Abstract

一种360°发光灯泡及其加工方法,该灯泡包括玻璃罩和芯柱,玻璃罩口与芯柱的喇叭口熔封形成真空密封腔,该真空密封腔内充有散热气体,玻璃罩内壁涂覆有荧光粉层,玻璃罩内设有360°发光元件,360°发光元件包括设于芯柱上的支架,支架上连接多个LED发光芯片,各LED发光芯片上的电极按照极性特性通过金属线与支架上的导电引脚连接,形成一个以上的回路,该带有多个LED发光芯片的支架上涂覆有胶水层,支架上的导电引脚与芯柱上的导电引出线按照极性特性焊接,玻璃罩与灯头连接在一起。本发明利用360°发光元件的LED发光芯片发光及胶水相互反射(折射)特性激发玻璃罩表面的荧光粉层,点亮后发光均匀,颜色一致性好,不存在色差,良率高,成本低,工艺简单。

360°发光灯泡及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯泡,尤指一种360°发光灯泡及其加工方法。
背景技术
LED(Lightingemittingdiode)是一种发光二极管,通过电能转化为可见光的固态半导体器件,是一种高节能、高寿命、高光效、环保的绿色光源。
目前行业360°发光灯泡都是直接把荧光粉涂覆在发光元件上,其存在以下缺点:
1、做出的产品一致性不好,光色一致性差,360°发光达不到光色全完一样;
2、把荧光粉涂覆在发光元件上,颜色集中度不好控制,良率低,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种360°发光灯泡及其加工方法,其利用360°发光元件的LED发光芯片发光及胶水相互反射(折射)特性激发玻璃罩表面的荧光粉层,点亮后发光均匀,颜色一致性好,不存在色差,良率高,成本低,工艺简单。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种360°发光灯泡,包括玻璃罩和带有喇叭口及导电引出线的芯柱,所述玻璃罩口与芯柱的喇叭口熔封形成真空密封腔,其中所述真空密封腔内充有散热气体,所述玻璃罩内壁涂覆有荧光粉层,所述玻璃罩内设置有360°发光元件,所述360°发光元件包括设置于芯柱上端的支架,所述支架上连接有多个LED发光芯片,各所述LED发光芯片上的正、负电极按照极性特性通过金属线与支架上的所述正、负极导电引脚连接在一起,形成一个以上的回路,该带有多个LED发光芯片的支架上涂覆有胶水层,所述支架上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,所述玻璃罩与灯头连接在一起。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述正、负极导电引脚设置于支架的两端或同一端。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中多个所述LED发光芯片通过胶水固定在支架上。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述灯头具有锥状的顶端与螺纹状的侧面,锥状顶端与驱动电源输入端的一根导线连接,螺纹状的侧面与驱动电源输入端的另一根导线连接。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述LED发光芯片为蓝光芯片、红光芯片、紫光芯片、黄光芯片、橙光芯片中的至少一种芯片。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述支架由金属或陶瓷或蓝宝石或玻璃或改性塑料或有机硅材质做成。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述玻璃罩为透明罩、乳白罩、染色罩、有反射层罩、磨砂罩,透镜类罩或菱角罩的其中一种。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述玻璃罩的形状为烛形、T形、A形、G形、BR形或PAR形中的一种。
本发明360°发光灯泡,其中所述散热气体为包含氢气、氦气、氮气或具有散热效果的气体或具有散热效果的混合气体。
一种所述的360°发光灯泡的加工方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)先将调配好的荧光粉胶呈360°涂覆在玻璃罩内壁上进行烘烤成型,形成荧光粉层;
(2)接着把多个LED发光芯片利用胶水固定在支架上,用金属线把LED发光芯片上的正、负电极按照极性特性与支架上的正、负极导电引脚连接起来,形成一个以上的回路,利用涂覆或制模方式将胶水以360°涂覆在带有多个LED发光芯片的支架上,形成360°发光元件;
(3)将360°发光元件上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,将芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性与驱动电源的正、负极连接;
(4)最后将芯柱的喇叭口与带有荧光粉层的玻璃罩口熔封成只有芯柱的排气管可通气的密封玻璃罩,通过芯柱的排气管对密封的玻璃罩进行抽真空并充入散热气体,对芯柱的排气管进行熔封,形成一个全密封的玻璃罩,玻璃罩与灯头通过胶水粘合。
采用上述方案后,本发明360°发光灯泡通过利用360°发光元件的多个LED发光芯片的发光及胶水层相互反射(折射)的特性激发玻璃罩表面的荧光粉层,点亮后,本发明360°发光灯泡之间发光均匀,颜色一致性好,360°发光灯泡最大的成本为360°发光元件,本发明设计的360°发光灯泡的360°发光元件不加荧光粉只加胶水,不存在会有色差问题,良率高,成本低,工艺简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明360°发光灯泡包括玻璃罩1和带有喇叭口及导电引出线的芯柱2。玻璃罩1为透明罩、乳白罩、染色罩、有反射层罩、磨砂罩,透镜类罩或菱角罩的其中一种。玻璃罩1的形状为烛形、T形、A形、G形、BR形或PAR形中的一种,此实施例选烛形。玻璃罩1的口与芯柱2的喇叭口熔封形成真空密封腔。该真空密封腔内充有散热气体,散热气体可为包含氢气、氦气、氮气或具有散热效果的气体或具有散热效果的混合气体。结合图2所示,玻璃罩1的内壁涂覆有荧光粉层3,玻璃罩1内设置有360°发光元件4,该360°发光元件4包括设置于芯柱2上端的支架5,该支架5由金属或陶瓷或蓝宝石或玻璃或改性塑料或有机硅材质做成。该支架5的形状可为直条或弧形或圆形或四边形,此实施例选择直条形。支架5上通过胶水粘接有四个LED发光芯片6,LED发光芯片6可为蓝光芯片、红光芯片、紫光芯片、黄光芯片、橙光芯片中的至少一种芯片。各LED发光芯片6上的正、负电极按照极性特性通过金属线与支架5上的正、负极导电引脚连接在一起,形成一个以上的回路,正、负极导电引脚设置于支架5的两端或同一端。该带有多个LED发光芯片6的支架5上涂覆有胶水层(图中未示出),支架5上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱2上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,玻璃罩1通过胶水与灯头7粘接在一起。灯头7具有锥状顶端8与螺纹状侧面9,锥状顶端8与驱动电源输入端的一根导线连接,螺纹状侧面9与驱动电源输入端的另一根导线连接。
上述图1所述本发明360°发光灯泡实施例的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将调配好的荧光粉胶呈360°涂覆在玻璃罩1的内壁上进行烘烤成型,形成荧光粉层3;
(2)接着把四个LED发光芯片6通过胶水粘接固定在直条形支架5上,用金属线把各LED发光芯片6上的正、负电极按照极性特性与支架5上的正、负极导电引脚焊接起来,形成一个以上的回路,利用涂覆或制模(molding)方式将胶水以360°涂覆在带有四个LED发光芯片6的支架5上,形成360°发光元件4;
(3)将360°发光元件4上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱2上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,将芯柱2上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性与驱动电源的正、负极连接;
(4)最后将芯柱2的喇叭口与带有荧光粉层3的玻璃罩1的口通过高温熔封形成只有芯柱2的排气管可通气的密封玻璃罩,通过芯柱2的排气管对密封的玻璃罩1进行抽真空并充入散热气体,对芯柱2的排气管进行高温熔封,形成一个全密封的玻璃罩,玻璃罩与灯头7通过胶水粘合在一起。
本发明360°发光灯泡通过利用360°发光元件4的四个LED发光芯片6的发光及胶水层相互反射(折射)的特性激发玻璃罩1表面的荧光粉层3,点亮后,本发明360°发光灯泡之间发光均匀,颜色一致性好,360°发光灯泡最大的成本为360°发光元件4,本发明设计的360°发光灯泡的360°发光元件4不加荧光粉只加胶水,不存在会有色差问题,良率高,成本低,工艺简单。
以上所述实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种360°发光灯泡,包括玻璃罩和带有喇叭口及导电引出线的芯柱,所述玻璃罩口与芯柱的喇叭口熔封形成真空密封腔,其特征在于:所述真空密封腔内充有散热气体,所述玻璃罩内壁涂覆有荧光粉层,所述玻璃罩内设置有360°发光元件,所述360°发光元件包括设置于芯柱上端的支架,所述支架上连接有多个LED发光芯片,各所述LED发光芯片上的正、负电极按照极性特性通过金属线与支架上的所述正、负极导电引脚连接在一起,形成一个以上的回路,该带有多个LED发光芯片的支架上涂覆有胶水层,所述支架上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,所述玻璃罩与灯头连接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述正、负极导电引脚设置于支架的两端或同一端。
3.如权利要求2所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:多个所述LED发光芯片通过胶水固定在支架上。
4.如权利要求3所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯头具有锥状的顶端与螺纹状的侧面,锥状顶端与驱动电源输入端的一根导线连接,螺纹状的侧面与驱动电源输入端的另一根导线连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED发光芯片为蓝光芯片、红光芯片、紫光芯片、黄光芯片、橙光芯片中的至少一种芯片。
6.如权利要求5所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述支架由金属或陶瓷或蓝宝石或玻璃或改性塑料或有机硅材质做成。
7.如权利要求6所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述玻璃罩为透明罩、乳白罩、染色罩、有反射层罩、磨砂罩,透镜类罩或菱角罩的其中一种。
8.如权利要求7所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述玻璃罩的形状为烛形、T形、A形、G形、BR形或PAR形中的一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的360°发光灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热气体为包含氢气、氦气、氮气或具有散热效果的气体或具有散热效果的混合气体。
10.一种如权利要求1-9之一所述的360°发光灯泡的加工方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)先将调配好的荧光粉胶呈360°涂覆在玻璃罩内壁上进行烘烤成型,形成荧光粉层;
(2)接着把多个LED发光芯片利用胶水固定在支架上,用金属线把LED发光芯片上的正、负电极按照极性特性与支架上的正、负极导电引脚连接起来,形成一个以上的回路,利用涂覆或制模方式将胶水以360°涂覆在带有多个LED发光芯片的支架上,形成360°发光元件;
(3)将360°发光元件上的正、负极导电引脚与芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性焊接在一起,将芯柱上的正、负极导电引出线按照极性特性与驱动电源的正、负极连接;
(4)最后将芯柱的喇叭口与带有荧光粉层的玻璃罩口熔封成只有芯柱的排气管可通气的密封玻璃罩,通过芯柱的排气管对密封的玻璃罩进行抽真空并充入散热气体,对芯柱的排气管进行熔封,形成一个全密封的玻璃罩,玻璃罩与灯头通过胶水粘合。
