Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调节两条气流的阀,其中,在两条通道中设置有各一个以能转动的方式支承在轴上的阀瓣/活门/闸板(Klappe),该阀具有通过传动装置驱动轴的电机和根据第一阀瓣的运动来驱动第二阀瓣的传动机构。
背景技术
这种壳体在机动车领域应用作空气阀和废气阀而被公知。在此,视情况而定,单条或者以特定的比例混合的气流流过带有阀瓣的通道被输送到第三条通道。意味着,与第一阀瓣的旋转角相对应地设定第二阀瓣的特定旋转角。然后,第一阀瓣的旋转角相应于特定的运行情况,第二阀瓣的旋转角必须与之相适应。第一阀瓣的旋转角与相应的运行状态的适应借助于对电机的操控实现。对第二阀瓣的相应调整通过传动机构实现。所公知的是,阀瓣设置在壳体中。因为通道排布,对阀瓣,轴和驱动装置的布置有影响。结果是这种壳体据有相对复杂的构造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种阀,特别是其壳体具有简单的构造。
由此达到该目的,将每个阀瓣布置在一个壳体部分中,并且两个壳体部分相互连接。
通过将每个阀瓣布置在一个壳体中,可以使两个单独的壳体更简单地构造,由此更容易制造。此外,可以更加容易地安装内置零件,如阀瓣和轴。连接两个单独壳体的附加装配步骤意味着明显更少的花费。进一步的优点在于,单独的壳体可以采用现有的壳体,这也同样有助于简化阀。
根据一个有利的设计方案,两个壳体相互螺纹连接。通过这种方式实现了两个壳体可靠且首先是气密的连接。进一步的优点是,在两个壳体相互连接之前,在每个壳体中可以事先安装带有轴的阀瓣。
在另一设计方案中,两个壳体由不同的材料制成。不同的材料选择使相应的壳体与使用领域实现最佳的适应。因此,例如导引废气的、热负荷较高的壳体可以由金属或合金制成,优选由铸铝制成,而负荷没有那么大的壳体可以由塑料制成。除成本低这个优点外,在此重量轻也是明显的优点。
当通道构造较复杂的时候,由两个壳体构成的阀的这种设计的优点尤其得到显现。这样就允许分开的壳体与相应的通道最佳地适应,而接下来可以再设计两个壳体的连接。即便两个通道相互夹角,优选成直角布置时,这种通道设计也可能已经存在。
为了只通过一个电机驱动装置来驱控两条气流,两个阀瓣通过传动机构相互连接。两个阀瓣彼此间的运动可以与大量不同的运动过程/运动曲线/运动顺序相适应。在结构上尤其简单的设计是包括两个杆和将两个杆连起来的耦连杆。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出的阀包括带有腔室2的第一壳体1,电机3设置在该腔室中。通过传动装置4驱动轴5。在轴5上固定的第一阀瓣通过轴5的转动来开启或者关闭第一通道7。传动装置4设置在第一壳体1的另一腔室8中,该另一腔室用盖件9盖住。阀还包括带有第二通道11的第二壳体10,在该第二通道中设置有第二阀瓣12。第二阀瓣12固定在第二轴13上,因此在第二轴13转动时,第二阀瓣12开启或关闭第二通道11。第二壳体10沿流动方向在阀瓣12后面具有通入到第二通道11的开口14,并在开口外侧有凸缘15。凸缘15与设置在第一壳体1的第一通道7末端的另一凸缘16连接。
第一轴5经由支承孔17穿过第一壳体1。在轴5的末端固定有第一杆18,该第一杆通过耦连杆19与第二杆20连接,第二杆20也是固定在第二轴13的末端。取决于用于支承相应的阀瓣的杆18,20的布置,在阀瓣的相应转动角时可以产生两种气流不同的混合比例。通过第一通道7混入有废气的新鲜空气流经第二通道11。由于废气的高温,第一壳体1由铝合金制成。因为废气混入到用于冷却的新鲜空气中,由此壳体10受到明显小的热负荷,所以第二壳体10由塑料制成。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于调节两条气流的阀,其中,在两条通道中设置有各一个以能转动的方式支承在轴上的阀瓣,所述阀具有通过传动装置驱动所述轴转动的电机和与第一阀瓣的运动相关地驱动第二阀瓣的传动机构,其特征在于,每个阀瓣(12)设置在一壳体部分(1,10)中,两个壳体部分(1,10)相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述两个壳体(1,10)相互螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述两个壳体(1,10)由不同的材料构成,优选金属和塑料。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,两条通道(7,11)相互成角度地布置,优选成直角。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀,其特征在于,两个阀瓣(12)通过传动机构(18–20)相互连接。
