本发明涉及一种用于无机非金属表面或金属表面的涂层材料,包括饰面底层材料和饰面层材料,按饰面底层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:水性树脂乳液20~50%,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉10~40%,添加剂0.1~5%,余量为自来水,按饰面层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:中空微珠5~20%,纳米二氧化钛5~20%,矿物微粉和金属微粉5~20%,硅气凝胶0.1~10%,聚合物混合水乳液5~50%,助剂0.1~10%,颜料或色浆0~10%,余料为水。本涂层材料是一种水乳液环保型材料,具有反射、绝热、防腐、耐酸碱、防水、自洁、耐候性等多功能,彻底解决了现有饰面保护涂层的反射隔热、二次绝热、防腐、耐酸碱、防水、自洁、耐候性问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于无机非金属表面或金属表面的涂层材料,属于化学材料领域。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,各种节能材料层出不穷,其中,隔热保温涂料作为节能功能涂料的典型,受到业内人士的普遍关注并取得明显的发展。隔热保温涂料的主要作用是阻止自身热量的散失和阻止外界太阳能量的侵入。尤其是南方地区光照强、气温高,雨水多,因此需要隔热效果好的涂料,以阻止外界太阳能量的入侵并阻断热量传递。
反射隔热主要是反射太阳光热,太阳光热的传递和辐射一般按波长可划分为四部分,其中,紫外光区波长10~400μm,约占太阳光热的5%;可见光区波长400~720μm,约占太阳光热的45%;远红外光区720~2500μm,约占太阳光热的45%中远红外光区2500μm以上,约占太阳光热的5%。因此,任何反射阻热材料能够反射掉85%以上的太阳光热,同时阻隔太阳光热余下热能的传递并具有长期的耐候性就是值得借鉴推广的优质产品。
现有的反射隔热类涂料或专利,包括对环境有污染排放的材料分子中含氟CF键的溶剂类材料,在太阳光热反射方面基本上能够满足要求,但对于穿透和被吸收的太阳光热缺少足够的阻隔能力,尤其是材料分子中不含氟CF键的化合物涂层易老化,耐候性有些欠缺,色彩单一,增加了许多不确定的维护成本和安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于无机非金属表面或金属表面的涂层材料,本涂层材料是一种水乳液环保型材料,具有反射、绝热、防腐、耐酸碱、防水、自洁、耐候性等多功能,彻底解决了现有饰面保护涂层的反射隔热、二次绝热、防腐、耐酸碱、防水、自洁、耐候性问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种用于无机非金属表面或金属表面的涂层材料,包括饰面底层材料和饰面层材料,其中,
按饰面底层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:
水性树脂乳液20~50%,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉10~40%,添加剂0.1~5%,余量为自来水,
按饰面层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:
中空微珠5~20%,纳米二氧化钛5~20%,矿物微粉和金属微粉5~20%,硅气凝胶0.1~10%,聚合物混合水乳液5~50%,助剂0.1~10%,颜料或色浆0~10%,余料为水。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,在饰面底层材料的原料组成中,所述水性树脂乳液为纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液中的一种或两种的混合物;
进一步,在饰面底层材料的原料组成中,所述无机隔热微粉和矿粉微粉为铝粉、重晶石、堇青石、云母粉、硅藻土中的一种或几种的混合物,粒径为100nm~20μm;
进一步,在饰面底层材料的原料组成中,所述添加剂为分散剂、流平剂、防腐剂、防水剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步,在饰面层材料的原料组成中,所述中空微珠为漂珠、玻璃微珠、陶瓷微珠中的一种或几种的混合物;
进一步,在饰面层材料的原料组成中,所述矿物微粉和金属微粉为重晶石、堇青石、铝粉中的一种或几种的混合物,粒径为100nm~20μm。
进一步,在饰面层材料的原料组成中,所述硅气凝胶为德国Hoechst公司生产;
进一步,在饰面层材料的原料组成中,所述聚合物混合水乳液为聚合物纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、聚合氟乳液中的一种或几种的混合物;

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的饰面底层材料以水性树脂乳液复合无机隔热微粉、矿粉微粉、添加剂和水组成,经涂刷施工而成辅助反射隔热层,该辅助反射隔热层,具有辅助反射、隔热、防腐、耐酸碱、防水功能,与基层和饰面层能够完美粘结;
饰面层材料以中空微珠、纳米二氧化钛、矿物微粉和金属微粉为反射辐射材料,以硅气凝胶为绝热材料,以聚合物混合水乳液为成膜剂,添加色料或颜料,辅以助剂,经涂刷施工而成反射绝热涂层,该涂层具有抑制太阳辐射热、红外辐射热、隔断热量传导的反射绝热功能,同时具有防腐、耐酸碱、极佳的耐水性、超长耐候性、自洁和耐沾污性能的多功能环保水性涂层。

下面实施例中所用硅气凝胶为德国Hoechst公司生产;

基层1为无机非金属材料或金属材料,施工时应对基层进行清理,
饰面底层2,取上述实施例制备的饰面底层材料,电动搅拌,批挂或滚涂施工,涂覆于基层的表面。
饰面层3,待饰面底层含水率低于5%时,取上述实施例制备的饰面层材料,电动搅拌,进行滚涂施工,涂覆于饰面底层上。

水性树脂乳液33%,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉46%,添加剂4.5%,自来水余量,其中,水性树脂乳液由纯丙乳液与硅丙乳液按质量比1:1组成,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉由铝粉、重晶石、堇青石、云母粉、硅藻土按质量比1:1:1:1:1组成,粒径100nm~20μm,添加剂由分散剂、流平剂、防腐剂、防水剂按质量比4:3:2:1组成,分散剂为临安环宇分散剂300,流平剂为临安环宇非有机硅流平剂358,防腐剂为临安环宇防腐剂TM-8,防水剂为德国瓦克有机硅防水剂;
按饰面层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:

3.一种用于无机非金属表面或金属表面的涂层材料,其特征在于,包括饰面底层材料和饰面层材料,其中,
按饰面底层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:
水性树脂乳液47%,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉40%,添加剂3.5%,自来水余量,其中,水性树脂乳液由纯丙乳液与硅丙乳液按质量比1:1组成,无机隔热微粉和矿物微粉由铝粉、重晶石、堇青石、云母粉、硅藻土按质量比1:1:1:1:1组成,粒径100nm~20μm,添加剂由分散剂、流平剂、防腐剂、防水剂按质量比4:3:2:1组成,分散剂为临安环宇分散剂300,流平剂为临安环宇非有机硅流平剂358,防腐剂为临安环宇防腐剂TM-8,防水剂为德国瓦克有机硅防水剂;
按饰面层材料原料总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料组成:
