本发明涉及一种无级变速器。
背景技术
CVT技术即无级变速技术,它采用传动带和工作直径可变的主、从动轮相配合来传递动力,可以实现传动比的连续改变,从而得到传动系与发动机工况的最佳匹配。无级变速器与有级式的区别在于,它的变速比不是间断的点,而是一系列连续的值,譬如可以从3.455一直变化到0.85,CVT结构比传统变速器简单,体积更小,它既没有手动变速器的众多齿轮副,也没有自动变速器复杂的行星齿轮组,它主要靠主、从动轮和金属带来实现速比的无级变化。CVT采用传动带和可变槽宽的棘轮进行动力传递,即当棘轮变化槽宽时,相应改变驱动轮与从动轮上传动带的接触半径进行变速,传动带一般用橡胶带、金属带和金属链等,CVT是真正无级化了,它的优点是重量轻,体积小,零件少,与AT比较具有较高的运行效率,油耗较低。但CVT的缺点也是明显的,就是传动带很容易损坏,不能承受较大的载荷,只能限用于在1升排量左右的低功率和低扭矩汽车,因此在自动变速器占有率约4%以下,现有技术无级变速器普遍存在的结构复杂、制造成本高、变速范围窄、效率低、不能大功率输出等缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、制造成本低、变速范围宽、效率高、能大功率输出的优点的一种无级变速器。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种无级变速器,包括主动轴和主动轴上的发条状可变半径滚轮、被动滚轮、皮带、和皮带拉紧装置。
本发明具有如下的积极效果:本发明使用发条状可变半径的滚轮作为主动轮,利用其受力大小会产生半径大小变化的原理来实现自动变速的,具有结构简单、制造成本低、变速范围宽、适用范围广、效率高、能大功率输出的优点,本发明可以用在各种类型的车辆及各种需变速的机械设备上。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种无级变速器,包括主动轴1、和主动轴上的发条状可变半径滚轮2、被动滚轮3、皮带4、和皮带拉紧装置,所述的皮带拉紧装置由两个固定被动转轮5和一个可伸缩被动转轮6组成。
本发明在具体运行时,主动轴1和主动轴上的发条状可变半径滚轮2通过皮带4带动被动滚轮3转动,当发条状可变半径滚轮2带动被动滚轮3转动吃力时,发条状可变半径的滚轮2就会其半径变小,而当发条状可变半径滚轮2带动被动滚轮3转动较轻松时,发条状可变半径的滚轮2由于自身的弹性就会使其半径变大,这样就可以实现传动比的连续改变,从而得到传动系与发动机工况的最佳匹配,发条状可变半径滚轮2半径的大小变化,会使皮带的松紧产生变化,而皮带拉紧装置会自动调节皮带的松紧,使其始终处于最佳状态。
