Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐醇性、耐黄变性的水性聚氨酯分散乳液及其制备方法。所述的水性聚氨酯分散乳液由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚醚多元醇100~200份;聚四亚甲基醚二醇100~200份;异氰酸酯5~20份;扩链剂10~45份;2,2‑二羟甲基丙酸10~50份;三羟甲基丙烷3~8份;三乙胺5~20份;纯水45~100份。本发明的水性聚氨酯分散乳液通过对其改性提高了耐醇性能,耐黄变性能,其综合性能优异,安全环保,能够用于耐黄变的木器漆、织物整理、户外装饰领域。本发明的制备方法简单易行,易于实现。

高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐醇性、耐黄变性的水性聚氨酯分散乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯是一种聚氨酯粒子分散于水中的二元胶体体系。水性聚氨酯以水为介质,具有安全、不燃烧、无公害的独特优点。在某些国家水性聚氨酯广泛用作涂料、粘合剂、皮革涂饰剂、纺织助剂、造纸工业助剂和电子材料等领域,而且其应用领域还在不断扩大。由于水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的综合性能优越,近年来受到国内外广泛关注,高性能水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的开发研究已成为热点课题。
众所周知,芳香族异氰酸酯制备的聚氨酯易泛黄,不满足清漆、白漆、户外装饰等领域的要求,需用耐黄变的脂肪族多异氰酸酯制备。但由脂肪族多异氰酸酯制备的聚氨酯涂膜硬度低,耐水耐醇性不好。因此,亟需开发一种高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高耐醇性、耐黄变、安全环保的水性聚氨酯分散乳液;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
所述的聚醚多元醇以乙二醇或丙二醇为起始剂,与环氧丙烷反应制得,其分子量为1000~3000,羟值为35~120。
所述的异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)。
所述的扩链剂为乙二胺(EDA)。
所述的耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇混合均匀并脱水;
(2)脱水后与异氰酸酯反应,制得预聚物;
(3)加入扩链剂和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸反应,制得预聚体;
(4)加入三羟甲基丙烷改性,制得改性预聚体;
(5)将改性预聚体加入溶有三乙胺的水中分散,中和乳化,得到高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的水性聚氨酯分散乳液通过对其改性提高了耐醇性能,耐黄变性能,其综合性能优异,安全环保,能够用于耐黄变的木器漆、织物整理、户外装饰领域。本发明的制备方法简单易行,易于实现。

实施例1
本实施例的高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液的制备方法如下:

1.一种高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
其中,所述聚醚多元醇以丙二醇为起始剂,与环氧丙烷反应制得,其分子量为2000,羟值为56;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚四亚甲基醚二醇混合均匀并脱水;
(2)脱水后与异氰酸酯反应,制得预聚物;
(3)加入扩链剂和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸反应,制得预聚体;
(4)加入三羟甲基丙烷改性,制得改性预聚体;
(5)将改性预聚体加入溶有三乙胺的水中分散,中和乳化,得到高耐醇性、耐黄变的水性聚氨酯分散乳液。
