Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,是一种用于人体四肢骨折后固定复位的外科手术植入物***。一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,其特征在于:包括钢板和锁定螺钉,所述的钢板上设置有螺纹孔;所述的锁定螺钉包括锁紧螺钉螺纹杆部和螺钉头部,所述的螺钉头部设置有万向槽,在螺钉头部外周设置有外螺纹,与钢板上设置有螺纹孔相配合。钢板上设置的螺纹孔为锥形螺纹孔。所述的万向槽为在螺钉头部设置有若干条纵向槽。在螺钉头部外周设置的外螺纹为锥形螺纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,是一种用于人体四肢骨折后固定复位的外科手术植入物***。
背景技术
人体骨骼刚形成时原本是柔软有弹性和可塑性的,随着年纪的增长,软骨的成份渐少,硬骨的组成渐渐变多,骨折开始容易发生。
临床上用于骨科内固定的锁定钢板螺钉***主要由锁定螺钉和钢板构成,在锁定钢板螺钉***中,锁定螺钉与钢板之间的角度是预先设定的。为了使得植入物的锁定螺钉具有最佳的固定效果,则要求锁定螺钉必须按特定的方向植入骨内;由于骨折破损部分的各异,以及不同个体之间的骨骼形状存在差异,因此在临床应用中,这种锁定钢板螺钉***经常存在锁定螺钉与钢板之间所设定的植入方向与最佳植入方向不一致的矛盾,影响手术效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处提供一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***。一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***设计合理,植入方向选择范围大,锁紧效果好等优点。术中对锁定螺钉与钢板之间的相对位置可发生变化,确保了手术时可以根据不同个体的骨折特点选择最合适的植入方向。
一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***是采取以下技术方案实现:
一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***包括钢板和锁定螺钉组成。所述的钢板上设置有螺纹孔;钢板上设置的螺纹孔为锥形螺纹孔。
所述的锁定螺钉包括锁紧螺钉螺纹杆部和螺钉头部。所述的螺钉头部设置有万向槽。所述的万向槽为在螺钉头部设置有若干条纵向槽。在螺钉头部外周设置有外螺纹,与钢板上设置有螺纹孔相配合。
在螺钉头部外周设置的外螺纹为锥形螺纹。
工作原理
一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***用于手术时,根据不同个体的骨折特点,选择最佳植入方向,在骨折处上装上带有螺纹孔的钢板,利用万向钻头导向器及钻头在骨上打好最适合植入方向的预钻孔,通过起子将带有万向槽的锁紧螺钉,利用错开螺纹的原理,将锁定螺钉在可变角度内固定在钢板螺纹孔内。此时螺钉进入骨折位置的方向为手术最佳方向。

一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***设计合理,结构简单,由于螺钉头部设置有万向槽,能很好的解决了临床中锁定钢板螺钉***存在的锁定螺钉与钢板之间所设定的植入方向与最佳植入方向不一致的矛盾,确定了手术时可以根据不同个体的骨折特点选择最合适的植入方向。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2,一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***包括钢板4和锁定螺钉组成。所述的钢板4上设置有螺纹孔5;钢板4上设置的螺纹孔5为锥形螺纹孔。
所述的锁定螺钉包括锁紧螺钉螺纹杆部1和螺钉头部2。所述的螺钉头部2设置有万向槽3。所述的万向槽3为在螺钉头部设置有若干条纵向槽。在螺钉头部2外周设置有外螺纹8,与钢板4上设置有螺纹孔相配合。
在螺钉头部2外周设置的外螺纹为锥形螺纹。
一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***用于手术时,选择最佳植入方向,在骨折处上装上带有钢板螺纹孔5的钢板4,利用钻头在骨7上最佳植入方向上打好预钻孔,通过螺钉起子6将锁紧螺钉螺纹杆部1穿过钢板螺纹孔5拧入骨7内,继续拧动螺钉起子6,利用带有万向槽的螺钉头部2的万向槽3错开钢板螺纹孔5的螺纹,将带有万向槽的螺钉头部2与钢板螺纹孔5成角度拧紧,实现锁紧螺钉最佳植入方向。

1.一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,其特征在于:包括钢板和锁定螺钉,所述的钢板上设置有螺纹孔;
所述的锁定螺钉包括锁紧螺钉螺纹杆部和螺钉头部,所述的螺钉头部设置有万向槽,在螺钉头部外周设置有外螺纹,与钢板上设置有螺纹孔相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,其特征在于:钢板上设置的螺纹孔为锥形螺纹孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,其特征在于:所述的万向槽为在螺钉头部设置有若干条纵向槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有万向锁定功能的钢板螺钉***,其特征在于:在螺钉头部外周设置的外螺纹为锥形螺纹。
