技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转补偿器,用于补偿高压热水管道的热胀冷缩。
背景技术
现有的旋转补偿器包括外筒和内管,内管的一端置于外筒中,在内管与外筒重合的部分之间压有石墨密封填料,为了保证密封性能对石墨填料要有足够的预紧力,以使石墨填料在径向方向延展紧贴在外筒的内壁和内管的外圆上,当外筒与内管之间发生相对转动时石墨填料会产生磨损,使旋转补偿器的密封性能逐渐下降,尤其是管道的内压变化较大时,旋转补偿器的密封性能难以保证。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨损旋转补偿器,它能减小密封件的磨损,保持密封性能。
耐磨损旋转补偿器包括外筒1、内管2,外筒的右端设有法兰3,内管的左端置于外筒中;其特征是,在内管的左端套有密封套4,密封套右端具有沿径向延伸的凸缘,定位盘6套在内管上与密封套的凸缘右端面相邻,螺栓9穿过法兰、密封套的凸缘和定位盘,螺母10旋在螺栓上通过定位盘将密封套压紧,密封套由硅橡胶制成,密封套的套管左端由环形的卡箍5勒紧在内管上,密封套的套管与外筒之间留有径向间隙。
与现有技术相比,当本发明的外筒与内管之间发生相对转动时,密封套的中间部分会随之扭转。由于密封套具有弹性,再有密封套的套管与外筒无接触,因此密封套与内管之间的摩擦力很小,密封套几乎无磨损,可保持本耐磨损旋转补偿器的密封性能。由于密封套的套管是套在内管上的,密封套的凸缘又与定位盘相贴,因此流体介质对密封套所加的压力分别被内管和定位盘所吸收,使密封套可承受较大的压力,提高耐磨损旋转补偿器的承压能力。

现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
耐磨损旋转补偿器包括外筒1、内管2,外筒的右端设有法兰3,内管的左端置于外筒中;其特征是,在内管的左端套有密封套4,密封套右端具有沿径向延伸的凸缘,定位盘6套在内管上与密封套的凸缘右端面相邻,若干个螺栓9穿过法兰、密封套的凸缘和定位盘,螺母10旋在螺栓上通过定位盘将密封套压紧,密封套由硅橡胶制成,密封套的套管部分具有一定的长度,密封套的套管左端由环形的卡箍5勒紧在内管上,可防止旋转补偿器中流体介质从密封套与内管之间泄出,密封套的套管与外筒之间留有径向间隙。所述的卡箍可为钢丝也可为一对带耳的半圆环。
当外筒与内管之间发生相对转动时(转动角度为-25度至25度),密封套的中间部分会随之扭转。由于密封套具有弹性,再有密封套的套管与外筒无接触,因此密封套与内管之间的摩擦力很小,密封套几乎无磨损,可保持本耐磨损旋转补偿器的密封性能。
由于密封套的套管是套在内管上的,密封套的凸缘又与定位盘相贴,因此流体介质对密封套所加的压力分别被内管和定位盘所吸收,使密封套可承受较大的压力,提高耐磨损旋转补偿器的承压能力。
所述的定位盘与内管之间留有合适的径向间隙,这样可减小管道伸缩所产生的盲扳力的影响,减小定位盘与内管之间摩擦力,使内管相对外筒转动灵活,避免旋转补偿器的损坏,定位盘与内管之间的径向间隙在1毫米范围内。
在安装耐磨损旋转补偿器时外筒与内管之间可能发生轴向窜动,使密封套发生较大拉伸或压缩,为防止该状况的发生,在内管上固定有圆形的挡板8,在所述的螺栓上套有“T”字形的限位套7,限位套位于螺母与定位盘之间,限位套左侧的管体在挡板圆周外侧,限位套右侧的凸缘延伸到挡板的圆周内,限位套管体的长度大于定位盘的厚度1至2毫米。

1.一种耐磨损旋转补偿器包括外筒(1)、内管(2),外筒的右端设有法兰(3),内管的左端置于外筒中;其特征是,在内管的左端套有密封套(4),密封套右端具有沿径向延伸的凸缘,定位盘(6)套在内管上与密封套的凸缘右端面相邻,螺栓(9)穿过法兰、密封套的凸缘和定位盘,螺母(10)旋在螺栓上通过定位盘将密封套压紧,密封套由硅橡胶制成,密封套的套管左端由环形的卡箍(5)勒紧在内管上,密封套的套管与外筒之间留有径向间隙;在所述的内管上固定有圆形的挡板(8),在所述的螺栓上套有“T”字形的限位套(7),限位套位于螺母与定位盘之间,限位套左侧的管体在挡板圆周外侧,限位套右侧的凸缘延伸到挡板的圆周内,限位套管体的长度大于定位盘的厚度1至2毫米。
