Abstract

本发明公开了一种同时对双带料进行加工的方法,它包括送料、加工、检测、组装和成品输出等步骤,送料包括清扫、分料、定位和进给,组装包括推送和装配,它使用双带料送料装置送料以及使用双带料模具进行冲压加工,双带料送料装置(1)包括移动进给装置(11)、固定进给装置(13)和两个导向架(14),双带料模具包括两个冲压模具。本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以实现薄壁小型组装零件的单线生产、在线装配,以此避免壁小型组装零件分层两线生产需要配置设备而造成的设备占用空间大、能耗大、生产效率低,避免加工完零件之后需要人工组装而造成工作人员劳动强度大、装配时间长影响工作效率、零件易损坏以及不良零件难以被发现等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及生产方法,特别是一种同时对双带料进行加工的方法。
背景技术
现有的技术条件下,对小型零件的生产只能单线生产某一种零件,通过设置多台设备来生产多种零件,最后通过手工装配得到成品零件。此方法生产效率低、能耗大、辅助时间长、设备占地面积大,而且对于零件的缺陷难以发现,导致良率差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种可以同时多线生产以及在线装配的使用双带料送料装置送料和双模具加工的方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种同时对双带料进行加工的方法,使用双带料送料装置同时对双带料进行加工,双带料送料装置包括移动进给装置、固定进给装置和两个导向架,移动进给装置和固定进给装置安装在两个导向架之间,导向架上设有滑槽,移动进给装置上设有两个导向块,导向块安装在滑槽内,移动进给装置上方安装有两个气缸,移动进给装置内开有压板槽,气缸的活塞杆上安装有压板,压板位于压板槽内,固定进给装置上方安装有两个气缸,固定进给装置内开有压板槽,气缸的活塞杆上安装有压板,压板位于压板槽内,双带料送料装置安装在输送线上设置的凹坑内;
双带料模具包括两个冲压模具;
所述的同时对双带料进行加工的方法包括如下步骤:
S1.送料:将两种不同的坯料通过双带料送料装置输送到冲压模具内,它包括以下子步骤:
S1-1. 清扫:清除坯料的毛刺和表面上的杂物;
S1-2. 分料:将两种不同的坯料等距分隔;
S1-3. 定位:进给过程中,使用移动进给装置和固定进给装置将两种不同的坯料夹持以实现定位;
S1-4. 进给:通过配合使用移动进给装置和固定进给装置,使两种不同的坯料有序、定量的移动;
S2.加工:零件移动到冲压模具上,对零件进行冲压,移动进给装置和固定进给装置带动坯料进给一个进给量,加工好的零件随之前进一个进给量的长度;
S3.检测:检测零件的质量是否合格;
S4.组装:将不同的零件在线组装,它包括以下子步骤:
S4-1. 推送:将其中一个零件取下并推送至另一个零件下方;
S4-2. 装配:将两零件压合在一起;
S5.成品输出:搜集组装好的零件。
所述的压板槽的底部与输送线最高处在同一水平面上。
所述的加工和检测同时进行,所述的加工和装配同时进行。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明可以实现薄壁小型组装零件的单线生产、在线装配,以此避免壁小型组装零件分层两线生产需要配置设备而造成的设备占用空间大、能耗大、生产效率低,避免加工完零件之后需要人工组装而造成工作人员劳动强度大、装配时间长影响工作效率、零件易损坏以及不良零件难以被发现等问题,通过在推送零件时检测零件是否推送到位,可以提高零件的加工精度,保证良率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1、图2、图3所示,双带料送料装置1包括移动进给装置11、固定进给装置13和两个导向架14,移动进给装置11和固定进给装置13安装在两个导向架14之间,导向架14上设有滑槽15,移动进给装置11上设有两个导向块,导向块安装在滑槽15内,移动进给装置11上方安装有两个气缸12,移动进给装置11内开有压板槽,气缸12的活塞杆16上安装有压板17,压板17位于压板槽内,固定进给装置13上方安装有两个气缸12,固定进给装置13内开有压板槽,气缸12的活塞杆16上安装有压板17,压板17位于压板槽内,双带料送料装置1安装在输送线2上设置的凹坑内,所述的压板槽的底部与输送线2最高处在同一水平面上;
双模具包括用于加工坯料A3的冲压模具A和加工坯料B4的冲压模具B,坯料A3与坯料B4的材料、宽度和厚度均不同;
本发明的工作过程如下:
如实施例1,所述的同时对双带料进行加工的方法:
S1.送料:将两种不同的坯料通过双带料送料装置1输送到冲压模具内,它包括以下子步骤:
S1-1. 清扫:通过在坯料A3和坯料B4上方固定安装毛刷清除坯料A3和坯料B4的毛刺和表面上的杂物;
S1-2. 分料:本实施例中,通过在两种不同的坯料之间设置光滑耐磨损的圆柱将两种不同的坯料等距分隔并导向到指定的移动轨道上;
S1-3. 定位:进给过程中,将两种不同的坯料通过气动***控制移动进给装置和固定进给装置将坯料夹紧使其定位,由于采用气动***控制移动进给装置和固定进给装置实现夹紧,其夹紧可靠、响应快捷、动作灵活,可以快速的完成松开、夹紧等工作;
S1-4. 进给:本实施例中,通过使用移动进给装置11和固定进给装置13配合以实现坯料的进给,移动进给装置11夹持坯料A3和坯料B4,通过控制活塞杆16的伸长量可以实现对不同厚度的坯料进行装夹,控制移动进给装置11在水平方向上移动的气缸带动移动进给装置11向固定进给装置13移动,此时固定进给装置13的压板17没有与坯料A3和坯料B4接触,坯料A3和坯料B4接触被移动进给装置11夹持向前运动,当移动进给装置11前进一个工位时,固定进给装置13的压板17与坯料A3和坯料B4接触并将之压紧,移动进给装置11的压板17脱离坯料A3和坯料B4并在控制移动进给装置11在水平方向上移动的气缸的作用下向远离固定进给装置13的方向移动一个工位,至此完成一次进给;
S2.加工:使用冲压机构配合冲压模具A和冲压模具B将坯料A3和坯料B4冲压成型;
S3.检测:检测零件的质量是否合格;
S4.组装:将不同的零件在线组装,它包括以下子步骤:
S4-1. 推送:将坯料A3加工出的零件推送到坯料B4加工出的零件下方;
S4-2. 装配:通过在竖直方向上施加压力将两个零件压合在一起;
S5.成品输出:搜集组装好的零件。

Claims (3)

1.一种同时对双带料进行加工的方法,使用双带料送料装置(1)和双带料模具同时对双带料进行加工,其特征在于:双带料送料装置(1)包括移动进给装置(11)、固定进给装置(13)和两个导向架(14),移动进给装置(11)和固定进给装置(13)安装在两个导向架(14)之间,导向架(14)上设有滑槽(15),移动进给装置(11)上设有两个导向块,导向块安装在滑槽(15)内,移动进给装置(11)上方安装有两个气缸(12),移动进给装置(11)内开有压板槽,气缸(12)的活塞杆(16)上安装有压板(17),压板(17)位于压板槽内,固定进给装置(13)上方安装有两个气缸(12),固定进给装置(13)内开有压板槽,气缸(12)的活塞杆(16)上安装有压板(17),压板(17)位于压板槽内,双带料送料装置(1)安装在输送线(2)上设置的凹坑内;
双带料模具包括两个冲压模具;
所述的同时对双带料进行加工的方法包括如下步骤:
S1.送料:将两种不同的坯料通过双带料送料装置(1)输送到冲压模具内,它包括以下子步骤:
S1-1. 清扫:清除坯料的毛刺和表面上的杂物;
S1-2. 分料:将两种不同的坯料等距分隔;
S1-3. 定位:进给过程中,使用移动进给装置(11)和固定进给装置(13)将两种不同的坯料夹持以实现定位;
S1-4. 进给:通过配合使用移动进给装置(11)和固定进给装置(13),使两种不同的坯料有序、定量的移动;
S2.加工:零件移动到冲压模具上,对零件进行冲压,移动进给装置(11)和固定进给装置(13)带动坯料进给一个进给量,加工好的零件随之前进一个进给量的长度;
S3.检测:检测零件的质量是否合格;
S4.组装:将不同的零件在线组装,它包括以下子步骤:
