背景技术
在髋臼成形术中，通常采用骨水泥髋臼假体来代***病变的髋臼。在临床手术中，通过使用骨水泥将髋臼假体和人体臼窝固定在一起。
骨水泥型髋臼假体往往由聚乙烯材料制备。
骨水泥是一种用于骨科手术的医用材料，由于它的部分物理性质以及凝固后外观和性状颇像建筑、装修用的白水泥，便有了如此通俗的名称。其主要成分是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯，主要用于人工关节置换手术。
在临床过程中发现，髋臼假体置换失败的主要原因是髋臼假体与骨水泥的结合在使用过程中产生微动，产生磨损微粒，形成骨溶解，致使最后的置换失败。

本实用新型的骨水泥型髋臼假体，能提供良好的锁定效果，并且加工方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种骨水泥型髋臼假体，该假体包含有凸起和法兰；其中，所述髋臼凸起在髋臼假体安装时可以保证骨水泥层的厚度。在髋臼假体压入臼窝时，所述法兰可以对骨水泥产生压力使骨水泥固定更加牢固。
所述髋臼假体的凸起带有周向凹槽，进一步提供骨水泥固定的稳定性。
所述髋臼假体的凸起可以通过螺纹与髋臼假体本体连接，方便生产加工。
所述凸起在髋臼假体本体上均布的数量不少于5个。
所述周向凹槽在凸起上不少于1个。
本实用新型的有益效果是：锁定效果稳定，加工方便。

图1示出了根据本实用新型的一种实施方案的骨水泥型髋臼假体。该髋臼假体包含有凸起1、法兰3和本体4。当骨水泥型髋臼假体通过骨水泥与人体髋臼窝固定时，凸起1首先和人体髋臼接触，凸起1的高度提供了骨水泥层一定的厚度，并且在压入过程中，法兰3使骨水泥不易从人体髋臼窝溢出，保证骨水泥与髋臼假体充分固定。
优选地，凸起1的数量不少于5个。
图2示出了对图1所示髋臼假体的进一步改进。所述髋臼假体的凸起1添加周向凹槽2，增大所述髋臼假体与骨水泥的接触面积，增加所述髋臼假体的固定效果。
优选地，每个凸起1上的周向凹槽2的数量不少于1个。
图3和图4示出了对图2所示髋臼内衬假体的进一步改进。所述凸起1具有螺纹7，如图4所示，与骨水泥型髋臼假体的本体4上的螺纹5连接，方便加工，降低加工成本。
本实用新型的骨水泥型髋臼假体由生物相容性材料制备，优选由超高分子量聚乙烯、辐射交联超高分子量聚乙烯材料制备。

2.根据权利要求1的骨水泥型髋臼假体，其特征在于所述凸起(1)在所述髋臼假体的本体(4)上均布，并且数量不少于5个。
3.根据权利要求1或2的骨水泥型髋臼假体，其特征在于所述髋臼假体的一个或多个凸起(1)上有周向凹槽(2)。
4.根据权利要求3的骨水泥型髋臼假体，其特征在于每个凸起(1)上的所述周向凹槽(2)的数量不少于1个。
5.根据权利要求1或2的骨水泥型髋臼假体，其特征在于所述凸起(1)与所述本体(4)通过螺纹固定。
6.根据权利要求3的骨水泥型髋臼假体，其特征在于所述凸起(1)与所述本体(4)通过螺纹固定。
