本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,具体涉及一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:渗碳,渗碳温度为850-900℃;步骤二:预冷,将齿轮预冷至600℃,冷却时间为10小时;步骤三:回火,回火温度250℃,时间3小时;步骤四:淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,7小时;步骤五:对齿轮进行清洗;步骤六:回火:500-600℃,3小时。步骤七:二次淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,3小时。本发明所公开的一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺,工艺路线设计合理,能够保证加工齿轮的硬度要求,生产周期短,耗电量少,成本低。

技术领域
    本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,具体涉及一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺。
背景技术
随着我国重工业水平的发展,各种大型工业机械在工业生产中起到的作用越来越大,矿用采掘机械、运输机械等低速重载齿轮,要求采用可靠性高的渗碳淬火技术,才能够达到对齿轮的硬度要求,但是,现有技术中很多不合理的渗碳淬火工艺,往往无法达到技术要求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺。
本发明的技术效果通过以下技术方案实现:
一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:渗碳,渗碳温度为850-900℃;
步骤二:预冷,将齿轮预冷至600℃,冷却时间为10小时;
步骤三:回火,回火温度250℃,时间3小时;
步骤四:淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,7小时;
步骤五:对齿轮进行清洗;
步骤六:回火:500-600℃,3小时;
步骤七:二次淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,3小时。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所公开的一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺,工艺路线设计合理,能够保证加工齿轮的硬度要求,生产周期短,耗电量少,成本低。

本发明通过以下具体实施方式实现:
一种重载齿轮渗碳淬火工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:渗碳,渗碳温度为900℃;
步骤二:预冷,将齿轮预冷至600℃,冷却时间为10小时;
步骤三:回火,回火温度250℃,时间3小时;
步骤四:淬火,淬火油温度150℃,7小时;
步骤五:对齿轮进行清洗;
步骤六:回火: 600℃,3小时。
步骤七:二次淬火,淬火油温度150℃,3小时。

步骤一:渗碳,渗碳温度为850-900℃;
步骤二:预冷,将齿轮预冷至600℃,冷却时间为10小时;
步骤三:回火,回火温度250℃,时间3小时;
步骤四:淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,7小时;
步骤五:对齿轮进行清洗;
步骤六:回火:500-600℃,3小时;
步骤七:二次淬火,淬火油温度100-150℃,3小时。
