Abstract

本发明在不降低座椅导轨的强度的同时,对相对于固定导轨的移动导轨的相对移动位置进行更密集地调节,从而可将锁定状态的节距形成得较小,由此使用者能够将座椅位置调节为最佳状态。

Description

车辆用座椅导轨的锁定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆用座椅导轨的锁定装置(locking device for vehicle seatrail),更详细地涉及一种锁定模式(locking pattern)的结构,所述模式相对于固定导轨(rail)来决定移动导轨的移动节距(pitch)。
背景技术
车辆的座椅结构为能够通过固定于车体底板(floor)的固定导轨和移动导轨,对其位置向车体的前、后方进行调节,并且所述调节的位置能够为锁定装置所坚固地固定,也能够在座椅的位置调节时轻易解除,所述移动导轨设置为相对于所述固定导轨能够向车体的前、后方进行滑动(sliding)。
通常,如上所述的座椅导轨锁定装置构成如图1所示,在固定导轨500和移动导轨502形成多个孔,并且对多个锁紧销(locking pin)504通过多个弹簧(spring)506分别进行弹性支撑,从而所述锁紧销504同时***至所述固定导轨500和移动导轨502的孔,与此同时形成锁定状态。
对于所述移动导轨和固定导轨的孔,所述锁紧销固定地设置于固定导轨的情况下,在所述固定导轨仅形成与所述锁紧销的个数一样的孔,但是在所述移动导轨应具备有多个孔并且在相对移动状态下所述锁紧销也能够***,因此形成于所述移动导轨的孔(以下为锁定孔)的间距及大小决定相对于所述固定导轨的移动导轨的移动节距。
换句话说,所述锁定孔(locking hole)形成得越密集,所述移动导轨相对于所述固定导轨在稍微移动的状态下也能形成锁定状态,最终,使用者能够对座椅的位置进行更精密地调节。
因此,所述锁定孔的节距越密集,锁定状态的节距也变得密集,虽然提升了锁定位置的调节精密度,但是具有以下问题:所述锁定孔的节距越密集,形成有所述锁定孔的座椅导轨的强度下降。
所述锁定孔根据使得锁紧销设置于移动导轨或者固定导轨一侧,从而其位置可设置于移动导轨或者固定导轨,并且将所述移动导轨和固定导轨可统称为座椅导轨,因此,以下表述为所述锁定孔形成于座椅导轨,由此将概括表述为锁定孔可选择性地形成于移动导轨或者固定导轨中的一个上。
上述的作为发明背景的技术中说明的事项仅仅是为了增进对本发明背景的理解,并不能认定为属于本技术领域中具有一般知识的人已知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明为了解决如上所述的问题而提出,目的在于提供一种车辆用座椅导轨的锁定装置,所述装置在不降低座椅导轨的强度的同时,对相对于固定导轨的移动导轨的相对移动位置进行更密集地调节,从而将锁定状态的节距能够形成得较小,由此使用者能够将座椅位置调节为最佳状态。
为了达成如上所述的目的,本发明的车辆用座椅导轨的锁定装置,其特征在于,
具备座椅导轨,在所述座椅导轨形成多个锁定孔,以便对朝彼此长度方向滑动的状态,通过朝垂直于所述滑动方向的方向所***的锁紧销来固定,
所述座椅导轨的锁定孔沿着所述座椅导轨的滑动方向,间隔一定距离而成列配置;
所述锁定孔形成为沿着所述座椅导轨的滑动方向的开口长度交互地进行变化。
本发明在不降低座椅导轨的强度的同时,也对相对于固定导轨的移动导轨的相对移动位置进行更密集地调节,从而可将锁定状态的节距形成得较小,由此使用者能够将座椅位置调节为最佳状态。

具体实施方式
参照图2至图5,本发明的车辆用座椅导轨的锁定装置的实施例的结构包括座椅导轨3,所述座椅导轨3形成有多个锁定孔,以便对朝彼此长度方向滑动的状态,可通过朝垂直于所述滑动方向的方向所***的锁紧销1来固定,并且所述座椅导轨3的锁定孔沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向,间隔一定距离而成列配置,并且所述锁定孔的沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向的开口长度形成为交互地进行变化。
所述锁紧销1沿所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向设置有多个,并且所述锁紧销1以如下状态相互间隔地进行设置:在相互之间确保相当于规定的销(pin)间距离F的整数倍的距离,并且所述锁定孔交互地形成有短锁定孔5和长锁定孔7,所述短锁定孔5的沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向的开口长度相对较短,长锁定孔7的沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向的开口长度相对较长。
换句话说,间隔一定间距设置有多个锁紧销1,从而通过朝图2的垂直方向滑动的同时,***至座椅导轨3的锁定孔,从而形成座椅导轨3的锁定状态,将所述锁定孔区分为长锁定孔7和短锁定孔5并且交互地设置,由此使锁定状态的节距缩短为所述锁紧销1之间的销间距离F的一半。
常规现有的锁定状态的节距通过锁紧销1之间的销间距离F来决定,与此相比,即使密集两倍的同时,锁定孔之间堵住的部分的长度也可以确保为与现有几乎相同水平,因此意味着能够维持座椅导轨3的强度,并且极大地提升锁定状态的节距密集度,所述锁定状态的节距根据按相同大小等同配置的锁定孔与锁紧销1形成。
在本实施例中,所述短锁定孔5的开口长度A形成与所述锁紧销1的直径D相同,所述长锁定孔7的开口长度B形成为将所述锁紧销1的直径D与所述销间距离F的一半相加的大小,所述开口长度A沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向,所述开口长度B沿着所述座椅导轨3的滑动方向。
此外,所述短锁定孔5与长锁定孔之间的间隔距离P为固定的,定为在所述销间距离F中将所述锁紧销1的直径D减去的长度。
作为参考,在此所述短锁定孔5与长锁定孔之间的间隔距离是指两个锁定孔之间座椅导轨3的堵住的部分的长度,并且所述锁紧销1之间的销间距离F是指两个销之间的中心之间的距离。
将上述整理为计算式,D:锁紧销直径,F:销间距离,A:短锁定孔开口长度,B:长锁定孔开口长度,P:短锁定孔和长锁定孔之间的堵住的长度,
可整理为A=D,B=F/2+D,P=F-D。
图3用来说明根据本发明的第一实施例,示出了四个所述锁紧销1全部在所述销间距离F的一倍位置上间隔设置,四个锁紧销1之中至少部分***至所述锁定孔并形成锁定状态,可按顺序从步骤(step)一移动至步骤五,从而对座椅导轨3的锁定状态进行变化,并且在步骤六中将再次回到步骤一的状态,并反复进行相同的模式(pattern)。
当然,如上所述,所述座椅导轨3包括固定导轨和移动导轨,对于所述固定导轨反复实现以下状态:将移动导轨滑动按照每节距来移动的同时,从所述步骤一至步骤五来形成锁定。
图4用来说明根据本发明的第二实施例,示出了五个所述锁紧销1全部在所述销间距离F的一倍位置上间隔设置,五个锁紧销1之中至少部分***至所述锁定孔并形成锁定状态,可按顺序从步骤一移动至步骤五,从而对座椅导轨3的锁定状态进行变化,并且在步骤六种将再次回到步骤一的状态并反复进行相同的模式。
图5用来说明根据本发明的第三实施例,所述锁紧销1共具备有三个,在两个以所述销间距离F的一倍位置间隔的状态下,其余一个以所述销间距离F的两倍位置间隔。
在此情况下,也如图3所示,锁定状态从步骤一至步骤五,按顺序每一节距地进行移动来形成,至步骤六则变为与所述步骤一相同的状态,从而形成反复的模式。
本发明虽然关联特定的实施例进行了示出并进行了说明,但是在不脱离根据以下的权利要求范围所提供的本发明的技术思想的限度内,本领域中具有一般知识的人对本发明可进行多种改良及变化是显而易见的。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用座椅导轨(3)的锁定装置,其特征在于,
具备座椅导轨(3),在所述座椅导轨(3)形成多个锁定孔,以便对朝彼此长度方向滑动的状态,通过朝垂直于所述滑动方向的方向所***的锁紧销(1)来固定,
所述座椅导轨(3)的锁定孔沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向,间隔一定距离而成列配置;
所述锁定孔形成为沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向的开口长度交互地进行变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅导轨(3)的锁定装置,其特征在于,
所述锁紧销(1)沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向设置有多个;
所述锁紧销(1)以如下状态相互间隔地进行设置:在相互之间确保相当于规定的销间距离(F)的整数倍的距离;
所述锁定孔交互地形成有短锁定孔(5)和长锁定孔(7),所述短锁定孔(5)的沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向的开口长度相对较短,所述长锁定孔(7)的沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向的开口长度相对较长。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用座椅导轨(3)的锁定装置,其特征在于,
所述短锁定孔(5)的开口长度与所述锁紧销(1)的直径(D)相同,所述开口长度沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向;
所述长锁定孔(7)的开口长度形成为将所述锁紧销(1)的直径(D)与所述销间距离(F)的一半相加的大小,所述开口长度沿着所述座椅导轨(3)的滑动方向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用座椅导轨(3)的锁定装置,其特征在于,
所述短锁定孔(5)与长锁定孔之间的间隔距离为固定的,定为在所述销间距离(F)中将所述锁紧销(1)的直径(D)减去的长度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用座椅导轨(3)的锁定装置,其特征在于,
所述锁紧销(1)在两个以所述销间距离(F)的一倍位置间隔的状态下,其余一个以所述销间距离(F)的两倍位置间隔,从而共具备有三个。
