Abstract

本发明提供了一种D型铜管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:准备实心铜板,所述铜板的长度不小于所述D型铜管的长度,所述铜板的厚度不小于所述D型铜管的外径;步骤2:采用挤压工艺将所述铜板制备成其内具有沿其长度方向贯通、沿横向排列的D型孔阵列,所述每个D型孔的形状和大小对应于所述D型铜管的内腔,所述每个D型孔的平的侧面朝向并平行于所述铜板的下表面;步骤3:对铜板上表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,对铜板下表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的平的外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管;采用这种方法能够同时加工多根D型铜管,加工效率高。

一种D型铜管的加工方法及D型铜管
技术领域
本发明属于有色金属加工领域,具体地涉及一种D型铜管的加工方法及D型铜管。
背景技术
D型铜管用于高压输变电、高压电网,具有跨区域、大容量、远距离、低损耗输电等优点,因此D型铜管的应用可节省线路走廊,使输送单位容量的价格降低,同时也降低了输送成本,这在目前中国能源紧张的情况下是非常有意义的。
现有技术中,D型铜管的典型的加工制作方法如专利号为CN101239361B的专利:熔铸、加热、挤压、精整、酸洗、检查、制头、拉伸、矫直、切头、清洗、精整、检查、入库;其中的挤压工艺和拉伸工艺为:采用过渡性相似D型管挤压和过渡性相似D型管拉伸及成品拉伸,替代以前的圆形铜管材加工中的挤压和拉伸工艺方法;该加工对象是单根铜管、且加工方法复杂使得加工效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种D型铜管的加工方法,采用这种方法能够同时加工多根D型铜管,加工效率高。
技术方案:
一种D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:准备实心铜板,所述铜板的长度不小于所述D型铜管的长度,所述铜板的厚度不小于所述D型铜管的外径,所述铜板的厚度为所述铜板的上下表面之间的垂直距离,所述D型铜管的外径为D型铜管的弧形外侧面到平的外侧面的最长垂直距离;
步骤2:采用挤压工艺将所述铜板制备成其内具有沿其长度方向贯通、沿横向排列的一排D型孔,所述每个D型孔的形状和大小对应于所述D型铜管的内腔,所述每个D型孔的平的侧面朝向并平行于所述铜板下表面;
步骤3:对铜板上表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,对铜板下表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的平的外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管。
优选地,所述铜板的厚度等于所述D型铜管的外径,相应地步骤3:对铜板上表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管。
进一步优选地,所述铜板的长度等于所述D型铜管的长度。
可优选地,所述铜板的长度大于所述D型铜管的长度,此时,在步骤3之前还包括如下步骤:采用锯床对铜板进行切断操作,切断后的铜板的长度等于D型铜管的长度。
其中,可优选地,所述D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚等于平的部分的壁厚成为等径壁厚D型铜管或者D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚不等于平的部分的壁厚成为不等径壁厚D型铜管。
一种D型铜管,其特征在于,该D型铜管根据上述的加工方法加工得出。
技术效果:
本发明首次采用挤压铜板的方式结合切削工艺制备加工D型铜管,工艺较现有技术简单,且同时可获得多根D型铜管,加工效率高。
优选地,采用该工艺可实现自由地制备加工等径壁厚D型铜管和不等径壁厚D型铜管。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种D型铜管的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备如图1所示的实心铜板,铜板1的长度不小于D型铜管4的长度,铜板1的厚度不小于D型铜管4的外径,铜板的厚度为铜板的上下表面之间的垂直距离(见图1,铜板1的厚度为铜板上表面2和铜板下表面3之间的垂直距离),所述D型铜管的外径为D型铜管的弧形外侧面到平的外侧面的最长垂直距离;
步骤2:采用挤压工艺将铜板1制备成其内具有沿其长度方向贯通、沿横向排列的一排D型孔,图1中所示的A为一排D型孔中的一个D型孔,所述每个D型孔的形状和大小对应于所述D型铜管4的内腔,每个D型孔A的平的侧面朝向并平行于所述铜板下表面3;这里的挤压工艺采用挤压机来实现,比如采用5000吨卧式双动水封挤压机;
步骤3:对铜板上表面2采用切削工艺去除上表面切削部分B以制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,对铜板下表面3采用切削工艺去除下表面切削部分C以制备D型铜管4的平的外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管4;这里的切削工艺可通过专门用于铜铣面机来实施。
可见,采用本发明的方法能够同时生产多根D型铜管,生产效率大大提升。
优选地,其中铜板1的厚度等于D型铜管4的外径,此时,对应的步骤3为:对铜板上表面2采用切削工艺去除上表面切削部分B以制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,而铜板下表面3即成为D型铜管4的平的外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管4。在此情形下,省却了对铜板下表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的平的外侧面的步骤,工艺更为简单,省时。
优选地,铜板1的长度等于D型铜管4的长度。
可选择地情况,铜板1的长度大于D型铜管4的长度,此时,在步骤3之前还包括如下步骤:采用锯床对铜板进行切断操作,切断后的铜板的长度等于D型铜管的长度。
见图2,d为D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚,d为D型铜管的平的部分的壁厚,当d=d时,生产的D型铜管为等径壁厚D型铜管;当d不等于d时,生产的D型铜管为不等径壁厚D型铜管。这样可依据生产要求,来制备加工等径壁厚D型铜管和不等径壁厚D型铜管。
同时,根据上述方法加工得出了D型铜管。

Claims (8)

1.一种D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:准备实心铜板,所述铜板的长度不小于所述D型铜管的长度,所述铜板的厚度不小于所述D型铜管的外径,所述铜板的厚度为所述铜板的上下表面之间的垂直距离,所述D型铜管的外径为D型铜管的弧形外侧面到平的外侧面的最长垂直距离;
步骤2:采用挤压工艺将所述铜板制备成其内具有沿其长度方向贯通、沿横向排列的一排D型孔,所述每个D型孔的形状和大小对应于所述D型铜管的内腔,所述每个D型孔的平的侧面朝向并平行于所述铜板下表面;
步骤3:对铜板上表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,对铜板下表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的平的外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述铜板的厚度等于所述D型铜管的外径,相应地步骤3:对铜板上表面采用切削工艺制备D型铜管的弧形外侧面,从而得到对应于D型孔数量的D型铜管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述铜板的长度等于所述D型铜管的长度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述铜板的长度大于所述D型铜管的长度,此时,在步骤3之前还包括如下步骤:采用锯床对铜板进行切断操作,切断后的铜板的长度等于D型铜管的长度。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚等于平的部分的壁厚成为等径壁厚D型铜管或者D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚不等于平的部分的壁厚成为不等径壁厚D型铜管。
6.根据权利要求3所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚等于平的部分的壁厚成为等径壁厚D型铜管或者D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚不等于平的部分的壁厚成为不等径壁厚D型铜管。
7.根据权利要求4所述的D型铜管的加工方法,其特征在于,所述D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚等于平的部分的壁厚成为等径壁厚D型铜管或者D型铜管的弧形部分的壁厚不等于平的部分的壁厚成为不等径壁厚D型铜管。
8.一种D型铜管,其特征在于,所述D型铜管根据权利要求1-7之一所述的D型铜管的加工方法加工得出。
