Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘性掩蔽材料,例如掩蔽胶带,本发明掩蔽材料可以在不损害其表面的前提下在其表面施加并去除粘合剂,并且粘合剂不残留于其表面上,并且能防止液体在掩模材料与所述施加掩蔽材料的表面之间渗透。
背景技术
粘性胶带通常包括一个柔性基片(例如纸、塑料或布),所述基片上具有至少沿其一侧边缘涂覆的粘合剂层。所述粘合剂层通常覆盖在基片一侧的整个表面或沿其一个纵向边缘。这种装置通常被称之为掩蔽胶带,适用于保护或屏蔽涂覆于表面的液体(例如油漆)和其它部分,以在掩蔽和未掩蔽表面之间形成一个干净或清晰的边缘。
这样的掩蔽胶带通常包括均匀的薄涂于基片的一个或两个表面上的粘合剂。有些厂商还提供一种掩蔽材料,其基片一侧涂覆粘合剂,另一侧具有抗液体材料或塑料材料,以防止其与是液体接触时,粘合剂与液体混合后会降解所述基片材料。专利号为1726744、17795882171544、2510120的美国专利均提出将粘合剂设置在沿其至少一个边缘的基片上,专利号为3032181的美国专利提出将粘合剂以窄带的形式设置在胶带的一个或多个边缘上,或者其相应的背面位置,以防止在卷曲所述掩蔽材料时发生粘连,并且有利于使粘合剂和基片上的其它材料相隔离。
专利号为6828008的美国专利提出在基片的至少一个边缘设置吸收涂层以防止位于其上的液体被吸入基片中并防止其通过胶带底面和已施加胶带的表面之间。公开号为2008/0318038 A1的美国专利提出一种掩蔽材料,在其基片相对于粘合剂的另一侧设置有防水条材料,以防止基片上的液体材料和粘合剂相接触。
市场上出现的许多前述专利均采用边缘密封或边缘阻挡技术,以防止液体材料向掩蔽材料下面应用部分的渗透,从而使得在应用进程结束后有效清楚电子元件的同时保持掩蔽材料的完整。现有技术试图解决长期存在的问题,提供一种掩蔽材料,既可以承受液体材料应用至其边缘,又可以防止液体材料向设置在掩蔽材料背后的应用表面上的其它部分渗透。熟悉这些产品和相关技术的本领域技术人员都清楚地知道,目前可用的掩蔽产品的性能均达不到理想效果。
这种掩蔽产品的有效性很大程度依赖于产品表面的粗糙度,当表面不光滑或者即使是很小程度的不光滑,就会发生渗漏,干净的边缘即不复存在。这种渗漏的发生主要是因为毛细管作用或者毛细作用,是一种使液体在没有其它外力和反重力的条件下向狭窄空间流动的现象。这种现象可以再用毛刷刷油漆的过程中,在例如用于做生物或化学测试的薄管中,在多孔材料(例如纸),在默写非多孔材料(例如液化碳纤维或细胞)中均能清晰的见到。毛细作用的发生是由于液体和固体表面之间存在分子间吸引力的作用。如果泄漏路径足够小,那么有液体将的内聚力所形成的表面张力和液体与容器间形成的粘附力的结合就会促使液体进入缝隙或间隙之中。在许多掩蔽材料中,并未充分考虑到这种存在于掩蔽材料和待掩蔽表面之间的空隙之间的毛细作用。
虽然上述的屏蔽材料可以在应用于真正的平面上时表现出合适的渗透结果,其中许多表面如果不涂漆几乎不是真实的平面。特别是,变形的墙壁和天花板表面的扩散已经证明了在应用于涂覆领域时,对于表面各部分及相邻各表面之间的掩蔽,这种掩蔽材料的能力使非常有限的。当要充分的掩蔽一些粗糙表面,例如有砂石,撞击所形成的坑,橘皮,泥灰或经过其它处理时,对于大多数想要尝试得到替代液体材料或颜料涂覆于这种粗糙表面上的用户来说,这些掩蔽产品的缺陷是显而易见的。
虽然许多按照专利生产掩蔽材料的公司宣传自己的技术可以防止涂料在胶带边缘的渗透,然而在应用于不清洁和不平滑的表面时,例如其结构中具有砂石或纹理结构,这种说法其的真实性就非常有限了。正如图7所示,这种断言在真是的应用中经常是不适用的。
因此,针对现有技术的缺陷,急需一种可以抗液体材料、从所接触的掩蔽表面移除时不降解或不损坏其各个部分、在有效的移除所述掩蔽材料之后可以容忍掩蔽材料的变形而仍使其与所接触的掩蔽表面相匹配以减少或消除渗漏的掩蔽材料。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明公开了一种掩蔽材料。本发明一方面公开了一种掩蔽胶带及其制备方法,所述掩蔽胶带包括基片和设置于所述基片上的粘合剂层。所述粘合剂层的厚度大于0.003英寸,所述粘合剂层是由一种具有弹性形变的材料制备而成,使得所述粘合剂可以伸长和变形,从而使所述粘合剂与所述掩蔽材料的表面轮廓相匹配。优选地,所述粘合剂层为与所述基片纵向边缘对齐的两个窄条,当将所述胶带粘贴于待掩蔽表面时可以通过减小粘合剂与所述待掩蔽表面的接触面积来增加所述粘合剂的单位压力,从而防止液体材料在掩蔽材料与待掩蔽表面之间的渗漏。
本发明另一方面公开了一种掩蔽胶带,包括基片和粘合剂。所述基片包括顶面和底面,以及由基片厚度所定义的的两个边缘,所述两个边缘使所述顶面和底面分隔。所述粘合剂设置在至少沿所述基片的一个边缘的底面上。所述粘合剂由所述基片底面向外延伸,其厚度大于0.003英寸,当其与待掩蔽表面(例如着色墙)接触时,所述粘合剂的弹性形变为期静止状态的1.25倍。
本发明另一方面公开了一种胶带组件,包括基片层和粘合剂层。所述基片层具有相对面和相对边缘,所述相对边缘沿基片的纵向方向延伸,所述相对面为横向方向,所述相对边缘的长度为所述基片层的厚度。所述粘合剂层固定于所述基片层至少一面上,因此所述粘合剂层的一个边缘与所述基片层的至少一个相对边缘对齐,所述粘合剂层的厚度至少为所述基片层厚度的1.5倍。
本发明另一方面公开了一种构成掩蔽胶带的方法,包括将多行粘合剂施加到衬底材料上,通过卷绕所述衬底材料,使所述衬底材料和多行粘合剂形成细长卷筒,以便使所述多行粘合剂被夹持在所述衬底材料的相邻层之间;通过对所述细长卷筒进行切割处理,将所述细卷筒分割成分离的卷筒,所述每个分离的卷筒的最大直径与所述细长卷筒的直径相同,并使所述多行粘合剂的至少一行粘合剂分成与第一分离卷筒一端关联的第一部以及与第二分离卷筒一端关联的第二部分。

尽管掩蔽装置或胶带和构成方法及用途易于进行各种修改和替代,但是已经通过结合附图的举例方式对具体实施例进行了详细描述。然而,应当理解,这里对具体实施例和方法的描述并不是用来将本发明限定到所公开的特定形式,而是相反,本发明覆盖了落入到由权利要求书限定的本发明精神和范围之内的所有修改、等同及替代。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本发明掩蔽胶带或掩蔽材料20的透视图。掩蔽材料20包括衬底材料或基片22和设置在其上的粘合剂24。所述基片22为一片层,包括长度26,宽度28和厚度30。基片22包括第一侧面或表面32和第二侧面或表面34,所述第一侧面或表面和第二侧面或表面包括长度26和厚度30。表面32、34为掩蔽材料20的两个相对工作表面,当其中一个表面与待待掩蔽表面相接触时,另一个表面与大气相接触。基片22还包括第一边缘36和第二边缘38,所述第一边缘和第二边缘为相对的边缘或边,包括长度26和厚度30。基片22还包括一个末端或边缘40,包括宽度28和厚度30。优选地,所述基片22由柔性材料制备而成,例如塑料、布或纸张等,所述基片的厚度30为0.001至0.005英寸。
为了获得一个或多个公开的目标,本发明基片22可以为多种形状和形式,并且由多种材料制备而成,包括布、塑料或纸张。可以根据情况在上述列举中做选择,例如当有需要或为了方便将所述胶带材料从其下面的待掩蔽表面移除时,可以切割或撕裂所述胶带材料。可以通过设置使所述基片22其一个方向上的撕裂和切割阻力大于其他方向上撕裂和切割阻力。也就是说,可以在制造过程中控制基片22的撕裂性能,以使其在一个方向上容易撕裂,例如横向或侧向,而在另一个方向上具有更大的撕裂阻力,例如纵向或机器方向。
被称为可延伸或半可延伸的牛皮纸就是这样一个具有交替撕裂性能的非常合适的例子。可以通过控制不同形式的撕裂性能和阻力以获得具有不同撕裂性能的胶带产品。优选地,掩蔽材料20横向方向的撕裂性能弱于其纵向方向的撕裂性能,所以掩蔽材料20可以非常容易的沿其横向方向手工撕开,而在其纵向方向确存在着较高的撕裂阻力,因此掩蔽材料20可以容易的从其下面的待掩蔽表面移除,而此过程中而不用在纵向方向上与基片22分离。
粘合剂24被设置在基片22的两个表面32和34的其中至少一个面上,至少与与边缘36和38其中一个相连接。优选地,粘合剂24被限定为如下所述的与边缘36和38箱连接的交替的串。粘合剂24包括与所述基片22的表面34相接触的第一侧面或表面42以及与所述表面42相对的另一个表面44。粘合剂24还包括与边缘36和38相对齐的边缘46。
如图1所示,掩蔽材料20包括第一粘合剂行或串48和第二粘合剂行或串50,第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50沿基片22的长度26的方向延伸。优选地,掩蔽材料20包括与基片22的第一边缘36和第二边缘38箱连接的串48和50,在粘合剂24的第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50之间形成了一个间隙54。尽管粘合剂24的第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50与所述基片22的表面34相连接,其它号码的粘合剂行也可以涂覆于基片22的表面34上,或者设置在间隙54上。
粘合剂24的第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50被限定为长度56,宽度58和厚度60。本发明中,第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50各自的长度56与基片22的长度26的方向相同,第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50各自的宽度58与基片22的宽度28的方向相同,第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50各自的厚度60与基片22的厚度30的方向相同。在本发明实施例中,第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50各自的宽度58优选为0.040至约0.200英寸,其厚度60优选为大于约0.003英寸,进一步优选为约0.010至约0.100英寸。其中,所述的“约”是指所述粘合剂厚度的最低数值偏差为+/-0.007,所述粘合剂厚度的最高数值偏差为+/-0.50,并且在所述的数值或范围中,公开的数值或范围的±10%的浮动均适用于本发明。优选地,所述粘合剂24的宽度58大于所述厚度60。优选地,所述宽度58与所述厚度60的比约为3:1。本发明中,设置为一行或多行的粘合剂其厚度60约为0.020至0.040英寸,其宽度58约为0.060至0.120英寸。应当理解的是,所能想到的满足掩蔽材料和与其相对应的待掩蔽表面粘度要求的其它几何比例的粘合剂均适用于本发明。
图2是卷筒结构的掩蔽材料20的正视图,所述卷筒结构由与掩蔽材料20的卷筒66相关的筒芯(core)64所示。如图所示,粘合剂24的第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50布置在基片22的相邻层之间,因此第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50的表面42固定在所述基片22的表面34上,而与卷筒66上相邻基片层的基片22的另一表面32可移除地配合。通过将基片22展平以及将粘合剂24的粘合剂行48和50从基片22的底层分离,使掩蔽材料20构成非卷筒66的结构。如下文进一步解释为,基片22的表面32可以被处理成不粘结所述粘合剂24但又能与其保持足够的交互作用,以便使掩蔽材料20保持在已卷绕的方位。也就是说掩蔽材料20不仅可以配置成大多数用户所熟知的卷筒形状,还可以配置成其他形状如片材或带状。
粘合剂24和第一粘合剂行48和第二粘合剂行50选自聚氨酯凝胶粘合剂、有机硅凝胶粘合剂和丙烯酸凝胶粘合剂组成的组,其它具有此类属性的粘合剂均适用于本发明。优选地,基片22和粘合剂24可以有多重选择为了满足不同类型掩蔽材料的使用参数要求,例如防止涂料等液体在被掩蔽材料20所覆盖的具有不规则形状或纹理表面的渗透。可以通过对基片22的表面32进行处理以使其与粘合剂24容易分离,例如在其表面涂覆有机硅涂层,以确保掩蔽材料20的各片层卷绕成细长卷筒并且在打开细长卷筒66时相邻的片层之间容易打开分离。基片22的表面34具有足够的不可分离的粘性以保证粘合剂24和表面34紧密粘合。优选地,粘合剂24的肖氏硬度约为0-20。
参见图3,粘合剂24优选具有优异的粘合性能以使得粘合剂24可以与待掩蔽表面72的不平整表面相吻合,即通过冷流作用使粘合剂与相应的应用或待掩蔽表面达到所述的密封性。图3是掩蔽材料20与部分待掩蔽表面72相接合的俯视图,所述待掩蔽表面72包括一些凸起70和将其分离开的多个间隔的凹部74。粘合剂24填充到表面72上的空隙、空腔或凹部74中,使得所述掩蔽材料20与待掩蔽表面72紧密接合,从而在掩蔽材料20与待掩蔽表面72间形成有效的防渗漏屏障,所述渗漏包括由掩蔽材料20和待掩蔽表面72之间的毛细作用所引起的渗漏。图3是基片22的边缘36和粘合剂24的边缘46所对应的一侧视图,优选地,边缘36和边缘46在同一面内。粘合剂24具有粘合性能即可以保证其与待掩蔽表面72的轮廓精确结合,又可以与基片22牢固结合以保证掩蔽材料20可以从待掩蔽表面72移除,并且严格耐受在涂漆过程中掩蔽材料20上的覆盖物。粘合剂24优选具有独特的组合物理性能,使其可以再大多数情况下防止消除渗漏,并可以从具有显著不同的表面能的不同表面移除,然而大多数商业用脚不具备这种性能。
掩蔽材料20可以与具有不同表面粗糙度的待掩蔽表面配合使用。也就是说,较平滑但是不完全是平面的表面可以被处理,粘合剂24可以被施加成串或行状,其厚度小于具有不连续突起的表面的厚度,所述不连续突起由灰泥、撞击或纹理处理形成。具有不同粘合剂行的细长卷筒66可以使用户根据不同的应用或预期用途选择具有不同粘合剂24厚度60的掩蔽产品。当在特定应用中需要特定数量的粘合剂24时,这样的考虑更为明智和经济。
除应用程序和预期用途中所使用的掩蔽材料20外,粘合剂24通常满足如下表1所示的参数,图4A和图4B分别显示了基片22的表面34和粘合剂24之间的粘性,以及基片22的表面32和粘合剂24之间的分离粘性,以及待掩蔽表面72和粘合剂24的表面44之间的分离粘性。

图4A和图4B包含了达到上述粘性和粘附力的指示信息,还包括分界线78,得到了涂覆于掩蔽材料和待掩蔽表面上的粘合剂24的厚度60和具有凸起的待掩蔽表面的粗糙度之间的函数关系,即通过控制粘合剂24的厚度60就可以得到设定的接触点,从而减少或防止液体材料向掩蔽材料保护下的区域渗漏。
优选地,粘合剂24为凝胶型材料或足够柔软的材料以使其在与待掩蔽表面72接合的同时不与基片22分离,并且方便通过对基片22进行操作而将粘合剂24从待掩蔽表面移除。优选地,当对搁置的掩蔽材料20进行撕裂或切割其末端或与其纵向对其的边缘时,对所述掩蔽材料20进行移除或操纵的过程中,基片22和粘合剂24以康粘性失败的方式相互配合。在这里,所述粘性是指粘合剂与表面相粘合时的一个直接的力,而粘附力是指粘合剂与表面之间的一个长期的相互作用力。也就是说,粘性是立即或在几秒钟之内产生的,而粘附力是随着时间的增加而增强。优选地,粘合剂24应当具有适当的粘性值而其粘附力值较低。在测试过程中,即使在与表面72接触长时间后,粘合剂24依然显示了所需的粘性参数和可接受的粘附力值。优选地,粘合剂24应当在其非静止状态时依然保证与待掩蔽表面的完全接合,并且保证在掩蔽材料的移除过程中粘合剂24与基片22的表面34的完全接合从而避免对表面72的损坏,例如在涂漆过程中不想被移除的部分已经实现施加于所述待掩蔽表面72上。
在材料20的粘贴过程中,可以通过手指或手掌的压力使所述粘合剂24填充在凹部74中并与凸起70相连接,使得材料20与表面72具有一个连续的相互作用力。尽管粘合剂24倾向于恢复到原来或静止状态,粘合剂24的硬度和弹性模量应不足以克服由粘合剂24和表面72之间的相互作用所产生的粘性,从而保证边缘36、46与表面72之间的整体连接。掩蔽材料20上的间隙54(如图1所示)可以更方便使掩蔽材料20从其下部的表面移除,仅需当表面34完全的施加了粘合剂24时将掩蔽材料从其下部的表面移除所需力的一小部分即可。应当理解的是,在其他应用中,粘合剂24可以从基片22的边缘36延伸到边缘38,但在本申请中仅以待掩蔽表面件产生单一界限的粘合剂威力,也就是说边缘36和38中只有一个边缘需要包括粘合剂行48或50。进一步地,当连个边缘均施加由粘合剂行48和50时,可以更有利于形成均一的卷筒66。
为了评估不同种类粘合剂的优点做了许多工作,包括测试不同粘合剂在经受具有不同表面孔隙度的探头时由于连接粘性所引起的延伸。测试过程包括使不同种类的粘合剂分别经受涂有底漆的探头、不锈钢刷毛探头和聚碳酸酯探头。一旦与相应的粘合剂接触后,探头立即收回,即可对此时的粘合剂与其静止状态想比较所产生的延伸进行评估。经过测试可知,粘合剂在于聚碳酸酯材料接触接合时,产生至少为25%的接触粘性,通过实现有效的延伸和粘性关联可以达到一个或多个本发明目的。
图5和图6显示了与生产掩蔽材料20的一个或多个卷筒有关的图示。通过沿着卷筒82的由箭头88所示的纵向长度布置粘合剂24的一个或多个粘合剂串84和86,可以构成掩蔽材料20的细长卷筒82。粘合剂串84和86在空间上是相邻粘合剂串并且由基片22的表面34所支撑,从而在粘合剂24的相邻粘合剂串84和86之间形成一个或多个间隙。模具或其他容器92包括输入94和多个输出96,用于将粘合剂24从散装源97传递到基片22的表面34上的粘合剂串84和86位置。特别是,源97可以被配置成与一件粘合剂材料配合使用,和/或被配置成接收用于形成粘合剂24的组成部分。
参见图6,卷筒82随后可以通过切割卷筒82的切割或分割装置99被切割成两个独立的卷筒66,使卷筒66的基片22各层通道具有期望的宽度,以及使卷筒66具有相关的粘合剂行或串。切割装置99最好与经过第一滚筒98与第二滚筒100之间的掩蔽材料20配合使用,以便在粘合剂串84和86有关的位置上切割或分割卷筒82,使每个粘合剂串84的相应部分与第一滚筒102和第二滚筒104关联,以及每个粘合剂串86的相应部分也与第一滚筒102和第二滚筒104关联。换言之,粘合剂串84和86被切割形成与掩蔽材料20的卷筒66的相对的侧边缘关联的粘合剂串48和50。
操作切割装置99可以确保基片22的每个侧边缘36和38和粘合剂串48和50的边缘46相对于分离卷筒66的边缘36和38具有大体上共面结构,并且切割装置99通常是常规的或者横向于基片22的表面32和34。
图7显示了掩蔽材料2与可从市场上得到的被宣传为具有抗渗结构和性能的掩蔽产品的性能比较。如图7所示,在整体上具有大体相似的表面装饰的待掩蔽表面108上施加有各种掩蔽材料,然后将涂料施加到每个掩蔽产品上。对于掩蔽产品110、112、114和116,渗漏的不同等级清晰地显示在表面108的被涂料部分118与未涂料或掩蔽部分120之间,使得产品110、112、114和116之每个与小于试验表面108的掩蔽与未掩蔽区域之间的期望界限的不同等级相关联。与产品110、112、114和116有关的许多掩蔽材料具有在基片的一个表面上整体延伸的粘合剂层,并具有通常从0.0005英寸到0.001英寸的厚度。
参见图7,与之相比较,将掩蔽材料20施加到表面108的区域122,在区域122与相邻的已涂料部分118之间的界面有关的交错的侧边缘上,提供了大体上清晰的或线性的界限124和126。粘合剂24的厚度为0.003英寸,最好为0.010英寸到0.050英寸,或者近似为现有掩蔽材料的粘合剂厚度的50倍。最好是,粘合剂层固定到基片层的至少一个表面上,使粘合剂层的边缘与基片层相对边缘的至少一个边缘对齐,并使粘合剂层的厚度由对齐基片剂层厚度的尺寸限定,粘合剂宽度由横向于该宽度的尺寸限定。粘合剂的宽度与厚度之比值在约2:1至约15:1之间。例如,0.010厚的粘合剂串的宽度最好在约0.020英寸至约0.150英寸宽之间。就功能而言,在维持粘合剂连续边缘的同时,粘合剂串宽度应当与能够容错的分割或切割设备的宽度一样窄。为了在维持粘合剂功能性的同时不降低切割待处理能力并降低制造成本,最好制造比0.060英寸更窄的粘合剂串。粘合剂最好具有足以维持与待掩蔽表面发生约0.030英寸密封相互作用的宽度和厚度。
还应当指出的是,从区域122移除掩蔽材料20不会留下掩蔽材料20存在的剩余痕迹,也不会弄脏与去除掩蔽材料20相关的表面108。关于掩蔽材料20的防渗性能,图7清楚地显示了利用用于绘图的掩蔽材料20相对于各种市售掩蔽材料的优点。
因此,掩蔽材料20提供了一种包括基片和布置在基片上的粘结剂层的掩蔽材料,该粘结剂层的厚度最好大于0.003英寸,并具有弹性模量,以便允许粘合剂在施加掩蔽材料的表面上具有间断点。最好是,所述粘合剂按多行方式形成,其中粘合剂行或串的至少一个与基片侧边缘对齐,以防止掩模材料与施加掩蔽材料的表面之间发生液体渗漏或毛细管作用。掩蔽材料20提供与底层表面临时但安全的交互作用,以减轻渗漏,它允许从底层表面方便地去除整个掩蔽材料,并且不会使底层表面或表面装饰或处理出现阴影或其他污垢。
Claims (20)
1.一种掩蔽材料,包括:
具有顶面和底面的基片,所述基片具有由所述基片厚度限定的两个边缘,所述两个边缘分隔所述顶面和底面;以及
在所述底面上沿着所述基材的至少一个边缘设置的粘合剂,所述粘合剂从基片底面向外延伸,使其厚度大于0.003英寸,并且其弹性形变至少大于其静态厚度的1.25倍,从而形成弹性形变的粘合剂;
其中,所述粘合剂厚度随着所述粘合剂向所述基片的相对边缘延伸而逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的掩蔽材料,其中所述粘合剂在基片底面沿着至少两个边缘布置,并且基片的每个边缘在相对于粘合剂厚度的横向方向上对齐粘合剂的各自边缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的掩蔽材料,还包括布置在于基片边缘关联的粘合剂之间的一些粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的掩蔽材料,其中所述粘合剂在所述边缘之间沿着基片底面连续延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的掩蔽材料,其中所述基片和粘合剂被设置成卷筒形状,其中布置在一层基片底面的粘合剂与其相邻层基片的顶面可移除地配合,不需要从基片底面移除粘合剂。

8.一种胶带组件,包括:
具有相对面和相对边缘的基片,所述相对边缘的每个边缘沿着基片纵向长度延伸,相对面朝向为相对边缘长度限定的基片层厚度的横向方向;以及
粘结在基片层的至少一面上的粘合剂,所述粘合剂的边缘与基片层相对边缘的至少一个边缘对齐,并且粘合剂的厚度由与基片层厚度一致的尺寸限定,以及粘合剂的宽度由横向于该宽度方向的尺寸限定,粘合剂层的宽度与厚度之比在2:1至5:1之间;
其中,在所述粘合剂的宽度方向上,粘合剂的厚度在最靠近基片层相对边缘中一个边缘的位置处最大。
9.根据权利要求8所述的胶带组件,其中所述粘合剂层还被定义为:对齐至少一个基片层边缘的第一粘合剂行和对齐基片相对边缘的另一个边缘的第二粘合剂行。
10.根据权利要求9所述的胶带组件,其中,第一粘合剂行和第二粘合剂行之间有间隙。
11.根据权利要求10所述的胶带组件,还包括粘结基片层的第三粘合剂行,所述第三粘合剂行位于第一粘合剂行和第二粘合剂行之间的间隙中。
12.根据权利要求9所述的胶带组件,具有是粘合剂的第一粘合剂行和第二粘合剂行被夹持在基片层之间的卷筒形状,从而相对于卷筒形状,粘合剂层粘结基片层相对面的一个面,并且在相互偏移的诸多纵向位置上,是粘合剂层与基片层相对面的另一面可移除地紧密接触。
13.根据权利要求8所述的胶带组件,其中所述粘合剂层的厚度至少为0.003英寸。
14.根据权利要求8所述的胶带组件,其中所述粘合剂层的粘合剂选自由聚氨酯凝胶粘合剂、有机硅凝胶粘合剂和丙烯酸凝胶组成的组。
15.根据权利要求8所述的胶带组件,其中构成粘合剂层的粘合剂在于聚碳酸酯材料接合时,产生延伸率至少为25%的接触粘性。
16.一种构成掩蔽胶带的方法,包括:
把多行粘合剂施加到衬底材料上;
通过卷绕所述施加了多行粘合的衬底材料,形成细长卷筒,以便多行粘合剂被夹持在衬底材料的相邻层之间;以及

17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,施加多行粘合剂被限定为把一串粘合剂施加到衬底材料上,所述粘合剂选自由聚氨酯凝胶粘合剂、有机硅凝胶粘合剂和丙烯酸凝胶组成的组。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中施加多行粘合剂的步骤还被限定为施加其宽度0.04英寸至0.18英寸之间的一串粘合剂。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,施加多行粘合剂的步骤还被限定为施加其厚度大于0.003英寸的一串粘合剂。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中施加多行粘合剂的步骤还被限定为施加其厚度大于0.010英寸的一串粘合剂。
