所述的计算公式，其中，ri表示第i个货柜的优先级，si表示当日与到货日的日期天数，ti表示货柜适配度,D表示货运距离。
3.一种运输车辆箱式货柜的搭配方法，根据权利要求2所述的ti，对于20英尺货柜，ti为所有与其重量差在10t以内的20英尺货柜数量。对于40英尺货柜，ti为所有满足重心高度H公式的48英尺货柜的数量。对于48英尺货柜，ti为所有满足重心高度H公式的双20英尺货柜数和48英尺货柜数之和。
