技术领域
本发明涉及传感器技术领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器。
背景技术
糖尿病是仅次于癌症、心血管病的第三大危险疾病,是世界性的多发病和常见病。因此对人体血液中葡萄糖含量的准确快速的测定,对于糖尿病的前期诊断和治疗有着十分重要的意义。葡萄糖生物传感器是一种能够简单快捷的检测人体血液中葡萄糖浓度的方法,越来越受到科研工作者的广泛关注。但是,现有的葡萄糖传感器存在响应时间长,重现性差,选择性及稳定性不是很好的缺陷,不能满足现在社会发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其稳定好,用于葡萄糖的检测选择性好,响应时间短,灵敏度高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶。
优选地,所述工作电极为玻碳电极、铂电极、金电极、银电极、镍电极、钯电极中的一种。
优选地,所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极。
优选地,所述对电极为铂电极。
优选地,所述基板的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸树脂、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺中的一种。
优选地,所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10-20份聚苯胺加入50-100份浓度为0.5-1mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入2-10份氢氧化钠,在70-80℃下搅拌10-20h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
优选地,所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份聚苯胺加入80份浓度为0.7mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入8份氢氧化钠,在76℃下搅拌15h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
本发明中,利用了聚苯胺对氧化石墨烯进行改性得到了聚苯胺改性石墨烯,从而将聚苯胺引入传感器中,与氧化石墨烯和羧基化碳纳米管联用,促进了电子传输,得到的葡萄糖传感器稳定性好,用于葡萄糖的检测选择性好,响应时间短,灵敏度高,并且可多次使用。

实施例1
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶;
其中,所述工作电极为铂电极;所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极,所述对电极为铂电极;所述基板的材料为聚丙烯;所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份聚苯胺加入50份浓度为1mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入2份氢氧化钠,在70℃下搅拌20h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
实施例2
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶;
其中,所述工作电极为铂电极;所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极,所述对电极为铂电极;所述基板的材料为聚丙烯;所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份聚苯胺加入100份浓度为0.5mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入10份氢氧化钠,在80℃下搅拌10h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
实施例3
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶;
其中,所述工作电极为铂电极;所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极,所述对电极为铂电极;所述基板的材料为聚酰亚胺;所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将18份聚苯胺加入65份浓度为0.9mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入3份氢氧化钠,在73℃下搅拌13h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
实施例4
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶;
其中,所述工作电极为玻碳电极;所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极,所述对电极为铂电极;所述基板的材料为丙烯酸树脂;所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份聚苯胺加入80份浓度为0.6mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入8份氢氧化钠,在73℃下搅拌17h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
实施例5
一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶;
其中,所述工作电极为玻碳电极;所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极,所述对电极为铂电极;所述基板的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸酯;所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份聚苯胺加入80份浓度为0.7mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入8份氢氧化钠,在76℃下搅拌15h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。

1.一种石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,包括基板、配置在基板上的电极***和配置在电极***上的试剂层;所述电极***包括工作电极、对电极和参比电极;所述试剂层包括聚苯胺改性石墨烯、羧基化碳纳米管和葡萄糖氧化酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述工作电极为玻碳电极、铂电极、金电极、银电极、镍电极、钯电极中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述参比电极为饱和甘汞电极。
4.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述对电极为铂电极。
5.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述基板的材料为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸树脂、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰亚胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10-20份聚苯胺加入50-100份浓度为0.5-1mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入2-10份氢氧化钠,在70-80℃下搅拌10-20h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述石墨烯葡萄糖传感器,其特征在于,所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份聚苯胺加入80份浓度为0.7mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液中搅拌均匀,然后加入8份氢氧化钠,在76℃下搅拌15h,离心后得到所述聚苯胺改性石墨烯。
