本发明涉及一种青虾养殖方法,本发明养殖方法简单,用二溴次氮基丙酰胺与水按1:100的重量比混合制成杀菌液清洗养殖池后,向养殖池中撒入草木灰、麻渣、氨基酸、海鸟粪、钙镁肥保持30-35天进行肥水,采用空心菜搭配青虾养殖,用复合蛋白锌、碘、vc、柠檬酸(1%-2%)、大蒜素(1%-1.5%)螺旋藻、甜菜碱、小球藻、玉米粉、肉骨粉制成富锌青虾饲料投喂青虾,并定期更换池水,养殖全程无需采用抗生素类物质预防病害,得到的青虾不仅新鲜天然,还含有丰富的锌。

本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种青虾养殖方法。
背景技术
青虾是经济价值很高的淡水虾类之一。它生长快,个体大,繁殖快,生命力强,广泛分布于我国淡水湖泊中。青虾肉质细嫩鲜美,营养丰富,每百克食用部分含蛋白质16.40克,营养学家认为它有一定的补脑功能,青虾具有生长快、营养价值高、易于饲养以及养殖周期短等优点,深受广大养殖户的欢迎,传统的池塘养殖方法易引起缺氧死亡且病害多,近几年兴起的网箱养殖青虾虽然解决了这一难题,但为防止病害发生,养殖期间多采用投放抗生素来防治病害发生,导致养殖出的成虾体内抗生素超标,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中人工养殖青虾主要采用抗生素来防治病害的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种青虾养殖方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种青虾养殖方法,其包含以下步骤:
a、建造水泥养殖池,池深100-120cm,将二溴次氮基丙酰胺与水按1:100的重量比混合制成杀菌液,用杀菌液清洗养殖池,将杀菌后的养殖池用清水清洗后,暴晒3-5天,向池中放水至水面高度距池底为30-40cm的深度时,停止放水;
b、在水中均匀撒入原始海洋晶盐,使盐水浓度在1%-2%;
c、向养殖池中撒入草木灰2-3kg/亩、麻渣1-2kg/亩、氨基酸0.02-0.03kg/亩、海鸟粪1-2kg/亩、钙镁肥0.01-0.015kg/亩,保持30-35天;
d、在4月初,取多块厚度为5-7cm的珍珠棉,每块珍珠棉的面积为3-4㎡,在珍珠棉上挖取圆孔,将长度为15-20cm的空心菜小苗安插在圆孔中,每平方米珍珠棉上栽植15-18株空心菜小苗,将珍珠棉放置在养殖池中,每9-10㎡放置一块珍珠棉;
e、选择活力强、不带致病菌的健康幼虾,每立方米投放350-380尾虾苗,每亩配1台功率为1.5kw的静音增氧机,阴雨天开机4-5小时,天晴时开机2-3小时;
f、在青虾养殖期间,用复合蛋白锌、碘、vc、柠檬酸、大蒜素、螺旋藻、甜菜碱、小球藻、玉米粉、肉骨粉按0.1:1:0.5:0.02:0.015::3 0:2:100:300:20的重量比混合加水,制成粒径为1-1.25mm的颗粒状富锌青虾饲料,以青虾投放当日起算,青虾投放后的第1个月内,每天向池内投放青虾重量6%-7%的富锌青虾饲料,青虾投放后的1-2个月内,每天向池内投放青虾重量4%-5%的富锌青虾饲料,青虾投放后的2-:4个月内,每天向池内投放青虾重量3%-4%的富锌青虾饲料;
g、在青虾养殖期间,青虾投放后的第1个月内,每隔5天换一次水,每次换水5-10cm深,青虾投放后的第1-3个月内,每隔7天换一次水,每次换水10-20cm深。
本发明养殖方法简单,用二溴次氮基丙酰胺与水按1:100的重量比混合制成杀菌液清洗养殖池,不仅能够有效杀除池内病菌,还不具有污染性,向养殖池中撒入草木灰、麻渣、氨基酸、海鸟粪、钙镁肥保持30-35天进行肥水,不会对养殖池造成污染,不仅能够为空心菜生长提供养分,还能不断供给养殖池池水营养,不断产肥湿池水营养充足,采用空心菜搭配青虾养殖,空心菜的根系吸收水里的富营养,代替化学药物调节水质,能有效降低水中的氨氮、亚硝酸盐,吸附水里的悬浮物,起到净化水质的作用,青虾同时还能食用空心菜,节省一定饲料资源,前期使用浓度为1%-2盐水养殖青虾,能够提高虾苗的成活率,用复合蛋白锌、碘、vc、柠檬酸、大蒜素、螺旋藻、甜菜碱、小球藻、玉米粉、肉骨粉制成富锌青虾饲料投喂青虾,一方面能够提高青虾中的锌含量,促进青虾蜕皮,抑制性腺发育,加速生长, 另一方面,富锌青虾饲料还具有杀虫除菌的作用,能够增强青虾食欲,促进青虾对钙、磷物质的消化吸收,提高青虾的抗病能力及成活率,加强青虾的应激能力, 青虾投放后,定期换水能够经常保持水质清爽,并具有一定的肥度,防止水体老化,能够有效防止烂鳃病、蓝绿藻病、黑斑病的发生。
发明人2014年采用上述养殖步骤养殖青虾,投放虾苗4个月后进行捞收,平均虾重在4-5g左右,亩产青虾重量在102-115公斤,养殖成熟后的青虾每100g青虾肉中含有7.23-7.41mg的锌。
具体实施方式
a、建造水泥养殖池,池深100-120cm,将二溴次氮基丙酰胺与水按1:100的重量比混合制成杀菌液,用杀菌液清洗养殖池,将杀菌后的养殖池用清水清洗后,暴晒3-5天,向池中放水至水面高度距池底为30-40cm的深度时,停止放水;
b、在水中均匀撒入原始海洋晶盐,使盐水浓度在1%-2%;
c、向养殖池中撒入草木灰2-3kg/亩、麻渣1-2kg/亩、氨基酸0.02-0.03kg/亩、海鸟粪1-2kg/亩、钙镁肥0.01-0.015kg/亩,保持30-35天;
d、在4月初,取多块厚度为5-7cm的珍珠棉,每块珍珠棉的面积为3-4㎡,在珍珠棉上挖取圆孔,将长度为15-20cm的空心菜小苗安插在圆孔中,每平方米珍珠棉上栽植15-18株空心菜小苗,将珍珠棉放置在养殖池中,每9-10㎡放置一块珍珠棉;
e、选择活力强、不带致病菌的健康幼虾,每立方米投放350-380尾虾苗,每亩配1台功率为1.5kw的静音增氧机,阴雨天开机4-5小时,天晴时开机2-3小时;

1.一种青虾养殖方法,其特征在于,其包含以下步骤:
a、建造水泥养殖池,池深100-120cm,将二溴次氮基丙酰胺与水按1:100的重量比混合制成杀菌液,用杀菌液清洗养殖池,将杀菌后的养殖池用清水清洗后,暴晒3-5天,向池中放水至水面高度距池底为30-40cm的深度时,停止放水;
b、在水中均匀撒入原始海洋晶盐,使盐水浓度在1%-2%;
c、向养殖池中撒入草木灰2-3kg/亩、麻渣1-2kg/亩、氨基酸0.02-0.03kg/亩、海鸟粪1-2kg/亩、钙镁肥0.01-0.015kg/亩,保持30-35天;
