技术领域
本发明涉及一种磷石膏废水的处理方法和设备。
背景技术
目前国内的主要磷肥厂由于磷石膏渣场运行方式的原因，普偏有大量含磷和氟的磷石膏渣场池水需要作为污水去处理。污水处理的方式是用生石灰进行中和沉淀，最后得到以磷酸钙和氟化钙为主要成分的废渣。对磷酸装置规模为P2O5 300kt/a的磷肥厂来说，每小时的污水处理量约200t，污水中的P2O5  约1%，按每年运行7200h计算，一年的损失非常惊人，如何优化污水处理的工艺，对污水中磷加以综合利用，是我们必须面对的重大课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种磷石膏废水的处理方法和设备。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种磷石膏废水的处理方法，
（1）、在废水中加入石灰乳去除氟，将污水分离成氟化钙和清水；
（2）、将分离出的氟化钙经脱水处理成废渣；
（3）、用石灰乳分离出的清水里的磷，生成磷酸钙沉淀；
（4）、将磷酸钙送至反应槽生产磷。
一种磷石膏废水的处理装置，包括依次管连接的一级反应槽、一级沉降浓密池、二级反应槽和二级沉降浓密池，所述的一级沉降浓密池底部管连接有压滤机。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明不仅可以提高磷资源的利用率，还可以降低项目投资和运行成本，提高项目的可靠性。
具体实施方式
一种磷石膏废水的处理方法，步骤是：
（1）、在废水中加入石灰乳去除氟，将污水分离成氟化钙和清水；
（2）、将分离出的氟化钙经脱水处理成废渣；
（3）、用石灰乳分离出的清水里的磷，生成磷酸钙沉淀；
（4）、将磷酸钙送至反应槽生产磷酸。
与上述方法想配套的设置，包括依次管连接的一级反应槽、一级沉降浓密池、二级反应槽和二级沉降浓密池，所述的一级沉降浓密池底部管连接有压滤机。

Claims (2)

1.一种磷石膏废水的处理方法，其特征是：
（1）、在废水中加入石灰乳去除氟，将污水分离成氟化钙和清水；
（2）、将分离出的氟化钙经脱水处理成废渣；
（3）、用石灰乳分离出的清水里的磷，生成磷酸钙沉淀；
（4）、将磷酸钙送至反应槽生产磷酸。
2.与权利要求1所述的磷石膏废水的处理方法相适配的磷石膏废水的处理装置，其特征是该装置包括依次管连接的一级反应槽、一级沉降浓密池、二级反应槽和二级沉降浓密池，所述的一级沉降浓密池底部管连接有压滤机。
