Abstract
本发明公开一种环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂20~30份、氨基树脂25~35份、改性丙烯酸UV树脂10~20份、紫外光引发剂5~15份、色粉1~10份、消泡剂3~8份、流平剂2~6份。本发明制备的环保型紫外光固化移印油墨,可代替传统的溶剂型油墨,具有环保无毒、固化速度快、对人体无伤害和刺激性、生产成本低等优点,适用于地板、家具和装饰板等印刷领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及紫外光固化油墨领域,尤其涉及一种环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨。
背景技术
移印油墨是具有特殊性质的染料为主制成的印在特制纸上的图案、文字等,可以因加热使之转移到其他基材上去的油墨。
紫外光固化移印油墨是指在紫外线照射下,利用不同波长和能量的紫外光使油墨成膜和干燥的油墨。其主要优点是:固化时间短,因此不必使用喷粉,能提高生产效率;由于不用加热就能干燥,所以不需要烘箱,与热固着型油墨相比,可大幅度减少干燥时间,节省能源消耗;印品的各种耐抗性好,干燥后墨膜结实;由于油墨在机器上的稳定性好,所以印刷品的性质稳定。
然而,紫外光固化移印油墨的成本较高,油墨中的一些组份对皮肤有刺激性;紫外线辐射会产生臭氧,紫外线发生部分会有少量X射线,这些对人体是有害的,这些缺点限制了紫外光固化移印油墨的广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种无挥发性溶剂、环保无毒、固化速度快、对人体无伤害和价格低的紫外光固化可移印油墨。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂20~30份、氨基树脂25~35份、改性丙烯酸UV树脂10~20份、紫外光引发剂5~15份、色粉1~10份、消泡剂3~8份、流平剂2~6份。
优选的,所述环氧树脂为环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、环氧乙烯基酯树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、苯代三聚氰胺树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述改性丙烯酸UV树脂为有机硅改性丙烯酸UV树脂、环氧改性丙烯酸UV树脂、不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸UV树脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述紫外光引发剂为二苯基乙酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的至少一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明制备的环保型紫外光固化移印油墨,可代替传统的溶剂型油墨,具有环保无毒、固化速度快、对人体无伤害和刺激性、生产成本低等优点,适用于地板、家具和装饰板等印刷领域。

一种紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂20~30份、氨基树脂25~35份、改性丙烯酸UV树脂10~20份、紫外光引发剂5~15份、色粉1~10份、消泡剂3~8份、流平剂2~6份。
本发明制备的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,具有无挥发性溶剂、环保无毒、固化速度快、对人体无伤害和价格低等优点。
实施例1
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧丙烯酸酯树脂20份、脲醛树脂35份、有机硅改性丙烯酸UV树脂10份、二苯基乙酮15份、色粉10份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚8份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份。
实施例2
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧乙烯基酯树脂30份、三聚氰胺树脂25份、环氧改性丙烯酸UV树脂20份、α-羟烷基苯酮5份、色粉1份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚3份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷6份。
实施例3
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧丙烯酸酯树脂25份、苯代三聚氰胺树脂30份、不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸UV树脂15份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮10份、色粉5份、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚5份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷4份。
实施例4
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧乙烯基酯树脂22份、三聚氰胺树脂27份、环氧改性丙烯酸UV树脂11份、异丙基硫杂蒽酮6份、色粉3份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚4份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷3份。
实施例5
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧丙烯酸酯树脂28份、苯代三聚氰胺树脂33份、不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸UV树脂18份、异丙基硫杂蒽酮13份、色粉9份、聚二甲基硅氧烷7份、烷基改性有机硅氧烷5份。
实施例6
本发明的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧乙烯基酯树脂20份、脲醛树脂28份、有机硅改性丙烯酸UV树脂16份、二苯基乙酮7份、色粉10份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚6份、聚二甲基硅氧烷5份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1所示:

从表1可见,本发明制备的环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨具有环保无毒、固化速度快等优点。

1.一种环保型紫外光固化可移印油墨,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧树脂20~30份、氨基树脂25~35份、改性丙烯酸UV树脂10~20份、紫外光引发剂5~15份、色粉1~10份、消泡剂3~8份、流平剂2~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、环氧乙烯基酯树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、苯代三聚氰胺树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述改性丙烯酸UV树脂为有机硅改性丙烯酸UV树脂、环氧改性丙烯酸UV树脂、不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸UV树脂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述紫外光引发剂为二苯基乙酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、α-羟烷基苯酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的移印油墨,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷中的至少一种。
