本发明涉及一种电梯配件的技术领域，尤其是一种新型电梯补偿链绳轮。
背景技术
绳轮是曳引式电梯必需的部件，现有的电梯绳轮通常采用一个整体的绳轮，多根钢丝绳在绕过绳轮的时候，一根钢丝绳设置在一个绳槽中，只要有一个绳槽被磨损坏掉，则必需要更换整个绳轮，导致绳轮的使用成本高，并且绳轮的质量比较重，绳轮的使用寿命短，增加了维修费用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的绳轮使用成本高、质量重、使用寿命短以及维修费用高的不足，本发明提供了一种新型电梯补偿链绳轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型电梯补偿链绳轮，包括内轮体、外轮体、中心孔、轴承和螺栓，内轮体与外轮体连接，内轮体上设有中心孔和轴承，外轮体由分轮体通过螺栓固定连接而成。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括内轮体外部沿圆周设有挡圈。
根据本发明的另一个实施例，进一步包括分轮体上设有减重孔，各分轮体之间设有间隔垫。
本发明的有益效果是，这种新型电梯补偿链绳轮结构简单、紧凑并且合理，装配方便快捷，连接可靠，可以根据使用需要增加或减少绳轮单元，来达到绳槽的数目的增加或较少，节省了维修费用，减轻了绳轮的重量，延长了绳轮的使用寿命，大大提高了绳轮工作的可靠性，易于使用推广。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种新型电梯补偿链绳轮，包括内轮体1、外轮体2、中心孔3、轴承4、螺栓5、挡圈6、减重孔7和间隔垫8，内轮体1与外轮体2连接，内轮体1上设有中心孔3和轴承4，外轮体2由分轮体21通过螺栓5固定连接而成，内轮体1外部沿圆周设有挡圈6，分轮体21上设有减重孔7，各分轮体21之间设有间隔垫8。
使用时，内轮体1与外轮体2连接，内轮体1上设有中心孔3和轴承4，外轮体2由多个分轮体21通过螺栓5固定连接而成，各分轮体21上均开有减重孔7，各分轮体21之间设有间隔垫8，内轮体1外部沿圆周设有挡圈6用以固定最***的分轮体21。这种新型电梯补偿链绳轮结构简单、紧凑并且合理，装配方便快捷，连接可靠，可以根据使用需要增加或减少绳轮单元，来达到绳槽的数目的增加或较少，节省了维修费用，减轻了绳轮的重量，延长了绳轮的使用寿命，大大提高了绳轮工作的可靠性，易于使用推广。

1.一种新型电梯补偿链绳轮，包括内轮体（1）、外轮体（2）、中心孔（3）、轴承（4）和螺栓（5），其特征是，内轮体（1）与外轮体（2）连接，内轮体（1）上设有中心孔（3）和轴承（4），外轮体（2）由分轮体（21）通过螺栓（5）固定连接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电梯补偿链绳轮，其特征是，内轮体（1）外部沿圆周设有挡圈（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型电梯补偿链绳轮，其特征是，分轮体（21）上设有减重孔（7），各分轮体（21）之间设有间隔垫（8）。
