Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合螺钉,包括钉体和钉帽,所述钉帽上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层,所述高分子材料是聚醚醚酮或聚乙烯。本发明提供一种可在接骨板内产生微动的复合螺钉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合螺钉,尤其涉及一种接骨板用复合螺钉。
背景技术
现有的接骨板螺钉的钉体与钉帽均由金属材料制成,例如钛合金,这样螺钉与接骨板的结合不能进行微动,不利于碎骨产生二期愈合。此外,现在也有在接骨板的锁定孔内增加软性材料以实现与螺钉的万向调节和微动功能,但是这种接骨板的工艺性差、复杂,不利于推广、普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种可在接骨板内产生微动的复合螺钉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种复合螺钉,包括钉体和钉帽,所述钉帽上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层。
所述钉帽的周面上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层。
所述高分子材料是聚醚醚酮或聚乙烯。
所述钉体由钛合金制成。
本发明的有益效果:(一)由于钉帽上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层,又由于钛合金硬度大于高分子材料覆盖层,因此螺钉可在接骨板内产生微动,从而促使碎骨产生二期愈合:当钉体植入人体后,通过高分子材料覆盖层的挤压变形,螺钉可以在体内微动,从而形成骨断面之间的摩擦运动,因此有更大的潜力形成较高机械强度的环状愈合组织,从而提供更快、更稳定的愈合过程,避免不对称骨痂的形成,具有创伤小、手术简单、术后恢复快等优点。;(二)能够通用于早期的接骨板;(三)适用性强,生产工艺便利,适合批量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种复合螺钉,包括钉体1和钉帽2,所述钉帽2的周面上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层21。所述高分子材料是聚醚醚酮或聚乙烯。所述钉体1由钛合金制成。
本复合螺钉同与其配套使用的接骨板均由钛合金材料制成,由于钛合金硬度大于聚醚醚酮和聚乙烯,因此,如图2所示本复合螺钉可在圆周正负15度的范围内任意方向自攻旋入接骨板内。
另外,所有比螺钉硬度低的可植入性材料都可以作为制造上述覆盖层21的材料。

1.一种复合螺钉,包括钉体(1)和钉帽(2),其特征在于:所述钉帽(2)上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合螺钉,其特征在于:所述钉帽(2)的周面上覆盖有高分子材料覆盖层(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合螺钉,其特征在于:所述高分子材料是聚醚醚酮或聚乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合螺钉,其特征在于:所述钉体(1)由钛合金制成。
