Abstract

本发明提供一种吸收性物品，使凹槽难以压坏并改善压花加工时的操作性。本发明是在吸收体的透液性表面片侧的面上形成大致沿着长度方向的凹槽且在所述凹槽的底面形成有高压缩部的失禁垫。在沿长度方向对所述凹槽进行划分而得到的单位区间中，所述高压缩部沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，所述高压缩部由第一压花和第二压花构成，所述第一压花通过使该单位区间沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而整体为波状，所述第二压花沿着所述凹槽形成在与所述第一压花向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部相反的一侧的侧缘部。所述第一压花和第二压花分离地设置。

Description

吸收性物品
技术领域
本发明主要涉及失禁垫、生理用卫生巾、白带片、医疗用垫、化妆用具、一次性尿布等所使用的吸收性物品，涉及在吸收体的表面侧沿着长度方向形成有凹槽的吸收性物品。
背景技术
以往，作为所述吸收性物品，已知有在聚乙烯片或聚乙烯片叠层无纺布等不透液性背面片与无纺布或透液性塑料片等透液性表面片之间夹设有吸收体的结构。
对于这种的吸收性物品也反复进行了许多的改良，尤其是失禁垫等那样作为用于以小面积一次承受大量涌现的尿，并迅速地使其扩散的暂时积存及尿扩散手段之一，提出了在表面侧沿长度方向形成有凹槽的各种结构(例如下述专利文献1等)。
申请人在先前的申请(下述专利文献2)中，提出了一种吸收性物品，在透液性表面片与背面片之间夹设有吸收体，并且在所述吸收体的透液性表面片侧的面上形成大致沿长度方向的凹槽，且在所述凹槽的底面形成有高压缩部，其中，在沿槽长度方向对所述凹槽进行划分而得到的单位区间中，所述高压缩部包含沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜的倾斜要素，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽的一方侧的侧端实质上形成至另一方侧的侧端，所述高压缩部以使所述单位区间的高压缩部沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的图案形成。

发明内容
上述专利文献2记载的吸收性物品在凹槽的底面以规定图案设置高压缩部，因此通过该高压缩部对凹槽进行加强，能够防止穿戴时的凹槽的变形，并且具有由高压缩部引导而体液沿着槽长度方向容易扩散等效果。
作为向所述凹槽的底面赋予的高压缩部的图案，如上述专利文献2中作为实施例之一而列举的图10所示那样的以沿着凹槽并在凹槽的两侧缘往复地在宽度方向两侧反复凹凸的波状线形成的情况下，存在如下的问题。如图10及图11(A)所示，在穿戴时通过大腿根部分从宽度方向两侧作用有腿压的情况下，在高压缩部向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部处，对于从该凸部突出的方向的外方侧朝向内侧的腿压，所述凸部能够克服腿压而维持凹槽的形状，相对于此，对于从与之相反的方向的高压缩部成为凹部的方向的外方侧朝向内侧的腿压，由于未形成克服腿压的高压缩部，因此存在凹槽容易压坏而保持体液的空间变窄的问题(图11(B))。
而且，由于所述高压缩部被赋予于凹槽的底面，因此在赋予高压缩部时，在将透液性表面片拉拽凹槽的深度量的基础上，进一步拉拽高压缩部的深度量，因此在表面材料产生大的压缩变形。因此，若在高压缩部的平面图案上设置槽方向急变的部分，则在压缩加工时可能会发生透液性表面片的破裂。而且，在形成了将由高压缩部包围的闭合的图案要素沿着凹槽连续设置几个那样的微细图案的情况下，在所述图案要素内没有使压缩加工时的力分散的逃散路，压缩产生的应变蓄积，产生透液性表面片的破裂，透液性表面片被形成为图案要素的形状而堵塞于压花辊，也存在操作性恶化的问题。而且，在以细微的图案形成高压缩部的情况下，压花辊的压花凸部也以细微的图案形成，因此存在浆料纸粉滞留于该细微的压花凸部间的凹陷部而操作性恶化的情况。
因此，本发明的主要课题在于提供一种使凹槽难以压坏且改善了压花加工时的操作性的吸收性物品。
为了解决上述课题，作为第一方案的本发明，提供一种吸收性物品，在透液性表面片与背面片之间夹设有吸收体，并且在所述吸收体的透液性表面片侧的面上形成有大致沿着长度方向的凹槽，且在所述凹槽的底面形成有高压缩部，其特征在于，在沿长度方向对所述凹槽进行划分而得到的单位区间中，所述高压缩部沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，所述高压缩部由第一压花和第二压花构成，所述第一压花以使该单位区间沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的图案形成，所述第二压花沿着所述凹槽形成在与所述第一压花向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部相反的一侧的侧缘部，所述第一压花和第二压花分离地设置。
在上述第一方案记载的发明中，在所述凹槽的底面形成由所述第一压花和所述第二压花构成的高压缩部。在沿长度方向对所述凹槽进行划分而得到的单位区间中，所述第一压花沿着槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，以使该单位区间沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的整体波状图案形成。波状的第一压花对凹槽进行加强，在向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部处，受到从该凸部突出的方向的外方侧朝向内侧的腿压时，避免由于该压力而凹槽压坏。另一方面，仅是该波状的第一压花的话，在受到从所述凸部突出的方向的相反侧(凹部侧)的外方侧朝向内侧的压力时，由于不存在对凹槽进行加强的高压缩部，因此存在凹槽容易压坏的问题。因此，在本发明中，在所述波状的第一压花的凸部的相反侧的侧缘部形成沿着所述凹槽的第二压花。由此，由于通过该第二压花对所述凹槽进行加强，因此即使在从波状的第一压花的凸部突出的方向的相反方向受到压力时，凹槽也难以压坏，能够维持凹槽的形状。
而且，在本发明中，由于所述第一压花与第二压花分离设置，因此未形成由高压缩部包围的部分。因此，在压花加工时，压花彼此的分离部成为压缩时的压力的逃散路而使表面材料的应变分散，因此压缩产生的表面材料的应变未蓄积，能够防止表面材料的破裂。而且，由于表面材料的破裂片等未产生，因此压花辊不会堵塞，并且压花图案分离，因此在压花辊没有吸收体的纸粉等积存的压花凸部的凹陷部等，压花辊难以堵塞而操作性提高。
作为第二方案的本发明，提供一种第一方案记载的吸收性物品，所述第一压花的向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部由曲线形成。
在上述第二方案记载的发明中，波状的第一压花的向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部由曲线形成，因此在受到从该凸部的外方侧朝向内侧的腿压时，相对于该压力的所述凸部的强度增加，凹槽的加强效果进一步提高。
作为第三方案的本发明，提供一种第一方案中记载的吸收性物品，所述第二压花由沿着所述凹槽的直线形成。
作为第四方案的本发明，提供一种第二方案中记载的吸收性物品，所述第二压花由沿着所述凹槽的直线形成。
在上述第三～四方案记载的发明中，所述第二压花由沿着凹槽的直线形成，由此所述第二压花沿着凹槽的侧缘形成，因此对于来自外方侧的压力能够进行更宽的范围的加强。
作为第五方案的本发明，提供一种第一～四方案中任一记载的吸收性物品，所述第一压花与第二压花之间的间隔宽度为2mm以上且5mm以下。
在上述第五方案记载的发明中，规定波状的第一压花与第二压花之间的间隔宽度。当该分离宽度小于2mm时，压花的压力无法分散而容易产生褶皱等，并且压花辊容易发生堵塞。另一方面，当大于5mm时，波状的第一压花的凹部的强度未被充分加强，存在凹槽容易压坏的可能性。
发明效果
如以上详细说明的那样，根据本发明，凹槽难以压坏，并且能够改善压花加工时的操作性。

具体实施方式
以下，关于本发明的实施方式，参照附图进行详细说明。
〔失禁垫1的基本构成〕
本发明的失禁垫1如图1～图3所示，主要包括由聚乙烯片等构成的不透液性背面片2、使尿等迅速地透过的透液性表面片3、夹装在这两个片2、3之间的由棉状浆料或合成浆料等构成的吸收体4、根据需要在所述透液性表面片3与吸收体4之间配置的亲水性的副片6、以所述吸收体4的大致侧缘部为立起基端且以至少包含体液排出部位H的方式沿长度方向在规定的区间内形成向肌肤侧突出设置的左右一对立体褶裥BS、BS的侧无纺布7、7，并且在所述吸收体4的周围，在其长度方向端缘部，所述不透液性背面片2和透液性表面片3的外缘部通过热熔胶等粘结剂或热封等粘结手段来接合，而且在其两侧缘部，将比吸收体4向侧方延伸的所述不透液性背面片2与所述侧无纺布7通过热熔胶等粘结剂或热封等粘结手段来接合。所述吸收体4为了形状保持及扩散性提高而可以由未图示的绉纸或无纺布等包覆片进行包围。
以下，更详细地说明所述失禁垫1的结构。
所述不透液性背面片2使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等至少具有隔水性的片材，但此外在夹设防水膜而实质上确保了不透液性的基础上可以使用无纺布片(这种情况下，通过防水膜和无纺布构成不透液性背面片)等。近年来，从闷热防止的观点出发，有优选使用具有透湿性的材料的倾向。作为该隔水·透湿性片材，优选使用在聚乙烯或聚丙烯等烯烃系树脂中熔融混合无机填充剂而成形了片之后，通过沿一轴或两轴方向延伸而得到的微多孔性片。
接下来，所述透液性表面片3优选使用有孔或无孔的无纺布或多孔性塑料片等。作为构成无纺布的原料纤维，除了例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯等烯烃系、聚酯系、聚酰胺系等合成纤维之外，也可以为人造丝或铜氨纤维等再生纤维、棉等天然纤维，可以使用通过水刺法、纺粘法、热粘法、熔喷法、针刺法等适当的加工法而得到的无纺布。这些加工法中，水刺法在富于柔软性、下垂性的点上优异，热粘法在体积大且柔软的点上优异。
所述吸收体4由例如绒毛状浆料等吸收性纤维和高吸水性聚合物8构成，在图示例中，平面形状为在垫长度方向上长的纵长的大致椭圆形。所述高吸水性聚合物8例如为粒状粉，分散混入到构成吸收体4的浆料中。
作为所述浆料，可列举由木材得到的化学浆料、溶解浆料等纤维素纤维、人造丝、醋酸纤维等的人工纤维素纤维构成的材料，与阔叶树浆料相比，在功能及价格方面优选使用纤维长较长的针叶树浆料。虽然未图示，但是在利用包覆片包围吸收体4的情况下，结果是在透液性表面片3与吸收体4之间夹设包覆片，通过吸收性优异的所述包覆片使体液迅速地扩散，并且防止那些尿等的倒流。所述浆料的单位面积重量设为100g/m2～600g/m2，优选设为200g/m2～500g/m2。
作为所述高吸水性聚合物8，可列举例如聚丙烯酸盐交联物、自交联的聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸酯-醋酸乙烯共聚物交联物的碱化物、异乙烯·无水马来酸共聚物交联物、聚氟磺酸盐交联物、将聚乙烯氧化物、聚丙烯酰胺等水膨润性聚合物进行了部分交联后的物质等。它们之中，优选吸水量、吸水速度优异的丙烯酸或丙烯酸盐系的物质。具有所述吸水性能的高吸水性聚合物在制造工艺中，通过调整交联密度及交联密度斜度，而能够进行吸水力(吸收倍率)和吸水速度的调整。所述聚合物的单位面积重量设为150g/m2～500g/m2，优选设为200g/m2～450g/m2。
而且，可以向所述吸收体4混合合成纤维。所述合成纤维可以使用例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯等聚烯烃系、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等聚酯系、尼龙等聚酰胺系、及它们的共聚物等，也可以是将上述两种混合后的物质。而且，也可以使用以熔点高的纤维为芯且以熔点低的纤维为鞘的芯鞘型纤维或并排型纤维、分割型纤维等复合纤维。所述合成纤维在为疏水性纤维的情况下优选使用通过亲水化剂进行了表面处理后的物质，以具有对于体液的亲和性。
所述副片6只要是对于体液具有亲水性即可。具体而言，可以使用通过人造丝或铜氨纤维等再生纤维、棉等天然纤维的使用而原料自身具有亲水性的材料，或者将聚乙烯或聚丙烯等烯烃系、聚酯系、聚酰胺系等合成纤维通过亲水化剂进行表面处理而赋予了亲水性的纤维。而且，为了使所述副片6具有粘度，可以在背面侧(吸收体4)具有多孔的膜层，而且可以为与包覆片层叠的层叠片，还可以使用含有浆料的原料。
在本失禁垫1的表面侧两侧部分别沿长度方向且在失禁垫1的全长上设置侧无纺布7、7，该侧无纺布7、7的外侧部分向侧方延伸，并且所述不透液性背面片2向侧方延伸，这些向侧方延伸的侧无纺布7部分和不透液性背面片2部分通过热熔胶粘结剂等进行接合而形成侧部襟翼。
作为所述侧无纺布7，从重视的功能的点出发可以使用疏水处理无纺布或亲水处理无纺布。例如，若重视防止尿等浸透或者提高肌肤触感等功能，则优选使用涂敷了硅系、石蜡系、烷基氯化铬(alkyl chromic chloride)系疏水剂等的SSMS、SMS、SMMS等的疏水处理无纺布，若重视体液的吸收性，则优选使用通过使在合成纤维的制造过程中具有亲水基的化合物例如聚乙烯乙二醇的氧化生成物等共存而聚合的方法、利用氯化锡那样的金属盐进行处理并对表面进行局部溶解形成多孔性而使金属的氢氧化物沉着的方法等，使合成纤维为膨润或多孔性，应用毛细管现象而赋予亲水性的亲水处理无纺布。作为上述的侧无纺布7，可以使用以天然纤维、合成纤维或再生纤维等为原料而通过适当的加工法形成的材料。
所述侧无纺布7、7构成双重褶裥结构的立体褶裥BS，包括：适当地折叠，以所述吸收体4的大致侧缘附近位置为立起基端而向肌肤侧立起的左右一对内侧立体褶裥10、10；相对地位于比所述内侧立体褶裥10靠外侧处，由比所述吸收体4向侧方延伸的不透液性背面片2及侧无纺布7形成的向肌肤侧立起的左右一对外侧立体褶裥11、11。需要说明的是，所述立体褶裥BS可以是仅由内侧立体褶裥10或外侧立体褶裥11中的任一个构成的一重褶裥结构，也可以仅配置侧无纺布7而不形成为向肌肤侧立起的立体褶裥状。
对于所述内侧立体褶裥10及外侧立体褶裥11的结构更详细地说明，所述侧无纺布7如图2所示，将宽度方向两侧端分别向垫背面侧折回而在宽度方向内侧及宽度方向外侧分别形成双重片部分7a、7b，并且在所述宽度方向内侧的双重片部分7a内部配置两端或长度方向的适当的位置被固定的1根或多根、在图示例中为1根的线状弹性伸缩构件12，并且在所述宽度方向外侧的双重片部分7b内部配置两端或长度方向的适当的位置被固定的1根或多根、在图示例中为2根的线状弹性伸缩构件13、13，所述宽度方向内侧的双重片部分7a的基端部通过热熔胶粘结剂等而粘结于在吸收体4的侧部配置的透液性表面片3的上表面，并且宽度方向外侧的双重片部分7b的基端部通过热熔胶粘结剂等而粘结于比所述吸收体4更向侧方延伸的不透液性背面片2的侧端部，由此，通过所述宽度方向内侧的双重片部分7a形成向肌肤侧立起的内侧立体褶裥10，并且通过所述宽度方向外侧的双重片部分7b形成向肌肤侧立起的外侧立体褶裥11。需要说明的是，所述侧无纺布7在垫长度方向的两端部，如图3所示，未配置所述线状弹性伸缩构件12、13，并且所述宽度方向内侧的双重片部分7a通过热熔胶粘结剂等而接合于吸收体4侧。
〔凹槽22〕
在本失禁垫1中，在表面侧(肌面侧)沿着长度方向形成有体液流入用的凹槽22。所述凹槽22用于承受向透液性表面片3的表面排出的体液，暂时积存体液，并沿前后方向引导体液的扩散，且加快向吸收体4的体液的吸收速度，从而防止横向泄漏。
所述凹槽22可以是通过一体地压缩从透液性表面片3的表面侧到吸收体4的构成构件而形成的结构，但是预先在所述吸收体4形成吸收体凹部20，设置沿着该吸收体凹部20从透液性表面片3的表面侧(肌面侧)压缩比吸收体4靠上层的构成构件的压花部21而形成的结构能够防止腿压引起的凹槽22的变形等，因此优选。
在所述吸收体4上，在所述压花部21的形成前，预先形成有不基于压缩的形成为凹槽状或狭缝状、在图示例中为凹槽状的吸收体凹部20。该吸收体凹部20不基于压缩，例如图4所示，通过(A)层叠纤维或(B)以吸收体凹部20的底部的厚度形成的下层吸收体4a和与所述吸收体凹部20对应的部分开口的上层吸收体4b的层叠结构等来形成。
所述吸收体凹部20如图1所示，对于吸收体4，在与体液排出部位H对应的垫宽度方向的中央部且长度方向的中间部优选仅形成1条，但是也可以形成沿垫宽度方向分离的多条，或者形成为沿垫长度方向分离的不连续线状(未图示)。需要说明的是，在设置多个吸收体凹部20的情况下，优选对于各个吸收体凹部20设置所述压花部21。
所述吸收体凹部20的平面尺寸优选垫长度方向的长度为100～180mm，槽宽(底面的槽宽)为5～30mm。在将所述吸收体凹部形成为凹槽状的情况下，所述吸收体凹部20的深度优选为吸收体4的厚度的50％以上，具体而言为5～8mm左右。
所述吸收体凹部20的底部(不透液性背面片两侧的部分，非肌肤侧的部分)夹设的吸收体4部分的浆料的单位面积重量为70g/m2～280g/m2，优选为90g/m2～260g/m2。而且，该部分的吸水性聚合物8的单位面积重量为0g/m2～270g/m2，优选为0g/m2～35g/m2。
设置所述压花部21的情况的平面尺寸可以大于吸收体凹部20的尺寸，也可以小于吸收体凹部20的尺寸。比周边的凹槽22的底面更深地压缩的高压缩部23以适当的图案形成于所述压花部21的底面。
〔高压缩部23〕
以下，对所述高压缩部23进行说明。所述高压缩部23是比周边的凹槽22的底面更深地压缩的部分，以规定的图案形成于凹槽22的底面。具体而言，如图5所示，在俯视观察下，在沿长度方向对凹槽22进行划分而得到的单位区间26中，所述高压缩部23沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽22的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，所述高压缩部23由波状的第一压花24和第二压花25构成，所述第一压花24以使该单位区间26沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的图案形成，所述第二压花25沿着所述凹槽22形成在与所述波状的第一压花24向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部24a、24b相反的一侧的所述凹槽22的侧缘部，该图案是整体沿着所述凹槽22且以在所述凹槽22的两侧缘往复的方式在宽度方向两侧使凹凸反复的图案。
所述波状的第一压花24由在凹槽22的一方的侧缘22a与另一方的侧缘22b之间反复进行往复的波状曲线、锯齿线(参照图8)等的形成为波状的连续线构成。所述波状的第一压花24将朝向一方的侧缘22a突出的凸部24a与朝向另一方的侧缘22b突出的凸部24b交替地反复设置。而且，所述波状的第一压花24以1条压花线不交叉或连接而向槽长度方向的同一方向延伸的方式形成。因此，在凹槽22的底面没有设置由压花线包围的闭合的区域。
所述波状的第一压花24优选在凹槽22的整个宽度上形成。即，第一压花24的凸部24a、24b的顶部与凹槽22的侧缘22a、22b一致或接近。由此，能够将凹槽22在整个宽度上加强，能够可靠地防止凹槽22由于来自宽度方向两侧的压力而压坏。所述接近是指凸部24a、24b的顶部配置在相比凹槽22的侧缘22a、22b靠内侧为2mm以下，优选为1mm以下的范围。
如图5所示，所述波状的第一压花24优选形成为向宽度方向外侧鼓出的带圆角的曲线状。由此，能够可靠地防止由来自外方侧的压力导致的压坏。所述波状的第一压花24优选整体形成为正弦波状，但也可以通过半圆弧交替地反向连续的图案等形成。
所述波状的第一压花24的相邻的同一方向的凸部24a、24a间的距离T(波状的第一压花24的周期)设为16mm～25mm，优选为18mm～22mm。由此，能够可靠地加强凹槽22，并且能够防止表面材料的褶皱、捻搓、破裂，提高操作性。所述波状的第一压花24在凹槽22的全长上以大致同一距离T形成(以大致同一周期形成)。
另一方面，所述第二压花25是在规定的范围内沿着所述凹槽22的槽长度方向呈连续线状形成的多个压花。所述第二压花25沿着凹槽22形成是将压花的端部彼此连结的直线大致沿着凹槽22的槽长度方向，除了包括该直线与槽长度方向线平行的情况之外，还包括相对于该槽长度方向线具有±20°左右为止的角度差的情况。而且，沿长度方向的线不必为直线，可以由曲线、折线、波线等形成。
所述第二压花25形成在与波状的第一压花24向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部24a、24b相反的一侧的凹槽22的侧缘部。即，在朝向凹槽22的一方的侧缘22a突出的凸部24a，沿着与其相反的一侧的另一方的侧缘22b形成第二压花25，在朝向凹槽22的另一方的侧缘22b突出的凸部24b，沿着与其相反的一侧的一方的侧缘22a形成第二压花25。
所述第二压花25以外方侧的缘部与凹槽22的侧缘22a或22b一致或接近的方式设置。所述接近是指第二压花25的外方侧的缘部配置在相比凹槽22的侧缘22a、22b靠内侧为2mm以下，优选为1mm以下的范围。由此，与所述波状的第一压花24一样，能够将凹槽22在宽度方向的宽范围进行加强。
所述波状的第一压花24以在凹槽22的两侧缘22a、22b往复的方式设置，第二压花25设于凹槽22的侧缘22a、22b部，由此第一压花24和第二压花25在槽长度方向上重叠地配置。由此，所述波状的第一压花24与第一压花25在槽宽度方向上的同等的位置处对于来自宽度方向外方侧的腿压具备抵抗力。
所述第二压花25优选在所述波状的第一压花24成为凹部的规定的范围内，由沿着凹槽22的槽长度方向的直线形成。由此，第二压花25沿着凹槽22的侧缘设置，因此对于来自设有该第二压花25的一侧的外方侧的压力能够进行更宽的范围的加强。
所述第二压花25设置在槽长度方向的中央部与所述波状的第一压花24的各凸部24a、24b的顶部沿槽宽度方向一致的位置。即，向波状的第一压花24的各凸部24a、24b的顶部引出槽宽度方向线时，以该槽宽度方向线为界而在槽长度方向的两侧分别以相同长度形成。
而且，在本失禁垫1中，所述波状的第一压花24与第二压花25未连接而各自的压花线独立地分离形成。因此，所述高压缩部23形成沿着凹槽22连续的1条第一压花24，并且在所述波状的第一压花24的成为凹部的部分分别配置所述第二压花25。即，所述第二压花25相对于凹槽22，在规定的位置分离地设置多个。
如图5所示，所述波状的第一压花24与第二压花25之间的间隔宽度S在两压花间的直线距离最短的部分处，优选为2mm以上且5mm以下(2mm≤S≤5mm)。若该分离宽度S小于2mm，则压花压缩时的压力难以分散而容易产生褶皱等，并且纸粉等进入压花辊的该间隙部分而容易堵塞。另一方面，若所述分离宽度S大于5mm，则波状的第一压花24的凹部的强度无法充分加强，凹槽22容易压坏。
如以上详细叙述的那样，在本失禁垫1中，在凹槽22的底面形成由所述波状的第一压花24及第二压花25构成的高压缩部23。假设仅通过所述波状的第一压花24构成高压缩部的情况下，如图9及图10所示，在未形成所述波状压花的凹部处，对于来自宽度方向外方侧的腿压的抵抗力减弱，因此凹槽压坏而凹槽的体液积存容量减少，体液难以由吸收体吸收。相对于此，在本失禁垫1中，如图6所示，在与所述波状的第一压花24的凹部对应的部分设有第二压花25，因此对于来自宽度方向两侧的腿压的抵抗力增大，凹槽22难以压坏。
而且，在本失禁垫1中，所述波状的第一压花24与第二压花25未连接而各自的压花线独立地分离形成。因此，没有在凹槽22的底面形成由连续的高压缩部23包围的区域。因此，在压花加工时，压花彼此的分离部成为压缩力的逃散路而压力分散，因此压缩产生的表面材料的应变不会蓄积，不会产生表面材料的破裂或压花辊的堵塞等，操作性提高。
在本失禁垫1中，在所述高压缩部23的加工时，为了防止表面材料的破裂，优选使在吸收体4的吸收体凹部20的底部配置的高吸水性聚合物8的单位面积重量小于其他的区域的单位面积重量。当在该区域配置较多的所述高吸水性聚合物8时，由于高吸水性聚合物8而表面材料容易破裂，因此通过减少聚合物量而减小压花加工时的破裂的风险。
另外，在赋予所述高压缩部23时，使用的是在压花辊上设有规定图案的压花凸部的结构，但优选如图7所示，压花辊的压花凸部使用对前端的角部实施了倒圆角处理的凸部。由此，与未实施倒圆角的原封不动的角部的情况或进行了倒角的倒棱角处理的情况相比，能够可靠地防止透液性表面片3的破裂。
而且，所述波状的第一压花24及第二压花25的槽宽及深度可以不同，但是为了对于来自宽度方向两侧的压力产生均等的抵抗力而优选为相同。
〔其他方式例〕
(1)在上述方式例中，所述高压缩部23通过从透液性表面片3的表面侧的压缩而一体地赋予于从透液性表面片3到吸收体4的构成构件上，但也可以通过从吸收体4的表面侧的压缩而仅赋予于吸收体4，或者通过从包覆片的表面侧的压缩而一体地赋予于包覆片及吸收体4。只要至少在吸收体4设置所述高压缩部23，就能够防止穿戴时的凹槽的变形，并容易使体液沿槽长度方向扩散。
(2)只要是在沿长度方向对所述凹槽22进行划分的单位区间26中，所述波状的第一压花24沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽22的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，所述波状的第一压花24以使该单位区间26沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的图案形成即可，也可以如图8所示，向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部24a、24b形成为三角形形状、或梯形形状、四边形形状。
(3)所述第二压花25只要沿着凹槽22形成即可，也可以如图9所示，由平面形状为(A)半圆形或(B)三角形等图形图案形成。而且，如图9(A)所示，在波状的第一压花24由曲线形成的情况下，优选对应于该曲线而所述第二压花25由压花的外形线成为曲线的半圆形图案形成，如该图9(B)所示，在波状的第一压花24由直线的锯齿线形成的情况下，优选对应于该锯齿线而所述第二压花25由压花的外形线成为直线的三角形图案形成。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸收性物品，在透液性表面片与背面片之间夹设有吸收体，并且在所述吸收体的透液性表面片侧的面上形成有大致沿着长度方向的凹槽，且在所述凹槽的底面形成有高压缩部，其特征在于，
在沿长度方向对所述凹槽进行划分而得到的单位区间中，所述高压缩部沿槽宽度方向延伸且沿槽长度方向倾斜，并且以横跨的方式从所述凹槽的一方侧的侧端形成至另一方侧的侧端，
所述高压缩部由第一压花和第二压花构成，所述第一压花以使该单位区间沿槽长度方向反复正转反转而得到的图案形成，所述第二压花沿着所述凹槽形成在与所述第一压花向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部相反的一侧的侧缘部，
所述第一压花和第二压花分离地设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其中，
所述第一压花的向宽度方向外侧突出的凸部由曲线形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其中，
所述第二压花由沿着所述凹槽的直线形成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的吸收性物品，其中，
所述第二压花由沿着所述凹槽的直线形成。
5.根据权利要求1～4中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其中，
所述第一压花与第二压花之间的间隔宽度为2mm以上且5mm以下。
