Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,包括以下步骤:1)选择针刺地毯面料作为面料层;2)选择橡塑粒子加热到熔融状态均匀的涂覆在面料层上作为保持型面的骨架材料;3)选用水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布作为底料层,将底料层、面料层及骨架材料复合形成内饰地毯片材;4)将内饰地毯片材采用远红外线加热,加热温度控制在200~330°,把面料放置在通了冷却水管的模具上,压机下压、合模,成型时间为40-90S,待料冷了以后,开模;5)切割多余的边角料;5)将切割好的零件送至附件安装工位安装塑料件、吸音棉、减震毡等附件;6)整理外观、检验、贴标签、包装封存,本发明加工工艺步骤清晰完善,加工出的地毯质量优质且美观性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺。
背景技术
随着我国生活水平的日益提高,作为现在人的主要交通工具之一,汽车越来越走进平常百姓家庭。目前国内汽车地毯的加工工艺尚不完善,导致加工出来的汽车内饰用地毯成品质量及美观性相对较差,不能满足消费者的需求,同时浪费原材料,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,该加工工艺步骤清晰完善,加工出的地毯质量优质且美观性好。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)选择针刺地毯面料作为面料层;
2)选择PE、PP等橡塑粒子加热到熔融状态均匀的涂覆在面料层上作为保持型面的骨架材料;
3)选用水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布作为底料层,将底料层、面料层及骨架材料复合形成内饰地毯片材;
4)将内饰地毯片材采用远红外线加热,加热温度控制在220~320°,把面料放置在通了冷却水管的模具上,压机下压、合模,压力控制在8-10MPA,成型时间为50-80S,待料冷了以后,开模;
5)切割多余的边角料;
6)将切割好的零件送至附件安装工位安装塑料件、吸音棉、减震毡等附件;
7)整理外观、检验、贴标签、包装封存。
进一步的,在步骤5)中切割多余边角料时可以采用高压水切割、刀口模具气割或成型切割方法。
本发明一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,通过选择面料层、骨架材料及底料层并将其按照步骤符合得到地毯片材而后对地毯片材进行红外线加热、压合模、去除边角料、安装附件等处理,保证加工出的地毯质量优质且美观性好。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例所述的一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)选择针刺地毯面料作为面料层;
2)选择PE、PP等橡塑粒子加热到熔融状态均匀的涂覆在面料层上作为保持型面的骨架材料;
3)选用水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布作为底料层,将底料层、面料层及骨架材料复合形成内饰地毯片材;
4)将内饰地毯片材采用远红外线加热,加热温度控制在220~320°,把面料放置在通了冷却水管的模具上,压机下压、合模,压力控制在8-10MPA,成型时间为50-80S,待料冷了以后,开模;
5)切割多余的边角料,切割是可以采用高压水切割、刀口模具气割或成型切割方法;
6)将切割好的零件送至附件安装工位安装塑料件、吸音棉、减震毡等附件;
7)整理外观、检验、贴标签、包装封存。
本发明一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,通过选择面料层、骨架材料及底料层并将其按照步骤符合得到地毯片材而后对地毯片材进行红外线加热、压合模、去除边角料、安装附件等处理,保证加工出的地毯质量优质且美观性好。

1.一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)选择针刺地毯面料作为面料层;
2)选择PE、PP等橡塑粒子加热到熔融状态均匀的涂覆在面料层上作为保持型面的骨架材料;
3)选用水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布作为底料层,将底料层、面料层及骨架材料复合形成内饰地毯片材;
4)将内饰地毯片材采用远红外线加热,加热温度控制在220~320°,把面料放置在通了冷却水管的模具上,压机下压、合模,压力控制在8-10MPA,成型时间为50-80S,待料冷了以后,开模;
5)切割多余的边角料;
6)将切割好的零件送至附件安装工位安装塑料件、吸音棉、减震毡等附件;
7)整理外观、检验、贴标签、包装封存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰地毯加工工艺,其特征在于,在步骤5)中切割多余边角料时可以采用高压水切割、刀口模具气割或成型切割方法。
