Abstract
本发明公开了一种无卤阻燃电缆料,属于材料技术领域。解决了现有电缆料柔韧性和机械性能不能兼具的缺陷。其由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30份,聚乙烯类弹性体20份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,环氧树脂10份,改性水滑石55份,石蜡油3份,硬脂酸锌3份,马来酸酐接枝乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物8份,硅烷偶联剂KH550?1.7份,抗氧剂1010?1份,过氧化二异丙苯交联剂1.3份。本发明无卤阻燃电缆料适合各类电缆使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无卤阻燃电缆料,属于材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着电气火灾事故的频繁发生,电线电缆的阻燃问题逐渐引起世界各国的重视。为了改善电线电缆的阻燃性,最初添加含有卤素的阻燃剂,此类电线电缆在燃烧过程中释放出大量的烟雾和卤化氢气体,火灾中容易使人窒息而死,同时对仪器设备腐蚀较大,导致二次伤害。
专利号为201110036169.9的发明专利公布了一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料。以氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁等作为阻燃剂,具有价格低廉,来源广泛,无毒、无腐蚀,在燃烧时不造成二次污染等优点。本发明通过采用低硬度热塑性弹性体与聚烯烃类树脂共混,使其柔软性得到大大提升。但是由于氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁这类阻燃剂在体系中的分散性和亲和性较差,导致在高填充量时常出现夹生现象,严重影响产品的拉伸强度、伸长率和表观质量。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种无卤阻燃电缆料,柔韧性好,机械性能优异。
所述的无卤阻燃电缆料,由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30份,聚乙烯类弹性体20份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,环氧树脂10份,改性水滑石55份,石蜡油3份,硬脂酸锌3份,马来酸酐接枝乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物8份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1.7份,抗氧剂1010 1份,过氧化二异丙苯交联剂1.3份。
所述改性水滑石为油酸钠改性水滑石。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
本发明无卤阻燃电缆料以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和三元乙丙橡胶为主料,辅以聚乙烯类弹性体和环氧树脂,在保证产品柔韧性的前提下,提高了产品的抗冲击性能、拉伸性能、耐磨性能、抗撕裂性能等机械性能。经油酸钠改性的水滑石与体系的分散性和相容性明显改善,以改性水滑石做阻燃剂,产品的拉伸强度、伸长率和表观质量显著改善,其体系氧指数明显高于以氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁做阻燃剂的体系。聚乙烯类弹性体和三元乙丙橡胶按1:1的比例添加,使所得产品的物理机械性能与电绝缘性、弹性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、耐油性等各方面的性能有了大幅度的提高。本发明无卤阻燃电缆料兼具柔韧性和机械性能,适用于各种类型的电缆。

实施例1
所述的无卤阻燃电缆料,由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30份,聚乙烯类弹性体20份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,环氧树脂10份,改性水滑石55份,石蜡油3份,硬脂酸锌3份,马来酸酐接枝乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物8份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1.7份,抗氧剂10100 1份,过氧化二异丙苯交联剂1.3份。

1.一种无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30份,聚乙烯类弹性体20份,三元乙丙橡胶20份,环氧树脂10份,改性水滑石55份,石蜡油3份,硬脂酸锌3份,马来酸酐接枝乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物8份,硅烷偶联剂KH550 1.7份,抗氧剂1010 1份,过氧化二异丙苯交联剂1.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:所述的改性水滑石为油酸钠改性水滑石。
