本发明公开一种深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺20~30份、改性苯丙乳液15~25份、空心微珠4~12份、硅酸铝纤维1~5份、钛酸铝5~13份、深色颜料2~6份、纳米填料5~15份、成膜助剂3~7份、消泡剂4~9份、增稠剂2~6份、润湿剂1~7份、去离子水25~35份。本发明制备的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,反射隔热效果好,美观大方,并对人眼没有较强的刺激。不使用有机溶剂,无毒无味、对环境和人体没有危害,适用于写字楼、高层住宅和体育馆的外墙装饰装修领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种深色系水性隔热外墙涂料。
背景技术
隔热涂料是一种通过阻隔、反射、辐射等机理来降低被涂物内部热量的积累, 从而达到节能和改善工作环境或安全等目的功能性涂料, 主要包括阻隔型隔热涂料、反射型隔热涂料和辐射型隔热涂料。
现有的建筑隔热涂料以白色或浅色墙面涂料为主,可以明显地降低建筑物内温度,可以缓解城市中的“热岛效应”,从而实现建筑节能要求。
然而,白色或浅色墙面涂料在太阳光照射下,反射的光线会对人的眼睛造成很强的刺激。因此开发深色系、光线对人的眼睛比较温和,具有反射太阳光的水性隔热建筑外墙涂料成为目前涂料领域的研究重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种环境友好、节能、隔热效果好的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺20~30份、改性苯丙乳液15~25份、空心微珠4~12份、硅酸铝纤维1~5份、钛酸铝5~13份、深色颜料2~6份、纳米填料5~15份、成膜助剂3~7份、消泡剂4~9份、增稠剂2~6份、润湿剂1~7份、去离子水25~35份。
优选的,所述改性苯丙乳液为有机硅改性苯丙乳液、有机氟改性苯丙乳液、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液中的至少一种。
优选的,所述空心微珠为空心玻璃微珠、空心陶瓷微珠的至少一种。
优选的,所述深色颜料为金红石型二氧化钛、铁红、氧化铁铬的至少一种。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
优选的,所述增稠剂为钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土的至少一种。
优选的,所述润湿剂为丙二醇、甘油、二甲基亚砜的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,反射隔热效果好,可以提高建筑物隔热性能,降低外界环境对室内温度的影响。深色系涂料,美观大方,并对人眼没有较强的刺激。不使用有机溶剂,无毒无味、对环境和人体没有危害,适用于写字楼、高层住宅和体育馆的外墙装饰装修领域。

本发明的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺20份、有机氟改性苯丙乳液25份、空心陶瓷微珠4份、硅酸铝纤维5份、钛酸铝13份、铁红2份、纳米填料15份、醇酯十二7份、消泡剂4份、有机膨润土2份、甘油7份、去离子水35份。

本发明的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺25份、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液20份、空心玻璃微珠8份、硅酸铝纤维3份、钛酸铝9份、氧化铁铬4份、纳米填料10份、醇酯十二5份、消泡剂7份、硅藻土4份、二甲基亚砜4份、去离子水30份。
实施例4
本发明的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺22份、有机氟改性苯丙乳液17份、空心陶瓷微珠6份、硅酸铝纤维2份、钛酸铝7份、铁红3份、纳米填料7份、醇酯十二4份、消泡剂5份、凹凸棒石土3份、甘油3份、去离子水27份。

本发明的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺28份、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液23份、空心玻璃微珠10份、硅酸铝纤维4份、钛酸铝11份、氧化铁铬5份、纳米填料13份、醇酯十二6份、消泡剂7份、有机膨润土4份、二甲基亚砜6份、去离子水33份。
实施例6
本发明的深色系水性隔热外墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:三乙醇胺20份、有机硅改性苯丙乳液16份、空心陶瓷微珠12份、硅酸铝纤维2份、钛酸铝8份、金红石型二氧化钛6份、纳米填料11份、醇酯十二4份、消泡剂7份、钠基膨润土5份、丙二醇6份、去离子水27份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的水性隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述深色颜料为金红石型二氧化钛、铁红、氧化铁铬的至少一种。
