Abstract
本发明公开了一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法,包括池塘修建、放养、饲料配制、养殖,具体为:选择宁静安全的环境修建池塘,安装增氧机,种植伊乐藻和水花生,搭建遮阳网,以放养密度为9000~10000尾/亩放养鲈鱼,按照投喂率为投喂体质量的7~11%、每日投喂频率为3~4次方法养殖。有益效果为:本发明鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法提高鲈鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,提高生产率、减少食物浪费残饵较少,利用伊乐藻、水花生和遮阳网相结合的方法降低夏季水温,可降低能耗,改善养殖水域生态环境,具有良好的生态效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖领域,特别是涉及一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法及其应用。
背景技术
鲈鱼具有生长快、适应性强、病害少、效益好等特点,适合于各种形式的养殖,其肉质细嫩、味道鲜美、营养丰富、滋补强身,深受广大消费者的青睐,随着水产品质量安全问题日益受到人们的关注,生产健康、优质、无公害的鲈鱼,为人们提供安全放心的水产品,将成为鲈鱼养殖的发展方向。
松江鲈鱼隶属于鮋形目,杜父鱼科,松江鲈鱼属,是肉食性、凶猛鱼类。松江鲈鱼为一龄性成熟,性成熟个体体长一般在12~17cm,体重40~100g。每年4月~6月份,仔鱼在海水中发育成幼鱼后,即随着海水潮汛经河口溯河洄游至淡水水域,摄食、育肥、长成。11月~翌年2月份,成鱼逐渐达到性成熟,开始由河流向河口浅海生殖性洄游,进入浅海产卵,产卵盛期在2月底至3月初。卵在海水中孵化成仔鱼,周而复始。近半个世纪以来,由于河流污染、水利建设等原因,松江鲈鱼野生种群数量急剧减少,1994年被列为国家Ⅱ级水生野生保护动物。目前,虽然松江鲈鱼的人工养殖技术已经取得进展,但养殖所用饵料多为活饵,而活饵供应难、成本高,已成为限制其养殖发展的瓶颈。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 104206317 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种一年生松江鲈鱼养成多年生松江鲈鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:养殖池准备,小 池培育,控制性腺发育直至养殖成品鱼。新养殖方法能有效控制鲈鱼性腺发育,使其成为多年生,生命周期变长,成活率增加,但该养殖方法不属于生态养殖,需要地源热泵控制。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种生长环境良好、成活率高、生产发育快、产品质量高、生态环保、对水无污染的鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法及其应用。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法,包括池塘修建、放养、饲料配制、养殖,具体为:
池塘修建:选择宁静安全的环境修建池塘,水深2.5~3.0m,安装增氧机,池塘注水30~40cm之后种植伊乐藻,每3~5根茎为一束,按照株距1.5~2m、行距2~3m进行插栽,池塘注满水后种植水花生,5~8根茎为一束,沿池塘四周种植,然后搭建遮阳网,该池塘的池堤牢固,池底平坦,利用增氧机的纳米增氧技术增加水体溶氧,为鲈鱼提供足量的氧气,而以种植伊乐藻和水花生和遮阳网的方法可降低夏季水温,使水温可控制在30℃以内,利于鲈鱼的生长;
放养:放养时间选在水草种好之后,按照放养密度为9000~10000尾/亩放养鲈鱼,放养密度过小可造成资源的浪费,增加养殖成本,放养密度过大可导致以大欺小、成活率下降的现象,最终减产;
饲料配制:饲料的成分及其重量份为:鱼粉6~15份、玉米蛋白粉13~19份、豆粕18~22份、次粉10~25份、米糠6~11份、大豆油1~2份、黄芩5~12份、杜仲5~15份、金银花5~18份、胆汁酸0.1~0.3份、诱食剂0.3~0.6份、水飞蓟素0.1~0.3份、防霉剂1~1.5份,该饲料营养全面,增进水产动物的食欲,促进机体代谢和蛋白质及酶的合成,提高营养物质的利用,从而加速水产动物的生长发育,提高饲料转化率,降低饵料系数,增强体质,增强水产动物免疫抗病力和抗应激能力,改善水产品品质;
养殖:按照投喂率为投喂体质量的7~11%,每日投喂频率为3~4次,虹吸粪便和残余饲料4~5次,养殖时长在日出前、日落后用人工光各延长光周期1~3小时的方法养殖,该养殖方法可提高鲈鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,提高生产率、减少食物浪费,且投喂的饲料基本被鱼吃完,残饵较少,避免饲料投入过多导致水质污染,保证了养殖环境的清新。
作为优选,防霉剂的成分及重量份为:脱氢醋酸钠18~23份、抑菌肽0.5~1份、肉桂油5~11份、白芍总甙0.1~0.3份、氨苯胂酸0.01~0.03份、白炭黑5~8份、膨润土45~52份,抑菌肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACASYSRCYCRCRVLHPGCVNCYRCSR,其具有很强的抑菌肽性能,具有抗菌谱广、作用强且迅速、不易产生耐药等优点,能够阻止外膜蛋白质的合成,从而抑制细菌细胞壁的形成,使细菌不能维持正常的细胞形态,生长受阻,并使细胞壁穿孔,最终导致细菌死亡,可有效防止饲料中的成分受细菌的影响而产生霉变,且不影响饲料的口感,本防霉剂可有效防止饲料在保存过程中营养物质氧化,避免饲料的营养成分含量降低,促进水产动物蛋白质合成,对水产动物的肝脏具有养护作用,防霉剂不影响饲料的适口性,还可遮蔽饲料中的不良气味。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:1)本发明鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法提高鲈鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,提高生产率、减少食物浪费;2)投喂的饲料基本被鱼吃完,残饵较少,避免饲料投入过多导致水质污染,保证了养殖环境的清新;3)利用伊乐藻、水花生和遮阳网相结合的方法降低夏季水温,可降低能耗,改善养殖水域生态环境,增加养殖的经济效益,降低水产养殖对水域环境的负面影响,具有良好的生态效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法,包括池塘修建、放养、饲料配制、养殖,具体为:
池塘修建:选择宁静安全的环境修建池塘,水深3.0m,安装增氧机,池塘注水30cm之后种植伊乐藻,每4根茎为一束,按照株距2m、行距2m进行插栽,池塘注满水后种植水花生,6根茎为一束,沿池塘四周种植,然后搭建遮阳网,该池塘的池堤牢固,池底平坦,利用增氧机的纳米增氧技术增加水体溶氧,为鲈鱼提供足量的氧气,而以种植伊乐藻和水花生和遮阳网的方法可降低夏季水温,使水温可控制在30℃以内,利于鲈鱼的生长;

养殖:按照投喂率为投喂体质量的10%,每日投喂频率为4 次,虹吸粪便和残余饲料4次,养殖时长在日出前、日落后用人工光各延长光周期2小时的方法养殖鲈鱼,该养殖方法可提高鲈鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,提高生产率、减少食物浪费,且投喂的饲料基本被鱼吃完,残饵较少,避免饲料投入过多导致水质污染,保证了养殖环境的清新。

1)池塘修建:选择宁静安全的环境修建池塘,水深2.8m,安装增氧机,池塘注水30cm之后种植伊乐藻,每4根茎为一束,按照株距1.8m、行距2.5m进行插栽,池塘注满水后种植水花生,7根茎为一束,沿池塘四周种植,然后搭建遮阳网,该池塘的池堤牢固,池底平坦,利用增氧机的纳米增氧技术增加水体溶氧,为鲈鱼提供足量的氧气,而以种植伊乐藻和水花生和遮阳网的方法可降低夏季水温,使水温可控制在30℃以内,利于鲈鱼的生长;
2)放养:放养时间选在水草种好之后,放养密度9000尾/亩;
3)饲料配制:饲料的成分及其重量份为:鱼粉11份、玉米蛋白粉16份、豆粕21份、次粉20份、米糠10份、大豆油1.6份、黄芩10份、杜仲12份、金银花13份、胆汁酸0.25份、诱食剂0.5份、水飞蓟素0.2份、防霉剂1.2份,该饲料营养全面,增进水产动物的食欲,促进机体代谢和蛋白质及酶的合成,提高营养物质的利用,从而加速水产动物的生长发育,提高饲料转化率,降低饵料系数,增强体质,增强水产动物免疫抗病力和抗应激能力,改善水产品品质;

上述饲料的成分及其重量份为:鱼粉13份、玉米蛋白粉15份、豆粕18份、次粉25份、米糠6份、大豆油1.6份、黄芩8份、杜仲10份、金银花9份、胆汁酸0.16份、诱食剂0.5份、水飞蓟素0.15份、防霉剂1.2份。防霉剂的成分及重量份为:脱氢醋酸钠23份、抑菌肽1份、肉桂油9份、白芍总甙0.2份、氨苯胂酸0.02份、白炭黑6份、膨润土48份。
一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法的可用于鲈鱼的夏季和秋季养殖,鲈鱼为15~100g时,饲料的粒径为1~2mm;中华乌塘鳢为100~300g 时,饲料的粒径为2~3mm;鲈鱼为300~500g时,投饲料的粒径为3~4mm;鲈鱼为>500g时,饲料的粒径为4~5mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法,其特征在于:所述的防霉剂的成分及重量份为:脱氢醋酸钠18~23份、抑菌肽0.5~1份、肉桂油5~11份、白芍总甙0.1~0.3份、氨苯胂酸0.01~0.03份、白炭黑5~8份、膨润土45~52份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲈鱼的池塘生态养殖的方法,其特征在于:所述的伊乐藻种植时间选在池塘注水30~40cm之后种植,每3~5根茎为一束,按照株距1.5~2m、行距2~3m进行插栽;水花生选在池塘注满水后种植,将水花生5~8根茎为一束,沿池塘四周种植;然后搭建遮阳网。
